i prostaglandin yang menyebabkan kontraksi uterus berlebihan sehingga menimbulkan iskemia dan nyeri. Salah satu terapi nonfarmakologis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri adalah pijat akupresur pada titik LI 4 (Hegu). Stimulasi pada titik ini dapat merangsang pelepasan hormon endorfin sehingga membantu menghambat impuls nyeri dan memberikan efek relaksasi.
Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui pengaruh pijat akupresur titik LI 4 terhadap penurunan dismenore pada siswi kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Karawang Tahun 2026.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswi kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Karawang yang mengalami dismenore. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 33 siswi. Intensitas nyeri diukur menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pijat akupresur titik LI 4. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata intensitas dismenore sebelum intervensi sebesar 2,18 dan sesudah intervensi menjadi 1,06, sehingga terjadi penurunan sebesar 1,12 Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test diperoleh p-value = 0,000 (<0,05)
Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pijat akupresur titik LI 4 terhadap penurunan dismenore pada siswi SMA Negeri 2 Karawang Tahun 2026.

QCC is applied as a structured approach that empowers employees to identify workplace problems, develop solutions, and collaborate in continuous improvement activities using quality management tools and the PDCA cycle. The research employs a case study and comparative analysis method to explore differences between the standardized QCC system at CATL headquarters and the more flexible, localized implementation in Indonesia. The study involved permanent employees from both organizations using saturated sampling, with a total of 10 respondents. In addition, a five-day productivity training program was conducted in China and Karawang through lectures, case studies, and project-based learning, evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments. The findings indicate that QCC significantly improves employee understanding of productivity management, strengthens communication, enhances product quality, reduces quality-related costs, and increases employee engagement, motivation, and organizational commitment in both operational environments

This study aims to analyze and describe the integration of the Quizizz platform in evaluating Islamic value-based learning at SDN Palumbonsari I, East Karawang District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values was carried out systematically through three stages: evaluation planning by incorporating value indicators into learning tools, implementation of values in question design and digital feedback, and post-evaluation reflection in class. Digital features were utilized not only to display scores but also to convey moral messages that support Islamic character formation. In practice, digital evaluation functions as a cognitive measurement instrument as well as a means of habituating values. The implications of this research confirm that the use of digital platforms in evaluation can be directed as a medium for internalizing values if it is designed in a structured manner and supported by the teacher's pedagogical commitment.

Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam antusiasme dan pemahaman peserta mengenai prinsip-prinsip akuntansi, prospek karier, dan etika profesi. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan ini berhasil membina kemitraan kolaboratif antara universitas dan sekolah, sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan sosial tim mahasiswa pelaksana. Kesimpulannya, sosialisasi ini terbukti menjadi media yang efektif untuk transfer pengetahuan dan motivasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif-eksploratif. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia empat sampai lima tahun, dengan informan guru kelas dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi media tekstur melalui tahap pengenalan, eksplorasi bebas, dan kegiatan terarah secara konsisten meningkatkan koordinasi jari, ketepatan gerak manipulatif, serta keberanian anak dalam mengeksplorasi permukaan yang beragam. Peran guru yang memberikan pendampingan proporsional turut memperkuat efektivitas stimulasi. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa variasi tekstur dapat diposisikan sebagai komponen pedagogis dalam pembelajaran multisensori, sekaligus menjadi rujukan praktis bagi guru PAUD dalam merancang kegiatan yang mendukung perkembangan motorik halus secara sistematis.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of inclusive learning strategies in interventions for reading difficulties in dyslexic students at State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) 1 Karawang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that strategy implementation was carried out through adaptive planning, differentiated learning, and individual development-based evaluation integrated into regular learning. Teachers modified materials, used visual media, segmented text, and continuously monitored student progress. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening teachers' pedagogical competencies in designing inclusive literacy interventions and the need for institutional support to ensure the sustainability of adaptive learning practices in madrasas.

This study aims to analyze and describe teachers' strategies in managing students' digital preferences to strengthen Quranic literacy at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Falah Majalaya - Karawang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that teachers' strategies are implemented through three main approaches: digital media integration in Quranic learning, literacy habits based on school culture, and collaboration with parents in supervising gadget use. Teachers direct the use of Quranic applications and audio-visual media in a controlled manner so that students' digital preferences are shifted to educational activities. The culture of morning literacy and intensive communication with parents strengthens the continuity of strategies at school and at home. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of redefining the role of teachers as adaptive and contextual managers of digital preferences in Islamic education. These findings contribute to the development of Qur'anic pedagogical practices that are responsive to the dynamics of the digital era.

