a keluhan berarti, namun menyimpan tiga risiko struktural: pengerjaan bergantung pada dua orang perangkat, penelusuran arsip bertumpu pada berkas kertas, dan penomoran rawan ganda. Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Kelompok 04 Universitas Boyolali merancang dan menerapkan SIPADes, aplikasi berbasis Python dan SQLite yang berjalan luring pada komputer kantor desa tanpa biaya langganan. Kegiatan ditempuh dalam lima tahap: observasi dan wawancara kondisi awal, perancangan, pengembangan berbasis templat surat asli desa, uji coba mandiri, serta pendampingan dan serah terima. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan memuat 8 modul fungsional, 7 templat surat baku, dan 8 tabel basis data, dilengkapi pengisian otomatis formulir Dukcapil F-1.01 dan F-1.03. Pada uji coba mandiri, perangkat desa menyelesaikan seluruh enam tugas pokok tanpa bantuan pendamping, dengan waktu pembuatan satu surat sampai tersimpan selama sepuluh detik. Perangkat memperkirakan waktu pelayanan satu surat turun dari 5 menit menjadi 2 menit dan penelusuran arsip dari 5 menit menjadi 2 menit. Kuesioner terhadap responden tunggal menghasilkan skor 5,00 pada skala 1-5 untuk seluruh 15 pernyataan. Hasil evaluasi bersifat indikatif dan belum dapat digeneralisasi karena keterbatasan jumlah responden dan singkatnya masa pemakaian. Kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sistem administrasi desa yang dibangun mengikuti tata naskah yang sudah berjalan lebih mudah diterima perangkat daripada sistem yang menuntut perubahan kebiasaan.

The Secretariat of DPRD Jambi Province still uses a manual system for managing incoming and outgoing mail, resulting in inefficient recording, retrieval, and reporting processes. This study aims to design a web-based mail management information system using the Waterfall software development method. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Laravel Framework. System design employed Unified Modeling Language (UML), while implementation was carried out using the Laravel Framework. The results show that the proposed system supports mail management, document archiving, data retrieval, and report generation more quickly, effectively, and accurately.

Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu dan lingkungan. The formulation of the research problem includes: (1) how HR competency influences the effectiveness of marketing educational services, (2) the influence of HR motivation and job satisfaction on service quality, and (3) the role of HR integration in educational marketing strategies. The results of the study indicate that HR has a strategic role in shaping the image and quality of educational services; HR competency and training improve marketing and service capabilities; HR satisfaction and motivation influence the quality of interactions with students and parents; and HR integration in marketing strategies is a key factor in the success of institutional promotion and branding. In conclusion, the success of marketing educational services is highly dependent on HR management and development, so educational institutions need to pay special attention to improving the quality, competence, and professionalism of HR to support competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

financial condition of traditional traders. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explore the experiences and deep perceptions of the affected traders. The research informants consisted of 5 shop owners (textiles, shoes, and cosmetics) in the Gorontalo City Central Market who have been running their businesses for many years. The results of the study consistently show that the presence of online shops has had a very significant negative impact on the financial condition of offline store traders in the Gorontalo City Central Market.Before the rise of online shops (around 2018 and below), offline store sales conditions were very good and stable, with an average daily turnover ranging from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 2,000,000, even reaching up to IDR 5,000,000 during the high season. After the emergence of online shops (around 2018-2020), merchants' income experienced a sharp decline.

The population in this study were all students of grade VIII of IT Junior High School Al-Fikri Makassar which amounted to 50 students and the sample in this study were students of grade VIII which amounted to 20 students. The research data were obtained by giving written tests in the form of Arabic vocabulary mastery tests and Arabic text comprehension reading ability tests. The data analysis technique is inferential statistical analysis of bivariate correlation type with the result of correlation coefficient 0.578 and significance value 0.008. The results of this study indicate that there is a moderate positive correlation between Mufrodat Mastery (Vocabulary) and Arabic Text Reading Ability. Thus it can be concluded that there is a correlation between Mufrodat Mastery (Vocabulary) and Arabic Text Reading Ability of 8th Grade Students of IT Al-Fikri Junior High School Makassar.

Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The average test score of students in cycle I was 73% then increased in cycle II 91%. The results of focused therapeutic actions on conversing with other people for 3 days can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This is proven when conversing with other people, the patient focuses on the conversation and can avoid whispers that are not real to the patient. The position of children in Islamic law is still attributed to their biological guardians and not to their adoptive fathers. Moreover, in Islamic inheritance law, adopted children do not get inheritance privileges from the father who supports them, but the freedom of inheritance returns to the biological father of the child being cared for. Children raised in Islam can acquire property from their supportive father through a bequest course and then a mandatory will course. Since taking over, the children and their supportive father have been seen as having been a huge help in their respective lives. Therefore, as a substitute for the freedom inherited from the younger generation, Islamic law provides a way through mandatory gifts and wills.
