Prioritisasi Turunan Aaptamine sebagai Kandidat Antibakteri melalui Analisis Swiss-ADME dan Protox-II

Annisa Elcentia Fajarwati, Diana Andari
Abstract: Antimicrobial resistance has driven the urgent need to develop new antibacterial candidates with favorable efficacy, pharmacokinetic properties, and safety profiles. Aaptamine derivatives, secondary metabolites isolated… from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.

Memahami Konteks Sosio-Historis Turunnya Wahyu: Analisis terhadap Ayat-Ayat Makkiyah dan Madaniyah dalam Al-Qur’an

Azzah Fadiyah Nurfadhilah Fahman, Muh. Mukhlis Rahman
Abstract: This study aims to describe the errors made by students in solving story problems using Newman’s procedure analysis and in terms of students’ learning styles. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research.… arch. The subjects of this study were students of class VIIIع with a total of 23 students and selected using purposive sampling as many as 9 students based on visual, auditory and kinetic learning styles. The data collection technique in this study used a learning style questionnaire test which was tested with 23 students of class VIIIع, a story problem test on the system of linear equations of two variables which was tested with 9 students who were selected based on learning style groups and interviews. Based on the results of the study there were 10 students with visual learning styles, 9 students with auditory learning styles and 4 students with kinaesthetic learning styles. Obtained from the research data are: a) Students with visual learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure in understanding the problem and writing the final answer; b) Students with auditory learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure on understanding the problem, transformation, process skills and writing the final answer, c) Students with kinaesthetic learning styles made errors based on Newman’s procedure on understanding the problem, transformation, process skills and writing the final answer.

Sosialisasi Media Pembelajaran Anak Tunanetra Reading Interaction Console With Kinetic Intelligence Braille Versi Prototipe

Abstract: Abstract: The Reading And Interaction Console With Kinetic Intelligence – Braille prototype aims to introduce an innovative educational technology for blind students at SLB Negeri Kota Tanjungbalai. The school, under the… he authority of the Province of North Sumatra, has 111 students across elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels. SLBN Tanjungbalai is led by Mrs. Resti, S.Pd., supported by 13 teachers and 1 administrative staff member. This media integrates an interactive kinesthetic system, binary Braille sensors, and artificial intelligence (AI) capable of recognizing Braille letter patterns based on tactile input and providing real-time voice feedback. Braille letters are converted into six-dot binary codes (Braille-cell), such as A (100000), B (110000), C (100100), D (100110), up to Z (101011). These binary combinations are detected by tactile sensors or push buttons, then processed by an ESP32S connected to a 2004 LCD with I2C, a DFPlayer Mini, and a speaker to produce the corresponding letter sounds. The socialization activity was conducted at SDLB Negeri Kota Tanjungbalai, involving companion teachers and eight blind students. The activities included device demonstration, usage training, and interactive trials. The results show positive responses from both teachers and students, as the media enhances motivation, accuracy, and speed in learning Braille letters. RICKI-Braille proved to be more interactive and adaptive compared to conventional Braille learning media. Huruf Braille dikonversi menjadi kode biner enam titik (Braille-cell), misalnya A (100000), B (110000), C (100100), D (100110), dan seterusnya hingga Z (101011).
