y and social responsibility, understanding the relationships between these organizational capabilities becomes crucial for competitive advantage. Using a quantitative methodology, this research employed saturated sampling of 87 managers from fast-fashion companies across major Indonesian cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The measurement model demonstrated strong reliability and validity, with all constructs exceeding recommended thresholds for Cronbach's Alpha (0.832-0.873), Composite Reliability (0.883-0.911), and Average Variance Extracted (0.603-0.671). Discriminant validity was confirmed through Fornell-Larcker criterion and HTMT ratios below 0.85. The findings reveal that ethical leadership, innovation adoption, and creativity function as complementary organizational resources that collectively enhance company performance rather than operating in isolation. These results provide empirical evidence for the synergistic effects of leadership behavior, technological orientation, and creative capacity in driving organizational success. The study contributes to management literature by demonstrating the integrated nature of these capabilities and offers practical guidance for fast-fashion companies seeking sustainable competitive advantage through ethical practices, systematic innovation, and creative organizational cultures.
Abstract:Abstract: Academic achievement mapping is an important process in higher education to support effective academic monitoring and guidance. In practice, student grouping is often conducted manually by academic staff using…
simple criteria such as Grade Point Average (GPA) thresholds and subjective judgment, without systematic data analysis. This study aims to apply the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering algorithm to objectively group students based on their academic achievement levels. The dataset consists of academic records from 179 sixth-semester students of the Computer Science Study Program at Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara, where 160 eligible students are processed in the FCM calculation. Three variables are used: cumulative GPA, total completed credits, and the total number of low grades (D/E). The FCM algorithm automatically performs the mapping and groups students into three categories, namely excellent, stable, and at-risk students. Cluster quality is evaluated using the Silhouette Score and Davies–Bouldin Index, showing satisfactory clustering performance. The results indicate that the proposed approach provides a data-driven and objective basis for academic decision support.

Abstract:This study critically examines the constitutionality of Indonesia’s presidential candidacy threshold under Article 222 of Law No. 7 of 2017 in relation to the principle of popular sovereignty in Article 1(2) of the 1945…
5 Constitution. The threshold requiring a party or coalition to hold 20% of DPR seats or 25% of the popular vote has been controversial for limiting voter choice and reinforcing oligarchic dominance. Using a normative legal research method, the study applies doctrinal interpretation through grammatical, systematic, historical, and teleological approaches to evaluate whether the threshold is consistent with constitutional democracy. The analysis identifies a disconnect between the legislative rule and the constitutional concept of sovereignty residing with the people, informed by theories of democracy, sovereignty, and progressive legal thought. While procedurally legitimate, the threshold lacks substantive constitutional validity because of its exclusionary impact on political participation. The study proposes four reform options: repeal, proportional adjustment, judicial reinterpretation, and constitutional amendment. These reforms would realign electoral rules with democratic principles and restore voters’ political agency. A doctrinal reinterpretation model is offered, framing the threshold as a regulatory instrument rather than a rigid barrier, advocating a legal structure that promotes inclusivity and reflects the people’s general will.
