Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang semakin relevan dalam konteks organisasi modern adalah kepemimpinan spiritual, yang menekankan nilai-nilai spiritualitas, kebermaknaan kerja, dan kesejahteraan holistik bagi perawat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang gaya kepemimpinan spiritual guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi interaktif berbasis ceramah (lecture-based talks) dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion) yang melibatkan 9 orang perawat manajer dari rumah sakit Umum Aisyiyah Padang. Waktu pelaksanaan pada 7 Februari 2025. Evaluasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan edukasi. Hasil menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta dari 11,1% (pre-test) menjadi 88,9% (post-test), yang mengindikasikan adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai konsep dan implementasi kepemimpinan spiritual dalam praktik keperawatan. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan kapasitas kepemimpinan spiritual perawat manajer untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang penuh dengan nilai-nilai, sikap, dan perilaku calling, membership, dan altruism yang mendukung kinerja optimal perawat dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

onto Regency. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting a 4D development model which includes the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The research instruments consisted of expert validation sheets, observations, teacher and student practicality questionnaires, and writing ability tests. The results of expert validation showed that the developed learning model was in the very feasible category, with a feasibility score of 92%. The practicality test also showed high results, namely 91% of teachers and 89% of students, which indicates that this learning model is easy to understand, easy to apply, and encourages active involvement of students in the learning process. Descriptively, the results of the pre-test and post-test illustrate a change in students' ability to write narrative texts, from an initial average score of 62.50 to 82.30 after the application of the developed learning model. Thus, this study concludes that the Discovery Learning learning model with the Think, Talk, Write strategy is feasible, practical, and has the potential to support the improvement of the writing skills of elementary school students. This model is recommended to be implemented more widely in Indonesian language learning, especially in narrative writing skills, and can be used as a reference for the development of literacy learning at the elementary education level.

Objective : This study aims to determine the process of mental nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders: visual hallucinations with a focus on conversation interventions at Dr. Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Hospital. Method : The design of this study uses a case study method consisting of stages of assessment, determination of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The subject in this study was Mr. P, a patient at the Dr. RM Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Mental Hospital. Results : The results of the study showed that consistent implementation of conversational strategies during treatment can reduce the intensity of hallucinations, increase awareness of reality, and rebuild patients' social interaction abilities. Counclusion : Conversation intervention is an effective approach in treating visual hallucinations in mental disorders patients.

Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah partisipatif dan diskusi interaktif, dengan evaluasi berupa pre-test dan post-test. Sebelumnya dilakukan need assessment kepada 37 karyawan melalui Google Form untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan komunikasi yang ada. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 33 partisipan dari berbagai departemen, dengan materi meliputi konsep komunikasi interpersonal, Johari Window, dan kepribadian tangguh. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara pre-test (M = 2,85) dan post-test (M = 7,73), dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi mampu meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terkait komunikasi interpersonal. Peningkatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung terciptanya kolaborasi kerja yang lebih harmonis, efisien, dan berorientasi pada produktivitas.

Most people consider this waste as production residue that has no economic value. As a result, corn waste is often ignored or simply thrown away, which can harm the environment. Therefore, skills are needed to process corn waste into useful products. So the method used in this service activity is to carry out training in processing corn waste into handicraft products, briquettes and biochar. From this training activity, the community showed a positive response, where the training participants were enthusiastic about processing corn waste and increasing their knowledge about the use of corn waste so that corn waste would not become environmental waste.

