Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using a Smartboard in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning in the Pancasila Education subject in grade V of SDN 07 Mudiak Lawe, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency.… gency. From initial observations, it was seen that students' enthusiasm for learning tended to be low, as seen from their inactive attitudes, little interaction, and easily distracted when teachers used less diverse learning methods. To address this, a Smartboard was proposed as an innovative solution. This tool is an interactive whiteboard that uses multimedia and audiovisual technology, so it can combine teaching materials with images, videos, and animations to make learning more interesting and diverse. The method used in this study was the correlation method, namely a quantitative method that studies the relationship between the use of Smartboard interactive features and the level of student enthusiasm for learning. The results showed that the use of Smartboard in learning was proven to be able to increase student enthusiasm for learning. After implementing the Smartboard, students appeared more active and enthusiastic during the learning process, so that their enthusiasm for learning increased and reduced boredom. The implementation of Smartboard involves game-based learning methods such as Duck Race Games and Wordwall, which successfully trigger students' curiosity, focus, and enthusiasm, and encourage them to actively participate in answering questions and interacting in class.

FIGHTING CLASSROOM BOREDOM: INNOVATIVE ACTIVE LEARNING MODELS TO ADDRESS STUDENT MOTIVATION CHALLENGES IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS A LITERATURE STUDY WITH CASE SIMULATIONS AT A PRIMARY SCHOOL IN NABIRE

Desi Handayani Duapadang, Lusia Narsia Amsad, Yan Dirk Wabiser, Bryan Tumeno
Abstract: Boredom in the learning process at elementary schools (SD) is a significant factor in declining student motivation and academic achievement. In regions with unique geographical and cultural characteristics, such as Papua,… , this challenge is often exacerbated by the limitations of conventional learning media and teaching methods, which tend to be monotonous. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of active learning model innovation as a strategic solution to increase elementary school students' learning motivation. The research method used is library research by analyzing literature from the last 10 years and integrating observational case studies from an elementary school in Nabire, Papua. The results show that the implementation of Game-Based Learning and Outdoor Collaborative Learning models can significantly reduce student boredom levels. The case in Papua shows that the use of local wisdom (ethno-pedagogy) as part of active learning increases student engagement by up to 50%. Analysis of literature data confirms that physical and emotional involvement in learning strengthens memory retention and intrinsic interest. The conclusion of this research affirms that teachers must transform from information providers to creative facilitators to create a dynamic classroom ecosystem. The proposed solutions include diversifying activity-based methods and adapting environment-based curricula to ensure the sustainability of children's learning motivation at the elementary education level.

EFFECTIVENESS OF DEVELOPING DIGITAL TEACHING MATERIALS FOR INDONESIAN LANGUAGE FOR FOREIGN SPEAKERS (BIPA) 1 ON GRAMMAR COMPETENCY BASED ON THE ANIMAKER APPLICATION

Hasna Shofiyah, Dadang Mulyana, Any Budiarti, Wawan Hendrawan
Abstract: This research was motivated by the scarcity of Indonesian language teaching materials for foreign speakers (BIPA). The large interest of foreigners in learning Indonesian is still hampered by the lack of availability of… BIPA teaching materials. This limited teaching material is an important problem that teachers often face in BIPA learning activities. Therefore, the development of BIPA teaching materials is urgently needed. The problems studied in this research are (1) characteristics of BIPA 1 teaching materials currently used in BIPA learning, (2) development of BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application as alternative teaching materials in BIPA learning, (3) feasibility of developing BIPA teaching materials 1 based on the Animaker application in BIPA learning, and (4) the effectiveness of developing BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application based on BIPA learners' understanding. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. This research uses three data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation to obtain data on the needs for developing teaching materials and evaluating teaching material prototypes. The data sources consist of BIPA teachers, BIPA students and expert lecturers. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive qualitative which consists of data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this research are that BIPA students often feel bored and confused by teaching materials that are only presented in the form of textbooks and very short material. Therefore, teaching materials need to be developed in accordance with Widodo and Jasmadi's theory of teaching material characteristics so that they can support independent learning, deeper understanding, contextualization of material, increased motivation, comprehensive language skills, adaptation to technological developments, learning flexibility, and strengthening skills. grammar. The development of teaching materials through Animaker shows the dominance of changes in substantial and visual aspects, which shows a comparison of characteristics between original and developed teaching materials. The teaching materials developed are more interactive and communicative, so that they can reduce boredom, increase understanding of the material, and increase enthusiasm for learning Indonesian for students

OVERVIEW OF MORINGA LEAF PUDDING ADMINISTRATION ON HEIGHT AND WEIGHT IN STUNTED CHILD An. M IN JETIS VILLAGE, KEMANGKON DISTRICT, PURBALINGGA REGENCY VILLAGE

Umaisah, Fitri, Priyatin Sulistyowati, Sudiarto
Abstract: Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under 5 years of age due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1.000 days of life (HPK), which is apparent after the child is years old, resulting in the… e child being shorter than thein peers In Purbalingga Regency, the prevalence of stunting in toddlers is 26,8 %, wasting in toddlers is 6,5 %, and underweight in toddlers 16,1%. The prevalence of stunting in Purbalingga Regency remains relatively high, thus requiring affordable and safe local nutritional interventions to support the growth and development of children under five. One of the alternative approaches to address stunting is through the provision of moringa leaf pudding. This study aimed to determine the changes in body weight and height after the administration of moringa leaf pudding in a stunted toddler over a 14-day intervention. This qualitative case study was conducted on a two-year-old stunted toddler (An. M). The intervention consisted of providing 100 grams of moringa leaf pudding every two days (a total of seven servings) over 14 days. Anthropometric measurements were taken at baseline (before intervention), at the seventh meeting, and at the end of the intervention (fourteenth meeting). In addition, observation of pudding acceptance and a brief interview with the family regarding dietary habits were conducted. After receiving moringa leaf pudding every two days for 14 days, the toddler experienced a weight gain of 0.4 kg and an increase in height of 0.9 cm. Observations indicated that the child accepted the moringa leaf pudding well, although mild boredom occurred midway through the intervention. Interviews with the family revealed that the provision of moringa leaf pudding improved the toddler’s appetite, leading to measurable weight and height gains.  The provision of moringa leaf pudding every two days for 14 days had a positive effect on increasing body weight and height in this case of a stunted toddler. Therefore, moringa leaf pudding may serve as an alternative nutritional support to improve the growth of stunted children, particularly in regions with a high prevalence of stunting.
