INTEGRATION OF POWTOON LEARNING MEDIA WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY OF STUDENTS IN THE GEN Z ERA

Kadhapy, Moh., paputungan, frezy, B. Jassin, Iwan
Abstract: Digitalization in education continues to increase, particularly in the use of learning media. However, various challenges associated with the emergence of eras based on birth years often lead to differing perspectives on… improving the quality of education today. The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

Jusmaeni, Jusmaeni, M. Agus, Andi Adam
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) on the learning interest and ability to write narrative texts of grade IV students of UPT SDN 21 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency.… ncy. The research background is based on the needs of Indonesian learning that is closer to the students' local cultural experiences so that learning becomes meaningful and relevant. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment design of the non-equivalent control group design that involves two groups, namely the experimental group that received CRT treatment and the control group that used conventional learning. The research instruments included learning interest questionnaires, narrative text writing tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed a significant difference between the two groups after the treatment was given. The average post-test score of the experimental group's writing ability reached 82.14, a significant increase from the pre-test score of 58.71. Meanwhile, the control group only increased from 57.42 to 69.28. The learning interest of students in the experimental group also increased from 62% to 86%, much higher than the control group which only increased from 60% to 71%. The t-test showed a significance value of < 0.05 on both variables, which means that CRT had a significant effect on students' learning interest and narrative text writing ability. Normalized gain analysis corroborated these findings, where the experimental group was in the high improvement category. Overall, this study emphasizes that the integration of local cultural elements through the CRT approach is able to increase student participation, motivation, and academic performance, especially in writing narrative texts. The results of this study imply that CRT is feasible as an alternative to Indonesian learning strategies that are more communicative, contextual, and in favor of the cultural diversity of students

OPTIMIZATION OF CARAGENAN CONCENTRATION IN THE PRODUCTION OF NORI IPOMOEA REPTANS SNACKS BASED ON ORGANOLEPTIC TESTING

Anggi Anggraeni, Cartono, Mia Nurkanti
Abstract: Nori is a seaweed-based food that is favored by the Indonesian people, but its availability is still limited. Meanwhile, the abundant production of land kale (Ipomoea reptans) as a local vegetable has not been optimally… utilized, resulting in low economic value and its potential as a food source has not been maximized. One solution to overcome this problem is to use organic land kale as an alternative ingredient for making nori. Organic land kale is known to have good nutritional content and is commonly consumed by the community. This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of analog nori made from organic land kale as a healthy snack through organoleptic tests. The method used was an experiment with a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 24 samples, 6 treatments, and 4 repetitions. The treatment given was carrageenan concentration (0%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.2%, and 1.4%) Data were analyzed using the Friedman Test to assess panelists' preferences for taste, color, aroma, and texture parameters. It can be concluded that the results show the addition of carrageenan at 1% produces analog nori with the highest level of acceptance, so it is considered the most optimal formulation.

If a notary is involved in violations such as falsifying client data, making deeds that favor one party, or providing false information to clients, this can threaten his career. The client has the right to report the action to the Honorary Council to provide sanctions to the notary in accordance with the applicable code of ethics. Imelda C Laode, Fransin Kontu, Fitriani
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the social interaction of the Kanum ethnic group as cross-border actors between the Sota area (Indonesia) and Waiber (Papua New Guinea). The Kanum people are indigenous… communities residing on both sides of the border, sharing strong historical, cultural, and economic ties. The research was conducted in Kampung Sota, Sota District, Merauke Regency, South Papua Province, using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and interactive model analysis by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings reveal that the key supporting factors for social interaction are mostly located in Sota-Indonesia, including better geographic access, infrastructure availability, border pass policy, favorable security conditions, and active economic and educational activities. On the other hand, the main hindering factors are found in Waiber-PNG, such as difficult geographic access, lack of infrastructure, limited governmental policies, and issues related to civil registration. Culturally and socially, the Kanum people experience no barriers due to shared values, traditions, and language. This study concludes that cross-border interdependence is not solely determined by national boundaries but also shaped by socio-cultural dynamics and inclusive policies. Keywords: Kanum ethnic, social interaction, cross-border, border, interdependence.
