Objective:This study aims to describe the administration of cinnamon boiled water in supporting the healing of perineal wounds among postpartum mothers in Jetis Village. Method:This scientific paper uses a descriptive research method with a case study approach. Results:The results showed a decrease in the degree of perineal wound after the administration of cinnamon boiled water. Conclusion: Based on the case study conducted over seven days, the administration of cinnamon boiled water to postpartum mothers can help accelerate the healing of perineal wounds.

Objective: This study aims to describe the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers with the administration of betel leaf decoction. Method: This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: After implementing perineal care using betel leaf decoction, which was applied regularly in the morning and evening after bathing for 5 days, there was a noticeable acceleration in the healing process of the wounds and an increase in maternal satisfaction regarding wound care. Conclusion: Wound care for perineal injuries using betel leaf decoction is effective for healing perineal wounds in postpartum mothers .

Kesimpulan: Implementasi pemberian terapi nonfarmakologis berupa senam kegel dilakukan 2 kali sehari selama 7 hari 10-15 menit efektif untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum dengan hasil sebelum dilakukan skala REEDA skor 12 (luka buruk) menurun menjadi 2 dengan kategori luka sedang.

ll reach 5.7% in 2023. One of the factors is the high rate of postpartum infections, namely low knowledge about infection prevention. One effective management is perineal wound care using NaCl 0.9%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl in normal primiparous post partum mothers with indications of perineal rupture in Kejobong Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. After treating the wound twice for 3 days using 0.9% NaCl, it was found that the wound looked better and there were no signs of infection as indicated by a decrease in the REEDA score from 11 categories of unhealed wounds to 2 categories of moderate wounds. This is supported by cleanliness of the wound area and choosing the right food. Wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl is effective for healing perineal ruptures.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang keputihan dengan perawatan perineal pada remaja putri di SMKN 5 Tangerang. Penelitian ini mengguankan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang merupakan metode pengumpulan atau pengukuran data dari variabel independen dan variabel dependen yang dilakukan dalam satu waktu. tehnik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Purposive sampling adalah tehnik untuk sampel penelitian dengan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh nantinya bisa lebih representative, sampel sebanyak 110 responden. berdasarkan uji chi-square bahwa hasil p-value <0.05. Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang keputihan dengan perawatan perineal remaja putri di SMKN 5 kab. Tangerang yaitu dengan nilai p-value = 0.000 < 0,05.
