pic findings of Enterobius vermicularis eggs among first- and second-grade students of SDN 12 Langkai, Palangka Raya City, in 2025. This research employed a descriptive approach, with specimen collection carried out using the anal swab technique. Samples were examined microscopically after staining with 5% eosin solution, and observations were performed under a light microscope using 10× and 40× objective lenses. The results showed that no eggs or larvae of Enterobius vermicularis were detected in any of the samples, indicating that all samples were negative. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that no cases of enterobiasis infection were found among the first- and second-grade students of SDN 12 Langkai, Palangka Raya City.

A literature review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews. Ten national and international research articles published between 2021 and 2025 were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by simple descriptive statistics through vote counting. The results showed that women’s knowledge of breast cancer was influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors included education level, age, attitudes and awareness, and psychological factors. External factors comprised access to information and educational media, the role of health professionals, educational interventions, socioeconomic status, cultural norms, and family support. Education level and access to information were identified as the most dominant factors based on their frequency across the reviewed studies.
It was concluded that women’s knowledge of breast cancer was shaped by the interaction between individual characteristics and social environments. Comprehensive and sustainable health education strategies were therefore required to improve breast cancer awareness and support early detection practices.

This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data sourced from audited financial statements. The Springate model, consisting of four key ratios (working capital to total assets, EBIT to total assets, EBT to current liabilities, and sales to total assets), was applied to evaluate the company’s financial stability. The results show fluctuating financial performance. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga was categorized as financially healthy (safe zone) in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023, but experienced financial distress in 2022 due to severe liquidity pressure and increased short-term liabilities. The overall average S-Score of 0.9453 places the company in the grey area, indicating potential vulnerability to financial instability. The findings highlight the importance of improving liquidity management, strengthening working capital, and increasing operational efficiency to prevent future distress. This study aims to determine the correlation between Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) and Lipid Profile in adult patients with obesity in Prodia Tangerang Clinical laboratory. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach and used purposive sampling technique. The research sample data was taken from secondary data from patient medical records. The p-value obtained using Rank Spearman correlation from the comparation of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with each lipid profile value is total cholesterol (p=0.003), LDL cholesterol (p=0.013), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (p=0.375) and tryglicerides (p=0.316). This study found a relationship between the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with total cholesterol dan LDL cholesterol, but there was no relationship between the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with HDL cholesterol and tryglicerides in obese adult patient in Prodia Tangerang Clinical Laboratory.

ng Hormone (TSH) in newborns before clinical symptoms appear. The timing of blood sample collection is a critical factor because TSH levels physiologically surge within the first 24 hours of life. This study aims to determine the accuracy of TSH sampling time in CH screening at Prima Medika General Hospital, Denpasar. A descriptive analytical method was used with a total sampling technique involving 105 neonates who underwent CHS from October to December 2024. Secondary data were obtained from laboratory request forms and the Laboratory Information System (LIS). Results showed that 92.4% of samples were collected on the second day of life, which aligns with the ideal window of 48–72 hours, and only 1.9% of neonates had elevated TSH levels. The study concludes that most sample collections met the recommended timing, contributing to valid results and effective CHS implementation. Timely sampling plays a vital role in early CH detection and reflects the overall quality of neonatal laboratory services.

atural resources. This study proposes an automatic water reservoir filling system in mosques using microcontroller technology. The fuzzy method is useful in filling automatic water reservoirs with microcontroller technology as an optimization and regulating the water filling process automatically. This system is to automate the process of filling water reservoirs by utilizing intelligent water level sensors and microcontrollers. In this research, I created a system that is able to detect the water level in the reservoir and regulate the filling process automatically. The use of a water level sensor allows accurate measurement of the water level, while the microcontroller controls the water pump according to the detected needs. The test results show that the implementation of microcontroller technology in filling automatic water reservoirs in mosques can increase water use efficiency and reduce waste. The system provides an effective and environmentally friendly solution for managing the mosque's water needs, contributing significantly to water conservation and maintenance of natural resources.

Abstrak : Masjid adalah sebuah bangunan yang digunakan umat muslim untuk mendekatkan diri kepada sang pencipta dengan beribadah dan menjalankan syariat agama Islam. Pengelohan air yang efisien di masjid sangat penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan efisiensi sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah sistem pengisian tandon air otomatis di masjid menggunakan teknologi microcontroller. Metode fuzzy berguna dalam pengisian tandon air otomatis dengan teknologi microcontroller sebagai pengoptimalkan dan mengatur proses pengisian air dengan secara otomatis. Sistem ini untuk mengotomatiskan proses pengisian tandon air dengan memanfaatkan sensor water level dan microcontroller yang cerdas. Dalam penelitian ini, dibuat sistem yang mampu mendeteksi tingkat air dalam tandon dan mengatur proses pengisian secara otomatis. Penggunaan sensor water level memungkinkan pengukuran yang akurat terhadap tingkat air, sementara microcontroller mengontrol pompa air sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang terdeteksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi microcontroller dalam pengisian tandon air otomatis di masjid dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air dan mengurangi pemborosan. Sistem ini memberikan solusi yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan untuk mengelola kebutuhan air masjid, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap konservasi air dan pemeliharaan sumber daya alam.

