stand the impact of online learning on the interest and learning outcomes of Basic Mathematics for Civil Engineering students. The population of this research is first semester Civil Engineering students T.A. 2021/2022 totaling 30 people. The methods used to understand the impact of online learning on the interests and learning outcomes of Basic Mathematics for Civil Engineering students are qualitative and quantitative methods. The r test results show that rcount > rtable or 0.9998 > 0.306. This means that online learning influences students' interest in learning Basic Mathematics in the Civil Engineering Study Program. The results of the t test show that tcount ≥ ttable is 4.01 ≥ 2.045 so that online learning also influences the Basic Mathematics learning outcomes of Civil Engineering Study Program students. Students' ability to answer test questions during online learning was 76.67%.
Abstract:This study provides an overview of the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 72 of 2022 in Merauke Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and comprehensively describe the implementation…
mentation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 72 of 2022 in Merauke Regency and to identify the factors inhibiting its implementation in the region. This study applies Edward C. III’s policy implementation theory and uses a qualitative research approach through in-depth interviews with 16 informants to explore their meanings, perceptions, and understandings. A semi-structured interview approach was employed to enable the researcher to obtain flexible yet focused data, as stated by Prof. Dr. Lexy J. Moleong (2014). The study utilized an interactive data analysis technique consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) policy in Merauke Regency has been carried out in accordance with directives from the central government through a tiered and continuous communication mechanism. However, its implementation has not yet been optimal at the regional level. The main obstacles include limited socialization, low understanding and acceptance of the policy among implementers, the absence of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IKD, and the lack of motivation, commitment, and integrity of human resources, ICT infrastructure, and budgetary support. In addition, the social, economic, cultural, and geographical conditions of the community also hinder the utilization of IKD, resulting in its limited use and the continued dominance of physical population documents. The findings of this study emphasize the need to strengthen communication aspects, resources, implementers’ commitment, and policy adjustments to local conditions in order to achieve the objectives of the IKD policy effectively and equitably.
Abstract:This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) implementation at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) in Merauke Regency, South Papua Province. MSS are crucial…
cial instruments for guaranteeing community rights to quality basic services, including civil administration services. Despite their establishment, challenges persist in ensuring that services provided align with the stipulated standards. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Key informants included the head of the department, service-providing staff, and representatives of community service users. The findings indicate that MSS implementation at Merauke Disdukcapil has generally been underway, though its effectiveness varies across service types. Some MSS indicators, such as service waiting times and cost certainty, have been well-met. However, challenges are still present in aspects like the availability of adequate human resources, sub-optimal socialization of MSS to the community, and the need for improved supporting infrastructure. Limited access to information and public understanding of service rights also act as inhibiting factors. Thus, the effectiveness of MSS at Merauke Disdukcapil can be enhanced through strengthening human resource capacity, improving facilities and infrastructure, and intensifying socialization efforts. This study recommends the necessity of regular evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure excellent civil administration services for all communities in Merauke.

tative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the service of making an electronic-based identity card (E-KTP) at the Merauke Regency Population and Civil Registration Office has not been maximized in its application. This can be seen from: The creativity of employees in working has been good but has not been maximized, often running out of money in making digital ID cards. The agency has not been able to protect the need for ID card blanks. The new innovation developed, namely the digital population system, is transformed into a smartphone for each individual. . The responsiveness carried out in anticipating every form of change that occurs, both in terms of policies, laws, and community demands in the service of making ID cards at the population and civil registry offices has been running well.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-Government in enhancing technology-based public services in Merauke Regency. The primary focus of this research is to identify the challenges and benefits derived from implementing…
mplementing the e-Government system across various local government agencies. The benefit of this research lies in providing recommendations for local governments to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public services through the utilization of information technology.
The research problem addressed is how the implementation of e-Government in Merauke Regency can improve the quality of public services and what obstacles are encountered during its implementation. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through interviews with local government officials, direct observations in several agencies implementing e-Government, and document analysis related to policies and system implementation.
The findings indicate that while the implementation of e-Government in Merauke has improved the accessibility and efficiency of public services, several challenges remain, including inadequate technological infrastructure, limited human resource capacity, and low levels of digital literacy among the population. However, positive outcomes were also noted, such as the reduction of bureaucracy, acceleration of service processes, and increased transparency in public administration management. This study recommends that the Merauke government strengthen technological infrastructure, provide continuous training for government officials, and raise public awareness regarding the importance of utilizing digital systems.

influence the quality of public services at the Buton Regency Population and Civil Registration Service? The research location is the Population and Civil Registration Service of Buton Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling with primary data from in-depth interviews supported by documentary data and field observations. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely an interactive analysis model through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it was concluded that the strategy implemented by the Buton Regency Population and Civil Registration Service has generally worked well, although it has not been fully implemented, this has been felt by the community. The failure to implement this strategy optimally is caused by a lack of communication between authorities, because there are no local government regulations that clearly regulate communication patterns between authorities.
Abstract:Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) commonly face challenges in independent learning and mastery of functional skills due to deficits in communication, social interaction, as well as repetitive and restricted…
behaviors. The Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children (TEACCH) approach was developed to address the specific educational needs of this population through structured, visually based, and strengths-based learning. Although the effectiveness of TEACCH has been widely reported globally, studies systematically examining its application within the Indonesian educational context remain limited. This study aims to critically evaluate the effectiveness of the TEACCH approach in enhancing independent learning among children with ASD in Indonesia. Using a systematic review method based on the PRISMA protocol, 15 scholarly articles published between 2017 and 2024 were thematically analyzed to identify TEACCH’s contribution to increasing independence in academic contexts and activities of daily living (ADL). The analysis revealed that TEACCH implementation consistently enhances children’s independence, as indicated by significant improvements in academic task completion (with an average score increase of 34–50 points), as well as improvements in ADL skills such as dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene. The success of this approach is determined by the integration of structural elements, such as environmental organization, the use of visual aids, consistent routines, and collaboration between teachers and parents. This study concludes that TEACCH is an adaptive, effective, and relevant approach for implementation within the Indonesian education system. The novelty of this research lies in its contextual focus on TEACCH application in Indonesia, as well as strategic recommendations for its integration into special education (SLB) and inclusive school curricula through systemic educator capacity-building.