This PKM was conducted through an interactive socialization session involving 12th-grade Accounting students at SMKN 3 Karawang, using presentation, discussion, and Question & Answer methods. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' enthusiasm and understanding of accounting principles, career prospects, and professional ethics. Furthermore, the activity successfully fostered a collaborative partnership between the university and the school, while also enhancing the social skills of the implementing student team. In conclusion, this socialization proved to be an effective medium for knowledge and motivation transfer. It is recommended that similar initiatives be developed sustainably and expanded in scope to maximize their positive impact.

One of the efforts the author wants to achieve in this activity is the creation of integrated marketing communications for UMKMs. By collaborating with the Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) from the Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI), the author targeted 20 UMKMs spread across the Jakarta, Bogor and Karawang areas. The results of this activity show that after attending the training, UMKMs' understanding of the concept of effective marketing communication has increased so that they can be more optimal in developing their business in the future. Apart from that, through this activity a number of capital assistance was also provided for UMKMs.

Abstrak: Pandemi covid 19 yang sempat menghunjam Indonesia masih meninggalkan dampak di masyarakat. Salah satu sektor yang terkena imbas dari pandemi covid 19 adalah sektor ekonomi khususnya pada level Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan berangkat dari kondisi tersebut dan adanya semangat kebersamaan maka melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini penulis ingin memberikan kontribusi positif pada sekelompok UMKM untuk bisa bangkit kembali pasca covid-19. Salah satu upaya yang ingin dicapai penulis dalam kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya komunikasi pemasaran terpadu bagi UMKM. Dengan menggandeng Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) dari Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI), penulis menyasar 20 UMKM yang tersebar di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor dan Karawang. Hasil kegiatan ini memperlihatkan bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terlihat adanya peningkatkan pemahaman dari UMKM mengenai konsep komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif sehingga mereka dapat lebih optimal dalam mengembangkan usahanya di masa mendatang. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan ini juga diberikan sejumlah bantuan modal bagi UMKM.

The purpose of this paper is to identify strategies for optimizing Community Based Independent Waste Management with the 3 R Concept (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) in Sukaluyu Village, Karawang. This strategy is planned to be able to explore community participation that is bottom-up, starting from the identification of problems and needs of the community, socialization of the concept of 3 R in the household so that people can feel the benefits economically and preserve the environment.The implementation method consists of surveys, hearings, focus group discussions, training, and waste sorting self-practices. This activity is expected to not only improve the environmental quality of the Sukaluyu Village community, but also can change the perceptions and behavior of the community and local stakeholders regarding waste reduction and management. The most important conclusion of this community services is the emphasis on awareness and high involvement motivation of the community in waste management to create culture in the community.

Abstrak: Reuse, Reduce dan Recycle (3R) adalah perilaku pengelolaan sampah menjadi bahan bernilai yang dapat meningkatkan manfaat ekonomis masyarakat dan mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan yang berdampak terhadap pemanasan global. Konsep 3 R ini sering dijadikan solusi untuk memperbaiki lingkungan yang memiliki masalah dalam pengelolaan sampah. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi optimalisasi Pengelolaan Sampah Mandiri Berbasis Masyarakat dengan konsep 3 R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) di Desa Sukaluyu, Karawang. Strategi ini direncanakan untuk menggali partisipasi masyarakat yang bersifat bottom-up, dimulai dari identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat, sosialisasi konsep 3R di rumah tangga sehingga masyarakat dapat merasakan manfaat secara ekonomis dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei, audiensi, focus group discussion, pelatihan, dan praktik mandiri pengolahan-pemilahan sampah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan masyarakat Desa Sukaluyu, namun juga dapat mengubah persepsi dan perilaku masyarakat dan stakeholder setempat terkait pengurangan dan pengelolaan sampah. Kesimpulan penting dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya kesadaran dan motivasi keterlibatan masyarakat yang baik dalam pengelolaan sampah hingga dapat menciptakan budaya di masyarakat.
