INTEGRATING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE INTO COLLABORATIVE LEARNING TO FOSTER 21ST-CENTURY SOFT SKILLS: EVIDENCE FROM A BEST PRACTICE STUDY IN MAN 1 BANDA ACEH

Abstract: This best practice study aims to develop 21st-century soft skills in students at MAN 1 Banda Aceh through the implementation of an artificial intelligence-based collaborative learning model called KOTAK (Artificial Intelligence-Based… ligence-Based Brain Collaboration). The study used a qualitative case study design with 39 students. Data collection was conducted through learning observations, interviews, and analysis of student activities and learning outcomes in the Integrated Economic Exploration material. The KOTAK model was designed by integrating various easily accessible AI tools, such as Google Lens, ChatGPT, and QuestionWell, to support interactive, collaborative, and problem-solving-based learning. The results showed that implementing the KOTAK model significantly improved students' critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity (4C) skills. Analysis of learning outcomes indicated a 94.87% absorption rate and achievement of the curriculum objectives for the taught material. The use of the AI platform has proven to be an effective interactive medium for encouraging active student engagement, strengthening higher-order thinking, and fostering collaboration in problem-solving. This research makes an original contribution by offering and testing a contextual learning model that integrates collaborative pedagogy and AI technology in a madrasah environment, while also presenting a practical framework for developing 21st-century skills in integrated subjects such as Economics, in line with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

THE EFFECT OF THE BRAIN-BASED LEARNING (BBL) MODEL ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF 5TH GRADE STUDENTS OF SD NEGERI 105288 SEI ROTAN

Abstract: This research is motivated by the existence of problems in learning, especially in class V of SD Negeri 105288 Sei Rotan. Through the results of observations and interviews, it was found that the results of students' science&#8230; ence learning are classified as low. In addition, student participation is low and passive. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of the Brain Based Learning (BBL) learning model on the results of science learning of class V students of SD Neri 105288 Sei Rotan. The type of research used is quantitative research with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were class V students of SD Negeri 105288 Sei Rotan with a sample of class VA totaling 24 people as the experimental class and VB totaling 24 people as the control class. Based on the results of the study, the average pretest score of students was 52.33 in the experimental class before being given treatment. After treatment using the BBL learning model, the results of the posttest score of students were 71.25. Furthermore, a t-test was conducted which showed the results of the Sig. value. (2 tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. These results indicate that there is a significant influence of the application of the Brain Based Learning (BBL) learning model on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 105288 Sei Rotan.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND RELIGIOUS SPIRITUAL COPING WITH COPING STRATEGIES IN CAREGIVER ADAPTATION FOR POST-STROKE FAMILY MEMBERS IN KOTAMOBAGU CITY, INDONESIA

Abstract: Stroke is a condition in which brain function is rapidly disrupted and lasts for more than 24 hours due to an interruption of blood flow to the brain. Globally, the incidence and morbidity rates of stroke continue to increase.&#8230; rease. The quality of life of acute and chronic stroke patients is influenced by post-stroke depression. Community resources (CR) and spiritual religious coping (SRC) factors are also related to the coping adaptation strategies of family caregivers for members who have experienced a stroke. Patients who experience post-stroke depression show a lower quality of life one year after stroke compared to those who do not experience it. This study is a quantitative research with an observational study design. The study was conducted from January to March 2024 in Kotamobagu City. The total population of stroke patients distributed across seven community health centers in Tomohon City is 200 patients. The sample was taken using total sampling method consisting of 200 family caregivers. The results were then analyzed using the Chi Square test with SPSS. All variables were significantly related to the coping adaptation strategies of family caregivers for members who had a stroke. Community resources (CR) were significantly related to caregiver coping strategies (p = 0.025), and spiritual religious coping (SRC) was also significantly related to coping strategies (p = 0.032). Community resources and spiritual religious coping among family caregivers of post-stroke patients are needed to increase motivation and reduce caregiver stress..

DEVELOPMENT OF LKPD BASED ON BRAIN BASED LEARNING USING CROSSWORD PUZZLES ON THE TOPIC OF ARITHMETIC SERIES AND SEQUENCES FOR CLASS X MAS DARUL ISTIQOMAH PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract: This study is motivated by the lack of use of mathematics learning tools such as student worksheets (LKPD) at MAS Darul Istiqomah Padangsidimpuan, where teacher handbooks and textbooks are more frequently used. Additionally,&#8230; lly, the students' mathematics learning outcomes, particularly in the topic of arithmetic sequences and series, are low. This study aims to assess the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of student worksheets (LKPD) based on brain-based learning (BBL) using crossword puzzles in the topic of arithmetic sequences and series for class X at MAS Darul Istiqomah Padangsidimpuan. This research is a research and development (R&D) study. The development model used in this research is the 4D model, which consists of four stages: Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The validation of the LKPD includes material validation, media validation, and language validation. The trial was conducted in class X-B, with a total of 19 students at MAS Darul Istiqomah Padangsidimpuan. The material experts, media experts, and language experts each consisted of 2 validators. The results of this study indicate that the developed LKPD meets the eligibility criteria, with an overall validation percentage of 87.32%, categorized as valid. The practicality of all aspects is shown by a value of 85.63%, categorized as very practical. The effectiveness is indicated by an average student learning outcome score of 71%, calculated from the overall average learning outcomes of the students, categorized as effective. Therefore, it can be concluded that the LKPD is feasible, engaging, and capable of improving student learning outcomes.

