MARKETING STRATEGY OF MORIFLOUR MORINGA POWDER (CASE STUDY: PT. KELORIA MORINGA JAYA)

Abstract: Increasing competition in the herbal product industry requires firms to adopt effective and sustainable marketing strategies. Moringa-based products have significant market potential; however, their development is often… constrained by internal limitations and external pressures. This study aims to analyze the internal and external marketing conditions of MoriFlour Moringa Powder at PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya and to formulate appropriate marketing strategies. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using SWOT analysis through IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results indicate that the total IFAS score was 0.98 and the EFAS score was 0.93, demonstrating the dominance of strengths and opportunities over weaknesses and threats. The SWOT diagram places the company in Quadrant I, indicating a favorable strategic position. Accordingly, growth-oriented strategies such as market penetration and market development are recommended by leveraging product quality and expanding herbal market opportunities. These findings confirm that SWOT analysis is an effective tool for formulating marketing strategies in functional plant-based agro-industries.

EFFECTIVENESS OF SOURSOP (ANNONA MURICATA) LEAF EXTRACT AS A BOTANICAL PESTICIDE AGAINST ARMYWORM (SPODOPTERA LITURA) ON MUSTARD GREENS (BRASSICA JUNCEA)

Abstract: The intensive use of synthetic chemical pesticides in agriculture has led to various negative impacts on the environment and human health, as well as increased pest resistance. As an alternative, plant-based pesticides (botanical… botanical insecticides) have shown potential due to their eco-friendly and sustainable nature. This study aims to review the effectiveness of soursop (Annona muricata) leaf extract as a botanical pesticide against the gray caterpillar (Spodoptera litura) on mustard plants (Brassica juncea), using a literature review method. Data were collected through a systematic search of accredited national and international scientific journals, then analyzed descriptively and comparatively. The findings indicate that soursop leaves contain bioactive compounds such as acetogenins, flavonoids, and saponins, which act as stomach poisons, antifeedants, and repellents to S. litura. Several studies reported that extracts from Annona spp. leaves and seeds effectively inhibit larval growth, reduce feeding activity, damage digestive tissues, and lead to larval death. This effectiveness highlights the potential of soursop leaves as a safe and efficient candidate for botanical pesticide development. The study also identifies a research gap regarding field-scale testing on mustard plants, suggesting the need for further agronomic validation.  

FACTORS INFLUENCING TOURISTS’ PERCEPTIONS AT MILKINDO AGROTOURISM, KEPANJEN, MALANG REGENCY

Abstract: Milkindo Agrotourism, located in Malang Regency, was an educational tourism destination that combined modern livestock and agricultural activities. This study examined the influence of attraction, accessibility, amenity,… and ancillary factors on visitor perceptions. Data were collected in February 2025 through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were performed to ensure the appropriateness of multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that visitors rated the clarity of registration information and memorable experiences the highest. Regression analysis showed that attraction significantly negatively affected visitor perception, while accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors had significant positive effects. This indicated that enhancing accessibility, amenity, and ancillary improved visitor satisfaction, whereas increasing attraction elements unexpectedly lowered visitor perception. In conclusion, effective management of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary was essential to foster positive visitor perceptions and enhance the competitiveness of Milkindo Agrotourism as a leading educational tourism destination. The study recommended continuous innovation and improvement to support sustainable development in education-based agrotourism.

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT TRIMITRA AGRO JAYA KOTA PEKANBARU

Abstract: The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis techniques and inferential statistics which use the validity test formula, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity&#8230; sticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The research results concluded that training partially influences work performance with a calculated t value of 5.085> t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, competency has no effect on work performance with a calculated t value of 0.223 < t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.824 > 0.05. Simultaneously training and competency influence performance. This can be seen from the F test results which show that the calculated F value is 27.522> F table 3.18 and the sig value is (0.000 <0.05). Then it was discovered that based on the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted R square value was 0.510 or 51%. This can be explained by the fact that the training and competency variables have 51% of the ability to explain the work performance variable and there is still 49% of the variance explained by other variables.

UPAYA PENCEGAHAN ABRASI DENGAN PENANAMAN MAGROVE DI PESISIR PANTAI BETING BERAS KUALA MERBAU –KEPULAUAN MERANTI

Abstract: Hutan mangrove adalah tempat yang penting bagi ekosistem kelautan dan sebagai penjaga pantai dari abrasi. Salah satu daerah yang mempunyai hutan mangrove dan cukup rentan dengan terjadinya abrasi adalah Desa Kuala Merbau&#8230; di Kecamatan Pulau Merbau Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya mangrove dalam mencegah terjadi abrasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan Siswa SMP Negeri 2 pulau merbau kelas VIII Secara umum, kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, masyarakat Desa Kuala Merbau dapat memahami dan mengambil manfaat besar yang dimiliki oleh mangrove serta mencegah Desa dari abrasi.

Analisis Pemakaian Daya Listrik Genset Berbasis Ekonomi Teknik PT. Teladan Kutai Timur

Abstract: Electricity has become an essential need in daily life and is a primary resource that supports various economic activities. Along with the growth of the population, technological advancements, and increased investments,&#8230; the demand for electricity supply is projected to continue rising. In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

Abstract: The shipping activity seeks to combine various perspectives such as quality, quantity, welfare satisfaction and safety and security prerequisites related to transportation through the port to the waters.  However, when sailing,&#8230; sailing, the KM. Dharma Rucitra VII ran aground, causing the heavy steering leaf to be moved and resulting in overload, so the ability of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) is needed as an electric motor safety from overload. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a safety for the electric motor driving the rudder leaf from overload due to the ship running aground. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed through three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that: 1) The rudder leaf is stuck on the seabed because the ship ran aground, causing the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel to work; and 2) Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel when the ship ran aground works in the current range of 7.5A to 10A.

ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INVENTORY BERBASIS WEB DI PT. AGRO PUTRA LESTARI

Abstract: industry. PT. Agro Putra Lestari experienced problems in the process of recording incoming and outgoing goods as well as checking stock of goods which was still done manually. This manual process is prone to errors and data&#8230; ata redundancy which can cause major problems in inventory management. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based inventory system to overcome this problem. This inventory system was designed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework to build dynamic, fast and easy web applications, and uses MySQL as the data storage medium. Data collection techniques through direct observation and interviews. The result of this design is an inventory system that is effective and efficient in the process of recording incoming and outgoing goods as well as stock management at PT. Agro Putra Lestari. Proses manual ini rentan terhadap kesalahan dan redundansi data, yang dapat menyebabkan masalah besar dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan sistem inventori berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem inventori ini dirancangan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3 untuk membangun aplikasi web yang dinamis, cepat, dan mudah, serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan datanya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung. Hasil dari rancangan tersebut adalah sebuah sistem inventori yang efektif dan efisien dalam proses pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar serta pengelolaan stok baang di PT. Agro Putra Lestari. Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan Limbah Ternak Sebagai Pupuk Organik Dan Biogas di desa Branjang

Abstract: Abstract: The cattle farming community in Branjang Village, Semarang Regency, faces a primary issue of livestock waste accumulation that has not been optimally managed. This condition results in environmental pollution,&#8230; unpleasant odors, and increased dependency on chemical fertilizers and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The main constraints are limited knowledge, skills, and access to waste processing technology. This community service program aims to optimize the utilization of cattle waste as organic fertilizer and alternative energy through the implementation of the Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm model. The method employed involves a participatory approach through extension, training, consultation, and the application of the appropriate MetaCow technology as a household-scale biogas digester. Program success was evaluated using pre-test and post-test instruments, analyzed by n-gain and paired sample t-test to assess improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results demonstrate a significant enhancement in the community’s ability to process waste into economically valuable organic fertilizer and biogas, while also strengthening the institutional capacity of Sanggar Tani as a center for sustainable agricultural technology learning. This program contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in clean energy, sustainable production, and environmental preservation. Keywords: biogas; digester; livestock waste; organic fertilizer; sustainable agriculture   Abstrak: Masyarakat peternak sapi di Desa Branjang, Kabupaten Semarang menghadapi permasalahan utama yakni penumpukan limbah ternak yang belum dikelola secara optimal. Hal ini berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan, munculnya bau tidak sedap, serta meningkatnya ketergantungan akan pupuk kimia serta gas elpiji. Kendala atama adalah karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta akses terhadap teknologi pengolahan limbah. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah ternak sapi sebagai pupuk organik dan energi alternatif melalui penerapan model Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, konsultasi, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna MetaCow sebagai digester biogas rumah tangga, serta evaluasi keberhasilan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis melalui uji n-gain dan paired sample t-test untuk menilai peningkatan tingkat pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah menjadi pupuk organik dan biogas yang bernilai ekonomis serta memperkuat kelembagaan Sanggar Tani sebagai pusat pembelajaran teknologi pertanian berkelanjutan. PENERAPAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE UNTUK MENINGKATAN DAYA TARIK DAN PROMOSI AGROWISATA DESA HESSA AIR GENTING

Abstract: Abstract: The development of the agrotourism sector has enormous potential to support the village economy and introduce local potential to the wider community. However, many agrotourism operators, especially village-owned&#8230; d enterprises (BUMDES) and agrotourism managers, still face obstacles in promoting and conveying information in an interesting and educational manner. This Community Service Activity (PkM) aims to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in a specially designed digital education platform to enhance the appeal and effectiveness of agrotourism promotions. Key features developed include an educational chatbot, AI-based virtual tours, a content recommendation system, and visitor data analysis. The activity was carried out through stages including identifying partner needs, digital literacy training, prototype development, and guidance on using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. The results of the activity demonstrate that the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enhance creativity, promotional efficiency, and public interest in local agrotourism. Thus, the synergy between technology and local potential emerges as a highly effective strategy for advancing sustainable agriculture-based tourism. Namun, masih banyak pelaku agrowisata khususnya BUMDES dan Pengelola agrowisata menghadapi kendala dalam promosi dan penyampaian informasi yang menarik dan edukatif. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam sebuah platform edukasi digital yang dirancang khusus untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan efektivitas promosi pada agrowisata. Beberapa fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi chatbot edukatif, tur virtual berbasis AI, sistem rekomendasi konten, dan analisis data pengunjung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan literasi digital, pengembangan prototipe, dan pendampingan penggunaan platform media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, Twitter dan Youtobe. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Artificial Intellegent (AI) dapat meningkatkan Kreaktivitas, efisiensi promosi, serta minat masyarakat terhadap agrowisata lokal. Dengan demikian, sinergi antara teknologi dan potensi lokal menjadi strategi yang sangat efektif dalam memajukan pariwisata berbasis pertanian secara berkelanjutan.
