the Shopee platform. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, using purposive sampling techniques. Out of a population of 433 university students, 115 respondents were selected as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26 and Microsoft Excel 2021. The results indicate that both brand image and flash sale promotions significantly influence consumer impulsive buying behavior, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance impulsive purchasing behavior in the e-commerce sector.

Through symbols of time and various allusions, this short story highlights social inequality, the impact of war, and increasingly severe environmental exploitation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literary mimetic theory, to reveal how Danarto conveys social criticism in a subtle but sharp manner through characters trapped in difficult situations. The research results show that this short story invites readers to be more critical of existing social and cultural conditions, as well as providing reflections on the impact of social problems on human life. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of Indonesian literature and provide an appreciation for literary works that raise social issues.

In this study, data were collected through questionnaire method to 32 respondents who had made a purchase in e-commerce in IAIN Ambon economic study program using research method is Research Type, Research Type, Research Data Sources, Data Collection Method, Population and sample, Technique Data Processing, Quantitative Data Analysis Technique. The result of this research indicate that there is e-commerce influence to buyer interest proved by t test value show the number 9,649 and its significance 0.000 <0,05 from result above hence there is significant influence between e-commerce and buyer interest. The result of determination coefficient analysis (R2) shows how big influence e-commerce to buyer interest that is 0,748 meaning 7,48% and the rest 25,2% influenced by other variable not discussed in this research.

This research is quantitative, and the data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 24. Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. And it can be explained that the Leadership Models, in addition to being an exogenous variable, is also able to play its role as an intervening variable. The implication is that the better the relationship between Achievement Orientation, Task Characteristics, and Leadership Models, the higher the Teacher Job Satisfaction.

s and economic losses. Fire disasters are one of the serious threats in various environments, including Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Prisons have a high potential risk of fire due to various factors, such as the use of unsafe electrical equipment, overcrowding, lack of adequate fire fighting facilities and riots that lead to fires. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of the attitude of preparedness related to fire disaster management among correctional officers at Pohuwato Prison. The type of quantitative descriptive research , the population of all Correctional Officers at Pohuwato Prison recorded in 2024 was 71 people. Sampling used the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique . The technique was chosen based on certain considerations according to the research criteria. A sample of 59 respondents was obtained. The single variable analyzed was related to the attitude of preparedness. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using reliability and normality tests . The results of the study showed a picture of the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers with a sufficient category of 56 respondents (94.9%). It was concluded that the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers was still sufficient and there was a need for counseling or training related to fire disaster management at Pohuwato Prison.

such as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), advocates, and the press in Padang City in the aspect of social geography studies. The methods used in this research are observation and literature study. Observations were conducted to identify the location of government offices, law firms, and press offices, while literature studies used secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report and thematic maps. The results show that the civil servant profession is concentrated in the centre of government to support the efficiency of public services, particularly in West Padang and East Padang. Advocate firms are located around economic centres and courts, which facilitate access for people who need legal services. Meanwhile, the press profession is concentrated in the city centre to support fast and efficient information distribution. The distribution of these professions is influenced by accessibility, population concentration, and the socio-economic needs of the community. The findings provide an overview of how geographical factors play an important role in the distribution of professions in Padang City. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for more strategic development planning and human resource management in the future.
