This can be seen from the implementation of the organizing process that has not been carried out in accordance with the activities of selecting the administrators and cadres of the Active Emergency Village through a special meeting of the formal leaders of the Village and community leaders and several community representatives. The election was carried out through deliberation and consensus, in accordance with the applicable procedures and criteria, facilitated by the Roban Health Center. The implementation of the interpretation process of the implementation of the socialization process through the transmission or distribution of information is not clearly received by the implementers such as the village head and the health center, so that not all people know or understand the program. The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the performance of ASN of the Public Welfare Section of the Regional Secretariat of Singkawang City in carrying out Duties and Functions. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the Performance of ASN of the Public Welfare Section has not been in accordance with expectations, this can be seen from the aspect of the quality of ASN performance which is not optimal, the level of consistency of program policies is not in accordance with its duties and functions. From the aspect of the quantity of ASN performance, it has not achieved results according to expectations and from the aspect of the time for completing ASN work, it can be seen that the availability of time in implementing program activities is still relatively lacking. As a suggestion or recommendation, namely to realize the quality, quantity and working time of ASN, it is necessary to understand the vision and mission and objectives of the People's Welfare Section, by socializing the vision, mission and objectives of the organization to all existing ASNs, both through staff meetings, discussions and in informal meetings and to increase the quantity of ASN work in carrying out tasks and functions, it is necessary to increase the number of ASNs with the expertise needed to implement program activities in the field of People's Welfare.

y, West Kalimantan. This research adopted a qualitative methodology using observation, interviews, and documentation to determine many aspects of gastronomy. The results of the study showed that Choi Pan has significant allure due to its rich heritage and the innovative used of ingredients like as jicama, chives, taro, bamboo shoots, and young papaya, which provided a tender, chewy texture and a savory-sweet flavor. The unique consuming experience was enhanced by an addition of chili sauce and garlic oil, which intensify the sensory experience and strengthen the connection between entrepreneurs and Choi Pan lovers. The nutritional benefits of Choi Pan contributed to the survival of this dish within a healthy local culture. The results indicated that the success of establishing Choi Pan as a culinary tourist destination depended not just on its flavor and texture, but also on its sustainability of its fundamental philosophy and culture. Consequently, enhancing gastronomy qualities was anticipated to augment the appealing factor of gastronomic tourism, facilitated cultural preservation and regional economic growth via the promotion of culture-centric gastronomic tourism.

The ADDIE paradigm is employed in the research and development process. This learning media is developed through a sequential process consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants in this study were eighth-grade students from Singkawang 4 State Middle School. The product feasibility testing step was conducted by a pair of media specialists and one material specialist. The research findings indicated that the feasibility evaluation conducted by media specialists obtained a score of 155 out of a total possible score of 168, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The examination conducted by material experts achieved a score of 71 out of a possible 80, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The mean score attained from the extensive evaluation of 33 eighth-grade students at Singkawang State Middle School 4 was 2550 out of a possible maximum score of 3036. The assessment categorized the score as “highly appropriate” for utilization as a learning tool.
