The system development adopts the Waterfall methodology, which includes requirement analysis, UML-based system design (Use Case, Class, Activity, and Sequence Diagrams), implementation using PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework, as well as functional testing through the black-box method. The results show that the system provides core features such as inventory management, borrowing transactions, and automated reporting. System testing indicates improved data accuracy, a 70% increase in search efficiency, and enhanced transparency in laboratory asset management. o not all have halal certification, making it difficult for the public to identify products that comply with Islamic law. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that is able to map MSMEs that have been halal certified in the Asahan Regency area. This system is designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and CodeIgniter framework. The research methodology used is qualitative with a literature study approach, interviews, and observations. In the system that is built, users can see the location of MSMEs interactively through a digital map, as well as information related to products and halal status. The implementation results show that this system makes it easier for the Ministry of Religion to manage halal MSME data and helps the public access this information effectively. This system is expected to be an innovation that increases public trust in halal products, and encourages MSME actors to immediately take care of halal certification. In addition, this GIS supports transparency, education, and public services in the halal economy sector at the local level.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat penting, terutama bagi masyarakat Muslim dalam memastikan kehalalan produk yang dikonsumsi. Kabupaten Asahan memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum seluruhnya memiliki sertifikasi halal, sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk mengidentifikasi produk yang sesuai syariat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang mampu memetakan UMKM yang telah tersertifikasi halal di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, dan framework CodeIgniter. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi. Dalam sistem yang dibangun, pengguna dapat melihat lokasi UMKM secara interaktif melalui peta digital, serta informasi terkait produk dan status kehalalan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memudahkan Kementerian Agama dalam mengelola data UMKM halal dan membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi tersebut secara efektif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inovasi yang meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap produk halal, serta mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk segera mengurus sertifikasi halal. Selain itu, SIG ini mendukung transparansi, edukasi, dan pelayanan publik dalam sektor ekonomi halal di tingkat lokal.

Abstrak: PT. Agro Putra Lestari merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pertanian kelapa sawit. PT. Agro Putra Lestari tersebut menghadapi masalah dalam proses pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar serta pengecekan stok barang yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini rentan terhadap kesalahan dan redundansi data, yang dapat menyebabkan masalah besar dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan sistem inventori berbasis web untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem inventori ini dirancangan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3 untuk membangun aplikasi web yang dinamis, cepat, dan mudah, serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan datanya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung. Hasil dari rancangan tersebut adalah sebuah sistem inventori yang efektif dan efisien dalam proses pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar serta pengelolaan stok baang di PT. Agro Putra Lestari. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang serta memudahkan pemilik dalam memantau laporan stok barang secara real-time.

Bawaslu Asahan Regency has not yet developed a specific tool for consistent data entry and database management to accommodate the existing reports. This has resulted in difficulties for Bawaslu when receiving hundreds of reports from district supervisors. Therefore, the E-Form Model A system is urgently needed to simplify the report entry and storage process. The data collection techniques for this research involved direct observation and interviews at the Bawaslu office in Asahan Regency. The development of this e-form system used PHP programming language and CodeIgniter 3 Framework. The research results show that the E-Form Model A system facilitates easier access and report submission, shortens data management time, and automatically displays violation findings, thereby increasing the efficiency and accuracy of election oversight. Thus, this system can make a positive contribution to improving Bawaslu Asahan Regency's performance in election supervision.

Abstrak: Pada PILKADA 2020, Bawaslu menerima kurang lebih 3.100 laporan dari 25 kecamatan di Kabupaten Asahan. Proses pelaporan yang masih manual mengakibatkan keterbatasan aksesibilitas data, efisiensi waktu, dan penanganan yang sulit terhadap jumlah laporan yang besar. Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan belum memiliki alat khusus penginputan dan pangkalan data yang konsisten untuk menampung laporan yang sudah ada. Hal ini mengakibatkan Bawaslu mengalami kesulitan saat menerima ratusan laporan dari Pengawas Kecamatan. Maka sistem E-Form Model A sangat diperlukan untuk memudahkan sistem penginputan dan penyimpanan laporan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara langsung di kantor Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan. Adapun pembangunan sistem e-form ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Framework CodeIgniter 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem E-Form Model A memberikan kemudahan akses dan pengisian laporan, memperpendek waktu pengelolaan data, serta menampilkan temuan pelanggaran secara otomatis, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengawasan pemilu. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan dalam pengawasan pemilu.

The Cinta Statistics Village Development Program (Desa Cantik) focuses on increasing literacy, awareness and the active role of village/kelurahan officials and the community in organizing activities. Manual data management is still not effective and efficient to work quickly, precisely and accurately. With the development of technology, it is necessary to design a web-based SDGs Cinta Statistics application using the codeigniter framework by developing an agile method where this method is a software development method that is needed when the system has undergone repair or renewal. This application will help BPS Asahan employees work more effectively and efficiently so that the stored data is safe, fast, precise and accurate.