APPLICATION OF THE MIND MAPPING TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE STUDENT MEMORY IN PAI SUBJECTS

Abstract: This study examines the effectiveness of the mind mapping method in improving student memory in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects. Conventional learning methods are often less effective in stimulating students'&#8230; memory because they only activate the left brain. Mind mapping, as a visual and holistic approach, is believed to overcome this limitation by involving the right brain in information processing. The results showed a significant improvement in students' memory and understanding of PAI materials after the implementation of the mind mapping method. Mind mapping's ability to systematically connect ideas and build comprehensive understanding contributed to the improvement in memory. This method proved to be flexible and effective for various PAI materials, including fiqh, SKI, akidahakhlak, and Al-Qur'an Hadith. This study recommends the use of mind mapping as an innovative learning strategy to improve the quality of PAI learning and student learning outcomes

Pemanfaatan Google Tools Untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Brainfor Kindergarten School

Abstract: The use of technology in education has become a necessity to improve the performance and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This article aims to explore the utilization of Google Tools by teachers at Brainfor&#8230; infor Kindergarten School to enhance their performance. The methods used include observation and interviews with teachers as well as analysis of the use of Google tools such as Google Classroom, Google Drive, and Google Meet. The results of this study indicate that the use of Google Tools can improve efficiency in lesson planning, task management, and communication between teachers and parents. Additionally, Google Tools assist in the professional development of teachers by providing easier access to resources and online training. Therefore, the implementation of this technology is expected to be continuously supported and developed to enhance the quality of education at Brainfor Kindergarten School

The Metaanalysis of the Analgesic Effect of Electroencephalographic Neurofeedback for People with Chronic Pain

Abstract: Chronic pain represents a major global health burden and often remains resistant to conventional pharmacological treatment, prompting the exploration of alternative therapeutic strategies. Electroencephalographic (EEG) neurofeedback&#8230; eurofeedback has emerged as a non-invasive neuromodulatory intervention that enables patients to self-regulate brain activity and potentially alleviate persistent pain symptoms. This systematic review addresses the research problem of inconsistent evidence regarding the clinical efficacy and underlying mechanisms of EEG-based neurofeedback for chronic pain management in adults. A comprehensive analysis of 80 studies involving adults with chronic pain lasting at least three months was conducted, examining neurofeedback protocols, clinical pain outcomes, neurophysiological changes, secondary benefits, and methodological quality. Findings revealed heterogeneous results, with several studies reporting statistically significant and clinically meaningful pain reduction, particularly in conditions such as chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and chronic back pain. Observed neurophysiological changes, including increased alpha power and modified connectivity in pain-related brain regions, were sometimes associated with clinical improvement, alongside reported benefits in sleep quality, mood, and overall well-being. However, evidence from sham-controlled randomized trials showed no significant differences between intervention and control groups, highlighting methodological limitations and challenges in blinding procedures. The review concludes that EEG neurofeedback is a safe and feasible intervention with potential therapeutic value for chronic pain, although current evidence remains inconsistent. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative evaluation of clinical outcomes, neurophysiological mechanisms, and protocol-specific effects, while emphasizing the need for personalized approaches, biomarker identification, and rigorous experimental designs to clarify efficacy and optimize treatment implementation.

Pemberian ASI Esklusif dengan Pencegahan Stunting pada Bayi Usia 0-6 Bulan

Abstract: Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that occurs as a result of prolonged inadequate nutrient intake, beginning as early as the prenatal period, and leading to impaired physical growth and cognitive development in children.&#8230; hildren. This condition remains a strategic public health issue because it has direct implications for the quality of human resources and national competitiveness in the future. This study focuses on the role of the family, particularly pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers, in preventing stunting through adequate nutritional fulfillment during the first 1,000 days of life, with an emphasis on exclusive breastfeeding practices. The method employed is a conceptual review based on scientific literature and relevant health policies to analyze the relationship between early nutritional adequacy and the risk of stunting in children. The findings indicate that stunting not only results in children having a height below the age-standard norm, but also disrupts brain development, which in turn affects learning ability, productivity, creativity, and children’s readiness to face future educational and social challenges. Family-based approaches to stunting prevention have proven effective, as the family represents the primary and earliest environment for meeting children’s nutritional needs. Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life emerges as a key strategy, as it optimally fulfills infants’ nutritional requirements and reduces the risk of malnutrition. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that strengthening the role of the family through nutritional education for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers is a strategic step toward sustainable stunting prevention. The novelty of this scientific work lies in its integrative emphasis on family-based approaches and the optimization of exclusive breastfeeding as a foundation for improving human resource quality from early life, encompassing not only physical, but also cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions of child development.

