Pencegahan stunting menjadi penting karena masih terbatasnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pola makan sehat dan pemenuhan gizi seimbang bagi ibu dan balita. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi pola makan sehat dengan menerapkan pedoman “Isi Piringku”. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengertian stunting, faktor penyebab stunting, dampak stunting terhadap pertumbuhan anak, serta penerapan pedoman Isi Piringku sebagai acuan pemenuhan gizi seimbang. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi secara langsung dan diskusi dengan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum sosialisasi, sebagian peserta masih memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai penyebab, dampak, dan cara pencegahan stunting. Setelah kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman terkait stunting serta mampu menjelaskan kembali prinsip pola makan sehat berdasarkan pedoman Isi Piringku. Dengan demikian, kegiatan sosialisasi ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting di lingkungan keluarga.

tion, thus higher education institutions need to optimize entrepreneurship education to foster students' entrepreneurial interest. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and correlational design. The population consists of students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, with a sample of 300 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument is a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 software. The results show that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.721 and coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.520. This means that 52% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest can be explained by entrepreneurship education. Descriptively, entrepreneurship education received a "Good" rating (mean = 3.78) and students' entrepreneurial interest was in the "High" category (mean = 3.92). This research provides an important contribution to developing more effective entrepreneurship education strategies in higher education institutions.

timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

Namun, terdapat beberapa keterbatasan yang menjadi masalah dalam pengoperasiannya. Yang pertama, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia sebagai pelatih atau tutor dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan pembuatan produk sabun. Yang kedua, Sarana dan prasarana berupa bahan – bahan yang diperlukan dalam membuat produk sabun cuci piring seperti bahan- bahan kimia, air galon, dll dinilai masih kurang. Yang ketiga, masalah kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan bagaimana menambah pendapatan. Kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dari tahap observasi lapangan, pemaparan materi ekonomi kreatif, pengadaan bahan – bahan pembuatan sabun cuci piring. Hasil dari kegiatan ini anggota kelompok melati putih terlihat antusias dengan mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring serta sangat senang karena adanya bantuan yang telah diberikan. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring ini juga memenuhi keterampilan softskill ibu – ibu kelompok melati putih dan kiranya bisa menjadi sumber pendapatan keluarga.

of students' knowledge regarding the “Isi Piringku” concept, which may affect nutritional status and eating habits among adolescents. The method was conducted through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The intervention consisted of nutrition education delivered using PowerPoint media, followed by a practical activity involving the arrangement of the Isi Piringku puzzle. The evaluation employed a pre-test and post-test design involving 30 seventh-grade students to assess changes in knowledge before and after intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, which showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p=0.003). The proportion of students with good knowledge increased from 6,7% to 26,7% after the intervention. Monitoring conducted three days after the education session indicated that some students had begun applying the “Isi Piringku” concept, although food availability at home remained a challenge. This study concludes that education using visual media and interactive practices is effective in improving adolescents' nutritional knowledge; however, support from families and schools is necessary to optimize sustainable behavioral changes.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan siswa tentang konsep Isi Piringku, yang berpotensi memengaruhi status gizi dan kebiasaan makan remaja. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Intervensi berupa edukasi gizi menggunakan media PowerPoint dan praktik penyusunan puzzle Isi Piringku. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test pada 30 siswa kelas VII. Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test (p=0,003). Persentase pengetahuan kategori baik meningkat dari 6,7% menjadi 26,7% setelah intervensi. Monitoring tiga hari pascaedukasi menunjukkan sebagian siswa mulai menerapkan konsep isi piringku, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan pada ketersediaan pangan di rumah. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa edukasi menggunakan media visual dan praktik interaktif efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi remaja, namun diperlukan dukungan keluarga dan sekolah untuk optimalisasi perubahan perilaku

Seeing this situation, we feel encouraged to conduct training on making dish soap as a form of innovation in community empowerment, especially housewives, with the ultimate goal of improving skills in creating products of economic value and increasing the family budget by eliminating the need to buy dish soap every day. The methods used in this training are socialization, training or trials, and discussions or consultations. The purpose of this activity is to encourage creativity and provide knowledge in making dish soap, so that it can save expenses and open up new business opportunities. It can be concluded that the training activities have been successful and successfully carried out well. Villagers have mastered the material provided in the dish soap training activity.

Abstrak: Desa Binjai Baru, Kecamatan Datuk Tanah Datar mempunyai potensi besar untuk untuk dikembangkan melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, tidak adanya pelatihan keterampilan, merupakan salah satu hal kendalamenghambat kemajuan ekonomi. Banyak pemuda desa yang memilih merantau, sementara itu banyak ibu-ibu bekerja dari rumah memiliki waktu luang yang belum dimanfaatkan secara efektif. Melihat situasi ini, kami merasa terdorong untuk melakukan pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci piring sebagai bentuk inovasi pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu rumah tangga, dengan tujuan akhir meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menciptakan produk bernilai ekonomi serta meningkatkan anggaran keluarga dengan menghilangkan kebutuhan untuk membeli sabun cuci piring setiap hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah sosialisasi, Pelatihan atau uji coba, dan diskusi atau konsultasi. Adapun tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan ini adalah mendorong kreativitas dan memberikan pengetahuan dalam membuat sabun cuci piring, sehingga dapat menghemat pengeluaran serta membuka peluang usaha baru. Dapat disimpulakan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan telah sukses dan berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik. Warga desa telah menguasai materi yang diberikan dalam kegiatan pelatihan sabun cuci piring.

Karang Taruna Bumi Asih Village is committed to improving youth welfare through Entrepreneurship training to provide various skills and knowledge to spur innovative and inspiring creativity. The method applied is the ABCD (Assets Base Community Development) Pattern with stages; Discovery, Dreams, Design, and Destiny. With the ABCD pattern, youth organizations are directed to be able to recognize and identify social problems that occur, understand, formulate and implement appropriate resolution techniques. With training, Karang Taruna administrators and members will have a strong organizational foundation, be visionary, and have integrity in directing a better life in society. Karang Taruna's real actions can direct the lives of the younger generation in a way that can reduce the unemployment rate in Bumi Asih Village.
