Bintari, Nufia, Sulistyowati, Priyatin, Priyatin, Wiwik
Abstract: Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain commonly experienced by adolescent girls and can disrupt daily activities. One alternative non-pharmacological pain management option is herbal therapy, such as boiled red ginger (Zingiber… ingiber officinale var. rubrum), which is known to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Red ginger contains gingerol, an anticoagulant that can inhibit the release of enzymes into prostaglandins, which contribute to inflammation and reduce uterine contractions, thus relieving menstrual pain.To determine the effectiveness of red ginger decoction on adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea in the Karangcengis Village area. This study uses a descriptive case study with respondents of adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea focusing on the administration of red ginger decoction as a complementary therapy. This study was conducted in Karangcengis Village for 3 days starting from June 23-25, 2025. After administering red ginger decoction for 3 days once a day from the first day of menstruation to the third day of menstruation, the results of the pain scale before being given red ginger decoction reached 6 (moderate pain). After administering 200ml of red ginger decoction once daily in the morning for three days, from the first day of menstruation to the third day, the pain scale decreased to a level 1 (mild pain). Administering red ginger decoction to adolescent girls experiencing dysmenorrhea can reduce the pain.

Jamal, Ode, Andhika L. Rahail, Joseph, Sopyan Hadi, Ade, Natalia Tecuari, Desi, Yuliana Tjoe , Ruth
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the extent to which political awareness influences political participation among first-time voters. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample was 124 first-time… time voters from a total population of 182 PPKn students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Cenderawasih University, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression tests using SPSS 26. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a high to very high level of political awareness, as did their level of political participation. Statistical analysis showed a very strong relationship between political awareness and political participation (r = 0.826), with a significant positive effect of 68.2%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the political awareness of first-time voters, the higher their participation in elections. Political awareness is a key factor driving the involvement of the younger generation in the democratic process. Therefore, first-time voters are expected to be more active and critical in determining their political choices, while political parties and prospective leaders need to convey clear, transparent, and educational political messages. Furthermore, educational institutions play a strategic role in fostering students' political awareness as part of civic education, thereby shaping a generation that is critical, participatory, and responsible for the future of Indonesian democracy.

Roskianiadin, Roskianiadin, Fauziah, Fazlylawati, Ellyza
Abstract: Menstrual pain, or dysmenorrhea, is a common menstrual disorder experienced by teenage girls that can disrupt daily activities. Menstrual pain management includes, but is not limited to, pharmacological and non-pharmacological… ogical approaches. One of the non-pharmacological treatments is called acupressure. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure therapy on the intensity of menstrual pain among female students at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. The research employed a quantitative design with a one-group pretest and posttest quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of 153 girls, and 20 of them were selected as the sample using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire from May 7th to 17th, 2025. Then, the data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Test, which obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. This result indicated there was an acupressure effect on menstrual pain. Therefore, this finding proved that the use of acupressure influenced menstrual pain among female students at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. This study recommends that female students familiarize themselves with and practice acupressure techniques as an effort to reduce menstrual pain without relying on medication. Furthermore, female students need to be more open to seeking information and natural solutions for controlling reproductive health at an early age.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Work Climate, and Skill Variety on the effectiveness of teacher work teams at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in the Riau Islands Province.… The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 120 teachers selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a Likert-scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using Spearman correlation tests and non-parametric regression with the aid of SPSS version 29.00. The results show that all independent variables are positively and significantly related to teacher work team effectiveness (Transformational Leadership: ρ = 0.757; Work Climate: ρ = 0.795; Skill Variety: ρ = 0.767; p < 0.05). Non-parametric regression testing indicates a significant simultaneous effect (ρ = 0.000). Partially, Transformational Leadership (p = 0.253; p = 0.000), Work Climate (ρ = 0.355; p = 0.000), and Skill Variety (ρ = 0.282; p = 0.000) significantly influence teacher work team effectiveness. Work climate is proven to be the dominant factor affecting team effectiveness. The implications of this study affirm that improving teacher work team effectiveness must be carried out holistically through strengthening school principals’ transformational leadership, creating a conducive work climate, and developing teachers’ skill variety.

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS INFLUENCING MEDICINE PURCHASE DECISIONS IN CILEGON

Sofyan Ahmad, Yayan
Abstract: This study examines the impact of four key marketing variables product quality, price, persuasive communication, and incentives on brand image and purchasing decisions among medical practitioners in Cilegon, Indonesia. Drawing… rawing on a sample of 225 physicians, dentists, and pharmacists, data were collected via an online Likert‐scale questionnaire and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). Results indicate that product quality and incentives exert statistically significant positive effects on brand image (β = 0.284, p = 0.011; β = 0.291, p = 0.003, respectively), while price and persuasive communication do not achieve significance. Furthermore, incentives also demonstrate a significant positive influence on purchase decisions (β = 0.206, p = 0.047), whereas other independent variables, including brand image, fail to show a direct effect. Model fit indices (CMIN/DF = 1.122; GFI = 0.90; RMSEA = 0.016; p = 0.061) confirm an overall good fit. These findings underscore the critical role of maintaining high product standards and ethical incentive programs in strengthening brand perception and stimulating purchase behavior in a competitive pharmaceutical landscape. Theoretical contributions include the integration of marketing, consumer behavior, and brand management theories within a single SEM framework. Practically, pharmaceutical firms operating in emerging markets should prioritize consistent quality assurance and transparent incentive mechanisms to enhance both brand equity and sales performance.
