wards Muhammad Rudi's leadership as Mayor of Batam. The theory used in this study is the leadership theory of Path-Goal. The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.

The purpose of this digital technology outreach is to enhance the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in adopting technology, enabling them to compete in the digital era. This outreach activity includes a basic understanding of business software usage, digital marketing strategies, and the use of social media to expand market reach. The methods used include seminars, hands-on training, and Q&A sessions. The results of the outreach indicate an increase in MSME actors' understanding of the importance of digitalization and readiness to implement technology in daily business operations. This program is expected to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Sekupang District in facing the challenges of the digital economy.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Di Kecamatan Sekupang, pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal pemahaman dan akses terhadap teknologi tersebut. Sosialisasi teknologi digital bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi, sehingga mampu bersaing di era digital. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini mencakup pemahaman dasar tentang penggunaan perangkat lunak bisnis, strategi pemasaran digital, serta pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi seminar, pelatihan langsung, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya digitalisasi, serta kesiapan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi dalam operasional bisnis sehari-hari. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Kecamatan Sekupang dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi digital.

So from that, to support the learning process it is necessary to apply the use of the internet in a healthy and safe manner. Healthy and safe use of the internet can protect internet users to avoid dangers and crimes that occur in cyberspace or are committed online. The use of the internet among adolescents is dominated by use in social media. Therefore, teenagers need to be given an understanding of using the internet safely and healthily in order to create a good learning process. This coaching is carried out on adolescents in Pesona Rhabayu housing, Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. This socialization provides understanding and solutions for adolescents in using the internet wisely so that they can improve learning and be error-free in using the internet so as not to damage the nation's young generation.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi komputer dalam membantu kehidupan manusia semakin berkembangan dengan sangat pesat. Perkembanan teknologi ini juga didukung dengan teknologi internet yang mana dapat diakses oleh semua orang. Perkembangan internet juga dapat mendukung dalam proses masa belajar dan mengajar. Karena internet merupakan komponen komputer dalam jaringan komputer yang dapat menghubungkan komponen tersebut di seluruh jaringan komputer dunia. Maka dari padahal tersebut untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran perlu diterapkan penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman. Penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman dapat melindungi para pengguna internet untuk terhindar dari bahaya dan kejahatan yang terjadi di dunia maya atau dilakukan secara online. Penggunaan internet dikalangan remaja didominasi oleh penggunaan dalam media sosial. Maka dari hal tersebut para remaja perlu diberikan pemahaman dalam menggunakan internet dengan aman dan sehat agar tercipta proses belajar yang baik. Pembinaan ini dilakukan pada remaja pada Perum Pesona Rhabayu Kelurahan Patam Lestari Kecamatan Sekupang Batam. Sosialisasi ini memberikan Pemahaman dan solusi bagi remaja dalam memanfaatkan internet dengan bijak sehingga dapat meningkatkan belajar dan bebas dari kesalahan dalam memanfaatkan internet agar tidak merusak generasi muda bangsa.

Some people use social media for means of social integration, communication and publicizing activities, but in its development social media can also be used for business activities in terms of promotion and marketing. The use of social media for business activities has a very positive impact on improving the welfare of the community economically. To achieve these objectives, training and coaching to the public regarding the use of social media are held. The training was carried out at the Pesona Rhabayu Housing Community of Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. The training was conducted by monitoring and tutorials on how to use social media properly, including information dissemination on the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (UU ITE) so that the community has a legal basis for using social media. The first result of this dedication is that people's understanding of the ITE Law can be seen from discussions and questions and answers, secondly, people's ability to access and utilize social media for business facilities by forming a social media group as a forum for the community to promote their efforts.
