experiences and perceptions of MSME actors and incubator managers regarding the impact of incubation on their business development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation related to the incubation program run by Makassar Technopark and Makassar City Business Incubator. The results of the study indicate that business incubators have a positive impact on improving managerial skills, wider market access, and strong business networks for MSMEs. However, there are challenges related to the suitability of training materials to the needs of specific sectors, difficulties in accessing capital, and limited time that MSME actors can invest in participating in the incubation program. Lack of ongoing mentoring after the incubation is complete is also one of the obstacles faced by business actors. Therefore, this study recommends adjusting the incubation program to be more relevant to the needs of each MSME sector, as well as increasing post-incubation support to ensure business sustainability.

The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of up to 80% among players and coaches after participating in the training. This finding confirms that the coaching clinic method is able to deliver material systematically and easily understood, so it can be an effective alternative strategy in improving the understanding of defensive tactics in futsal.

The results indicate that the Pangasius distribution system still involves multiple intermediaries, resulting in relatively weak bargaining power for fish farmers. The distribution process takes approximately 1–2 days and is constrained by limited cold storage facilities, which affects product quality. Cost analysis shows that the cost of production is IDR 20,239.15 per kg, while the ideal selling price is IDR 22,263.06 per kg, with a profit margin of 10%. Improvements in the distribution system, better access to market information, and enhanced logistical support are necessary to increase distribution efficiency and improve farmers’ profitability.

The research method used was a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The study subjects included 50 fifth-grade students divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data collection instruments included a learning motivation questionnaire, a learning independence observation sheet, and documentation of learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using a t-test to determine significant differences between the two groups.
The results showed that the implementation of immersive learning had a positive and significant impact on increasing student motivation and learning independence. Students participating in immersive learning demonstrated greater enthusiasm, active question-asking, and the ability to manage assignments independently compared to those in the control group. These findings indicate that immersive learning strategies can be an effective alternative in developing reflective, independent, and problem-solving-oriented learners. Thus, the implementation of immersive learning in elementary schools needs to be continuously strengthened through teacher training, the development of teaching materials, and a learning culture that fosters students' ongoing curiosity.

However, after participating in the angklung learning activity at Saung Angklung Udjo, a significant increase in their skills was seen. In addition, students also showed an increase in understanding of the cultural values of angklung as a traditional musical instrument. Several factors that contributed to the success of this learning included the quality of teaching, adequate facilities, time and intensity of practice, and student motivation and interest. The positive experiences gained during learning at Saung Angklung Udjo not only improved technical skills, but also instilled cultural values and togetherness among students. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for the development of arts and culture education curriculum in Indonesia.
