Kepala Sekolah dalam Memimpin Guru akan menghasilkan hasil yang berbeda dalam pencapaian kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed methods dengan jenis desain sequential explanatory designs. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Serba Bakti Suryalaya dengan sampel 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah di SMA Serba Bakti Suryalaya berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan presentase 88,53%, (2) Kinerja guru di SMA Serba Bakti Suryalaya berada pada kategori baik dengan presentase 78,48%.

n orang tua dan juga anak-anaknya sangat minim terhadap pentingnya Pendidikan, maka diperlukan peran dari Dinas Pendidikan untuk lebih memperhatikan Pendidikan di desa tersebut. Secara esensi tujuan Pendidikan menjadi pembentukan manusia yang hanya bukan dapat menyesuaikam diri, hayati dalam masyarakat melainkan, lebih asal itu yang bagaimana mampu menyumbang perubahan bagi masyarakat serta memiliki sebagai orang penyeimbang masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Biddle dan Thomas uang menggunakan empat indicator, yakni harapan, norma, wujud perilaku, evaluasi dan sanksi, jensi penelitian yangdigunakan adalah penelitian desktrifif kaulitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dinas Pendidikan yang berperan dalam menangani kesenjangan Pendidikan di desa mapur, kecamatan bintan pesisir kabupaten bintan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harapan dari para wali murid dan para tenaga pendidik yaitu adanya penambahan guru bahasa inggris dan alat transprotasi yang diharapkan bisa beroperasi jalan setiap hari. Dalam melaksanakan peran Dinas Pendidikan mengutamakan norma dan berpegang teguh kepada Undang-Undang 23 Tahun 2014. Wujud nyata yang terlihat jelas yaitu adanya pembagian baju seragam gratis, apembagian alat tulis gratis serta adanya kartu Indonesia pintar bagi siswa siwsi yang kurang mampu. Evaluasi dan sansksi para wali murid mengnaytakan bahwa dinas pantas mendapatkan penilain yang positif dan juga para tenaga Pendidikan berkata demikian bahwa dinas layak mendapatkan penilaian yang positif hanya saja ada beberapa hal yang harus di evaluasi.

Based Learning (PBL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan mulai dari merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan, observasi dan refleksi, yang dilakukan dari siklus I sampai siklus II dan seterusnya sampai diperoleh rekomendasi, hasil belajar peserta didik dan daya serap klasikal peserta didik pada siklus belajar terakhir tuntas. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 15 Kerinci. Jumlah peserta didik kelas VIII yang diteliti sebanyak 16 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 07 Januari 2023 – 05 Februari 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran seni musik materi bernyanyi lagu daerah secara unisono mengalami peningkatan, mulai dari siklus I ke siklus II, Hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan selama menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Peningkatan hasil belajar tampak pada jumlah peserta yang mencapai KKM bertambah banyak dan meningkat sebesar 32,14%. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar di siklus I sebesar 71,66 dan pada siklus II rata- rata hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 85,69. Kemudian tanggapan dan sikap peserta didik terhadap model problem based learning yang diterapkan sangat positif.

This study aimed to ascertain whether the utilization of Music media may yield a noteworthy disparity in enhancing students' English vocabulary and to discover whether the efficacy of music media surpasses that of conventional media. The sample size for this study consisted of 60 students. The system has two classrooms, with each class including a total of 30 students. The pre-test results yielded a t-value of t0 = 1.517, indicating that both classes are worth studying as there is no significant difference in the increase of students' English vocabulary based on the t-test. However, after treatment and the post-test, the t-value obtained was t0 = 3.201, higher than the critical t-value (tt = 2.001) at a significance level of α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) = 58. This indicates a significant difference in students' English vocabulary increase between the experimental class (taught using Music media) and the control class (introduced using conventional press) after the pre-test was administered.

Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

This research aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction, trust and ease of use on customer loyalty in the Shopee marketplace in Dwikora sub-district, Medan Helvetia sub-district. This type of quantitative research with the independent variables used in this research is satisfaction, trust and ease of use and the dependent variable used is customer loyalty. The population used in this research is all people in Medan Helvetia sub-district. This research took samples using a purposive sampling method and there were 100 respondents who were deemed worthy of being research criteria. The research results show that partially and simultaneously satisfaction, trust and ease of use have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.