Penyuluhan Aplikasi ms. Powerpoint Bagi Guru Brainfor Islamic School Kisaran Timur

Abstract: Abstract: School Brainfor Islamic School is in the town of Kisaran, Asahan District, a school that has only a few classes. However, teaching process activities are minimal and require variations and methods used with material&#8230; erial explanation techniques using book media as well as whiteboards and demonstration tools. With the development of the method of using Ms. PowerPoint aims to be able to help teachers or schools in the use of delivering varied material both in class for presenting material to students and for presentations between school parties to parents of students. This dedication aims at none other than to provide education to the school, and counseling so that they are able to use the Ms. application. Powerpoint. With this activity, counseling also uses socialization, discussion, and training methods as well as assistance to partners so they can operate the Ms. application. Powerpoint. The result to be achieved in this service is that more partners will be able to use familiar application methods or media. Paying attention to supporting the process of delivering teaching material using Ms. Powerpoint to add insight and be able to take advantage of digital media. Akan tetapi Kegiatan proses mengajar yang minim dan  membutuhkan  variasi serta metode yang menggunakan dengan teknik penjelasan materi menggunakan media buku maupun papan tulis dan alat praga. Dengan adanya perkembangan metode penggunaan aplikasi Ms. powerpoint bertujuan agar dapat membantu bagi guru atau pihak sekolah dalam kegunaan penyampaian materi yang bervariatif baik saat di dalam kelas untuk pemaparan materi ke peserta didik maupun pemaparan rapat antar pihak sekolah ke wali murid. Pengabdian ini bertujuan tidak lain dan tidak bukan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pihak sekolah, penyuluhan agar mampu menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Powerpoint. Dengan kegiatan ini pula penyuluhan menggunakan metode sosialisasi, diskusi dan pelatihan serta pendampingan kepada mitra agar dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi Ms. Powerpoint. Hasil yang akan dicapai dalam pengabdian ini adalah akan bertambahnya mitra dapat menggunakan metode atau media aplikasi tidak asing lagi. Memperhatikan dalam penunjang proses penyampaian materi pengajaran menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Powerpoint untuk menambah wawasan dan dapat memanfaatkan media digital. PREDICTION OF STROKE USING LOGISTIC REGRESSION WITH A MACHINE LEARNING APPROACH

Abstract: Abstract: Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. Along with the development of digital technology, the use of Machine Learning in the health sector&#8230; tor is growing, one of which is in an effort to predict the occurrence of stroke. This study aims to implement the Logistic Regression algorithm in predicting the likelihood of a person having a stroke based on data from the Brain Stroke dataset. The research process includes data preprocessing (missing value handling, normalization, and label encoding), dividing the data into 80% training data and 20% test data, as well as model training. The model was then evaluated using several measures such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC, as well as a confusion matrix. The results of the study showed that Logistic Regression was able to provide stroke classification results with an accuracy of 82.4%, precision of 80.1%, recall of 78.6%, F1-score of 79.3%, and a ROC-AUC value of 0.87. Then, the model is integrated into applications that use Streamlit, so it can be used interactively to predict stroke risk in new data. The results of this study show that the combination of Machine Learning and web-based applications has the potential to support efforts to detect early stroke risk.             Keywords: logistic regression; machine learning; prediction; streamlit; stroke.     Abstrak: Stroke adalah salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di berbagai belahan dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Seiring perkembangan teknologi digital, penggunaan Machine Learning dalam bidang kesehatan semakin berkembang, salah satunya dalam upaya memprediksi terjadinya penyakit stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Logistic Regression dalam memprediksi kemungkinan seseorang mengalami stroke berdasarkan data dari dataset Brain Stroke. Proses penelitian meliputi preprocessing data (penanganan missing value, normalisasi, dan label encoding), membagi data menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data uji, serta pelatihan model. Model kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan beberapa ukuran seperti akurasi, precision, recall, F1-score, dan ROC-AUC, serta confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Logistic Regression mampu memberikan hasil klasifikasi penyakit stroke dengan akurasi sebesar 82,4%, precision 80,1%, recall 78,6%, F1-score 79,3%, dan nilai ROC-AUC sebesar 0,87. Kemudian, model tersebut diintegrasikan ke dalam aplikasi yang menggunakan Streamlit, sehingga dapat digunakan secara interaktif untuk memprediksi risiko stroke pada data baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Machine Learning dan aplikasi berbasis web berpotensi mendukung upaya deteksi dini risiko stroke.   Kata kunci: logistic regression; machine learning; prediksi; streamlit; stroke.