Abstrak : Indonesia sebagai salah satu Negara yang telah menyepakati penerapan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) / Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) berkomitmen untuk menyukseskan pelaksanaan SDGs melalui berbagai kegiatan dan menunjukkan komitmen dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 59 tahun 2017 tentang Pelaksanaan Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Asahan melaksanakan Program Pembinaan Statistik Sektoral Desa Cinta Statistik atau yang disebut Desa Cantik dan Program Entry SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik Tahun 2021. Program Pembinaan Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik) berfokus pada meningkatkan literasi, kesadaran dan peran aktif perangkat desa/kelurahan dan masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan. Pengelolaan data secara manual tersebut masih kurang efektif dan efesien untuk bekerja dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi maka perlulah dirancang sebuah aplikasi SDGs Desa Cinta Statistik berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan mengembangkan metode agile dimana metode ini adalah metode pengembangan software yang dibutuhkan ketika sistem telah mengalami perbaikan atau pembaharuan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini akan membantu pegawai BPS Asahan bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga data yang tersimpan aman, cepat, tepat dan akurat.

do not fully meet the eligibility criteria, while those in greater need don’t receive it, including at SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province. Based on this issue, a structured system is needed. The purpose of this study is to construct decision support systems for determining PIP fund recipients using Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. Data was collected using questionnaires, documentation, and observation techniques. Respondents consisted of 8 students from SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam. Criteria include number of dependents, homeownership status, attendance rate, and students final grades. System was developed using CodeIgniter 3 as framework, MySQL as database software, and InnoDB as database engine. ARAS method was applied to rank available alternatives. Based on calculations, first rank was obtained by alternative 6 (Malika Hendra As-Syifa), second rank by alternative 7 (Mutia Indah Sari), and third rank by alternative 8 (Rafa Kavindra). This study is expected to be further developed by applying other DSS methods, performing regular system maintenance, and integrating system with school data to improve accuracy and usability.

Abstrak: Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) merupakan bantuan pemerintah untuk mendukung pendidikan siswa kurang mampu. Namun, masih ditemukan penerima anggaran PIP yang kurang tepat sasaran, di mana bantuan diberikan kepada siswa yang kurang memenuhi kriteria, sementara siswa yang lebih membutuhkan tidak menerimanya, termasuk di SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam, Kabupaten Asahan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem terstruktur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan penetapan pemeroleh anggaran PIP menggunakan metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Responden adalah 8 siswa SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam. Kriteria meliputi jumlah tanggungan orang tua, status kepemilikan rumah, tingkat kehadiran, dan nilai akhir siswa. Sistem dirancang menggunakan CodeIgniter 3 sebagai framework, MySQL sebagai database software, dan InnoDB sebagai database engine. Perhitungan dengan metode ARAS digunakan untuk merangking alternatif yang ada. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan, peringkat pertama diperoleh oleh alternatif 6 yakni Malika Hendra As-Syifa, peringkat kedua diperoleh oleh alternatif 7 yakni Mutia Indah sari, dan peringkat ketiga diperoleh oleh alternatif 8 yakni Rafa Kavindra. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan menerapkan metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) lainnya, melakukan pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala, serta mengintegrasikan sistem dengan data sekolah untuk meningkatkan keakuratan dan kemudahan penggunaan.

This study aims to apply the codeigniter framework to the attendance system that uses QR Code at the Communication and Information Office of South Labuhanbatu Regency. The system development applies the Waterfall method, and the design uses the UML modeling language. This system is designed to make the attendance process effective for employees at the Diskominfo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan office. From the results of the study, it was found that the codeigniter framework can be applied to an attendance system that uses a QR Code with a more efficient program code processing process.

Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai masalah yakni; kesalahan penginputan data, manipulasi absensi, proses rekapitulasi yang tidak efisien, serta pemborosan dalam penggunaan kertas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan framework codeigniter pada sistem absensi yang menggunakan QR Code di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode Waterfall, dan perancangan menggunakan bahasa pemodelan UML. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membuat efektif proses absensi kehadiran karyawan pada kantor Diskominfo Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa framework codeigniter dapat diterapkan pada sistem absensi yang menggunakan QR Code dengan proses pengerjaan kode program yang lebih efisien.

Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini telah berhasil dibuat sebuah sistem prediksi untuk memprediksi lancar atau tidak lancarnya seorang calon peminjam uang. Calon peminjam uang yang akan meminjam, sebagian datanya yang memenuhi kriteria akan diinputkan petugas kantor ke dalam sebuah interface sistem aplikasi prediksi untuk diolah menggunakan metode Data Mining yaitu Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor dengan bahasa pemrograman Codeigniter 3. Hasil proses perhitungan Euclidean berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan antara data training (latih) ke data testing (uji) tersebut akan ditampilkan dengan sebuah tabel yang sudah diurutkan dari yang terkecil ke terbesar berisi 9 tetangga terdekat sesuai dengan nilai K yang sudah ditentukan yaitu 9. Sembilan tetangga tersebut akan diambil kategori yang dominan. Kategori yang dominan tersebut bisa dijadikan suatu pedoman yang memudahkan pimpinan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan kepada calon peminjam selanjutnya.