he authority of the Province of North Sumatra, has 111 students across elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels. SLBN Tanjungbalai is led by Mrs. Resti, S.Pd., supported by 13 teachers and 1 administrative staff member. This media integrates an interactive kinesthetic system, binary Braille sensors, and artificial intelligence (AI) capable of recognizing Braille letter patterns based on tactile input and providing real-time voice feedback. Braille letters are converted into six-dot binary codes (Braille-cell), such as A (100000), B (110000), C (100100), D (100110), up to Z (101011). These binary combinations are detected by tactile sensors or push buttons, then processed by an ESP32S connected to a 2004 LCD with I2C, a DFPlayer Mini, and a speaker to produce the corresponding letter sounds. The socialization activity was conducted at SDLB Negeri Kota Tanjungbalai, involving companion teachers and eight blind students. The activities included device demonstration, usage training, and interactive trials. The results show positive responses from both teachers and students, as the media enhances motivation, accuracy, and speed in learning Braille letters. RICKI-Braille proved to be more interactive and adaptive compared to conventional Braille learning media.

Abstrak: Media Reading And Interaction Console With Kinetic Intelligence – Braille versi prototipe bertujuan memperkenalkan inovasi teknologi pendidikan bagi peserta didik tunanetra di SLB Negeri Kota Tanjungbalai. Sekolah yang berada di bawah naungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini memiliki 111 siswa dari jenjang SD, SMP, hingga SMA. SLBN Tanjungbalai dipimpin oleh Ibu Resti, S.Pd., dengan dukungan 13 guru dan 1 tenaga tata usaha. Media ini memadukan sistem kinestetik interaktif, sensor Braille biner, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang mampu mengenali pola huruf Braille berdasarkan input titik-titik taktil, kemudian memberikan umpan balik suara secara real-time. Huruf Braille dikonversi menjadi kode biner enam titik (Braille-cell), misalnya A (100000), B (110000), C (100100), D (100110), dan seterusnya hingga Z (101011). Sensor taktil atau push button membaca kombinasi biner tersebut, lalu memprosesnya melalui ESP32S yang terhubung dengan LCD 2004 + I2C, DFPlayer Mini, dan speaker untuk menghasilkan suara huruf yang sesuai. Sosialisasi dilakukan di SDLB Negeri Kota Tanjungbalai dengan melibatkan guru pendamping dan delapan siswa tunanetra. Kegiatan mencakup demonstrasi alat, pelatihan penggunaan, serta uji coba interaktif. Hasilnya, guru dan siswa memberikan respons positif karena media ini meningkatkan motivasi, ketepatan, dan kecepatan belajar huruf Braille. RICKI-Braille terbukti lebih interaktif dan adaptif dibanding media Braille konvensional.

In addition, there were 2 pregnant women, one of whom was detected as having KEK (chronic energy deficiency), so that they have the potential to give birth to stunted babies. One of the factors causing stunting is the lack of knowledge about nutrition during pregnancy and toddlerhood. Seeing the potential and natural resources of the Barongan area which is a rural area, the PPMT Team has a program to optimize the potential for local wisdom of family medicinal plants (toga), especially highly nutritious plants and baby/toddler massage. This activity was carried out using educational methods for cadres, youth, pregnant women and mothers of toddlers in Barongan Hamlet about risk factors, causal factors, prevention and management of stunting in the community. PPMT Team will train cadres, pregnant women and mothers of toddlers in utilizing highly nutritious plants that are easily found in the surrounding environment and doing Tui Na massage for toddlers. This activity is expected to support the resolution of stunting cases and prevent the emergence of new stunting cases. The results of the education and training activities carried out are an increase in knowledge about stunting, an increase in skills in empowering highly nutritious plants as a menu variation for toddlers, and skills in practicing Tui Na massage for toddlers.