Abstrak: Desa Ulapato B yang terletak di Kecamatan Telaga Biru, Kabupaten Gorontalo adalah salah satu sektor unggulan pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Pertanian adalah sumber penghidupan masyarakat di daerah ini. Jagung adalah salah satu program usahatani yang menghidupkan masyarakat di daerah tersebut. Di Desa Ulapato B, komoditas jagung ini sangat populer. Namun, produksi jagung juga menghasilkan limbah, yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan masalah lingkungan. Tangkai, kulit biji, dan bonggol adalah beberapa komponen limbah jagung. Sebagian besar orang menganggap limbah ini sebagai sisa produksi yang tidak memiliki nilai ekonomi. Akibatnya, limbah jagung sering diabaikan atau dibuang begitu saja, yang dapat membahayakan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah jagung ini menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Sehingga metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dengan melaksanakan pelatihan dalam pengolahan limbah jagung menjadi produk kerajinan tangan, briket, dan biochar. Dari kegiatan pelatihan ini masyarakat menunjukkan respon yang positif, dimana peserta pelatihan antusias dalam mengolah limbah jagung dan menambah pengetahuan mereka tentang pemanfaatan limbah jagung sehingga limbah jagung tidak akan menjadi sampah lingkungan.

Abstrak: Kenaikan harga bahan pokok telah menyebabkan banyak pelaku usaha terutama UMKM sektor kuliner memutuskan untuk menghentikan usaha mereka. Kenaikan harga beras bahan pokok utama dalam bisnis kuliner menjadi salah satu faktor penyebabnya. Beberapa pengusaha UMKM bidang kuliner membatalkan rencana untuk melanjutkan usaha mereka karena tingginya harga bahan pokok yang tidak sebanding dengan pendapatan mereka. Belum lagi penerapan teknologi digital dalam memasarkan sebuah usaha sangatlah jarang diterapkan. Banyak pegiat UMKM khususnya dikota kisaran belum menerapkan teknologi website ataupun aplikasi dalam mempromosikan usahanya. Sehingga usaha mereka kurang populer dan tak menutup kemungkinan sepi pembeli. Usaha kuliner warung wawa merupakan pegiat UMKM dikota kisaran khususnya usaha catering kuliner yang sudah cukup banyak merasakan pengalaman dalam menjalankan usahanya. Permasalahan mitra diantaranya kurangnya penerapan dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menjalankan usahanya merupakan salah satu dampak sepinya peminat usaha catering warung wawa. Metode yang diterapkan diantaranya mengidentifikasi permasalahan pada mitra kemudian memberikan solusi dalam penerapan website. Selanjutnya mengadakan soialisasi terhadap mitra dalam penerapan website dan implementasi system yang telah dibuat. Selanjutnya evaluasi terhadap system. Service activities use the Waterfall model with several stages of activities systematically or sequentially in a hybrid manner, namely Semi online/offline with a series of activities, socializing the making of the M-Magazine application, training, and implementing the M-Magazine application directly to students and teachers. As a substitute for digital school bulletin boards and can be installed on Android Gadgets for every student and teacher so that the process of disseminating information can be carried out optimally without being hindered by place and time and can be used at any time.

Abstrak: Akibat Pandemi Covid19 proses belajar-mengajar penyaluran informasi Sekolah SMA Negeri 5 Padang dilakukan secara daring yang berdampak proses pembelajaran dan informasi tidak maksimal serta terkesan. Pada dasarnya Sekolah memiliki sumber informasi yang biasa disebut Mading Sekolah selama pembejaran daring berlangsung proses penyebaran informasi tidak maksimal diterima seluruh siswa. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan memperkenalkan dan memberikan pelatihan tentang aplikasi M-Magazine kepada siswa dan guru Sekolah yang dilakukan secara hibrid/semi luring sebagaipengganti mading Sekolah berbasis Android. Kegiatan Pengabdian menggunakan model Waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan kegiatan secara sistematis atau berurutan secara hibrid yaitu Semi daring/luring dengan rangkaian kegiatan, sosialisasi pembuatan aplikasi M-Magazine, Pelatihan dan penerapan Aplikasi M-Magazine langsung kepada siswa dan guru. Sebagai pengganti sarana mading sekolah secara digital dan dapat diinstalkan di Gadget Android setiap Siswa dan Guru sehingga proses tersebarnya informasi dapat dilakukan secara maksimal tanpa terhalang tempat dan waktu dan dapat digunakan kapan saja.