Abstrak: Dusun Barongan merupakan bagian dari Desa Donorojo, Kecamatan Tegalrejo, Kabupaten Magelang. Pada Oktober 2022, Dusun Barongan berada pada posisi teratas jumlah kasus stunting di wilayah Desa Donorojo. Jumlah kasus stunting tercatat 8 anak dari 15 anak usia < 5 tahun. Selain itu, terdapat 2 ibu hamil yang salah satunya terdeteksi mengalami KEK (kekurangan energi kronis), sehingga berpotensi melahirkan bayi stunting. Salah satu faktor penyebab stunting adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pemenuhan nutrisi di masa kehamilan dan masa balita. Melihat potensi dan sumber daya alam wilayah Barongan yang merupakan wilayah pedesaan, Tim PPMT memiliki program untuk mengoptimalkan potensi kearifan lokal tanaman obat keluarga (toga) khususnya tanaman bergizi tinggi serta pijat bayi/balita. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode edukasi bagi kader, remaja, serta ibu hamil dan ibu balita di Dusun Barongan tentang faktor risiko, faktor penyebab, upaya pencegahan dan tatalaksana stunting di masyarakat. Kemudian, Tim PPMT akan melatih kader, ibu hamil dan ibu balita di Dusun Barongan dalam mendayagunakan tanaman bergizi tinggi yang mudah ditemukan di lingkungan sekitar dan melakukan pijat Tui Na untuk balita. an early screening model employing machine learning techniques, specifically the random forest algorithm, on a dataset of 268 students (aged 17-29 years; consisting of 98 males and 170 females) within a multicultural educational setting. The principal challenges associated with this dataset are class imbalance and the potential for data leakage from clinical scores. This study implements a rigorous feature selection approach that involves the elimination of depression score features and the utilization of the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to balance the training data distribution. Furthermore, a Threshold Tuning strategy is employed to prioritize detection sensitivity (Recall). The findings indicate that reducing the decision threshold to an optimal value of 0.25 led to a substantial enhancement in the recall value, increasing it from 36% (baseline) to 77%. A feature importance analysis was conducted, the results of which indicated that Total Social Connectedness (ToSC) is the most dominant predictor. In summary, the present study corroborates the notion that optimizing sensitivity through threshold tuning is of paramount importance for medical screening. Furthermore, social isolation factors emerge as more significant indicators of depression risk than demographic attributes.

Abstrak: Masalah kesehatan mental, khususnya depresi di kalangan mahasiswa dewasa muda, sering terdeteksi terlambat akibat stigma dan enggan mencari konsultasi medis. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengembangkan model skrining dini menggunakan teknik machine learning, khususnya algoritma random forest, pada dataset 268 mahasiswa (usia 17-29 tahun; terdiri dari 98 laki-laki dan 170 perempuan) dalam lingkungan pendidikan multikultural. Tantangan utama yang terkait dengan dataset ini adalah ketidakseimbangan kelas dan potensi kebocoran data dari skor klinis. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan seleksi fitur yang ketat, yang melibatkan eliminasi fitur skor depresi dan penggunaan Teknik Over-sampling Minoritas Sintetis (SMOTE) untuk menyeimbangkan distribusi data pelatihan. Selain itu, strategi Penyesuaian Ambang Batas diterapkan untuk memprioritaskan sensitivitas deteksi (Recall). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengurangi ambang batas keputusan ke nilai optimal 0,25 menyebabkan peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai recall, dari 36% (dasar) menjadi 77%. Analisis pentingnya fitur dilakukan, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Total Social Connectedness (ToSC) adalah prediktor yang paling dominan. Secara ringkas, studi ini membenarkan bahwa mengoptimalkan sensitivitas melalui penyesuaian ambang batas sangat penting untuk skrining medis. lt to apply in real time. Therefore, this study proposes a real-time multi-face emotion detection system designed for classroom learning environments. The system integrates a CNN-based Tiny Face Detector for multi-scale face localization with a convolutional neural network to classify seven facial emotions: angry, disgust, fear, happy, sad, surprise, and neutral. Experimental evaluation was conducted using classroom video data under varying lighting conditions, face orientations, partial occlusions, and different numbers of detected faces per frame. The proposed system achieves stable real-time performance with processing speeds ranging from 10–20 FPS, depending on face density. The results show higher recognition performance for expressive emotions, while subtle emotions remain more challenging. Overall classification accuracy reaches above 80% when emotion predictions are aggregated across multiple faces and time windows. These results indicate that the proposed system is suitable for objective analysis of emotional dynamics in classroom environments and supports the deployment of lightweight emotion-aware monitoring systems for educational applications.

Abstrak: Pemahaman terhadap kondisi emosional mahasiswa penting untuk mengevaluasi keterlibatan dan suasana pembelajaran di kelas. Namun, metode evaluasi konvensional umumnya bersifat subjektif dan sulit diterapkan secara real-time. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem deteksi emosi multi-wajah secara real-time yang dirancang untuk lingkungan pembelajaran di kelas. Sistem mengintegrasikan Tiny Face Detector berbasis CNN untuk pelokalan wajah multi-skala dengan jaringan saraf konvolusional untuk mengklasifikasikan tujuh emosi wajah, yaitu marah, jijik, takut, senang, sedih, terkejut, dan netral. Evaluasi eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan data video kelas dengan variasi kondisi pencahayaan, orientasi wajah, oklusi parsial, serta jumlah wajah yang berbeda dalam satu frame. Sistem menunjukkan kinerja real-time yang stabil dengan kecepatan pemrosesan antara 10–20 FPS, bergantung pada kepadatan wajah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik pada emosi ekspresif, sementara emosi dengan ciri halus lebih menantang untuk dikenali. Akurasi klasifikasi keseluruhan mencapai di atas 80% ketika hasil emosi diagregasi berdasarkan banyak wajah dan interval waktu. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan berpotensi digunakan untuk analisis objektif dinamika emosi di kelas serta mendukung pemantauan lingkungan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan.
