Abstract:Village infrastructure development planning often faces challenges in determining priorities due to limited budget allocations and assessment mechanisms that still tend to be subjective. This study aims to build an objective,…
tive, transparent, and measurable Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the priority order of infrastructure development proposals in Asam Jawa Village, Torgamba District. The applied solution integrates the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method to calculate criteria weighting based on relative importance, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to process the alternative ranking calculation. The evaluation was conducted on 23 physical infrastructure proposals using four main criteria: urgency level (C1), physical condition (C2), benefits (C3), and population size (C4). The results indicate that alternative A4 (Construction of Borehole Well and Public Toilet at Field) and alternative A18 (Sejahtera Street Concrete Cast) achieved the highest preference score of 1.000000, followed by other infrastructure proposals in a structured manner. The combined use of ROC and SAW methods is proven to be effective and consistent in generating accurate rural development priority rankings. The integration of these two methods facilitates village government officials in making accountable decisions while minimizing cognitive bias risks in optimizing development budget allocation.

y an unbalanced diet, low consumption of local foods, and a lack of physical activity. The SIPAKATAU (Synergy of Local Food and Physical Activity) programme was designed to address these issues through nutritional education, my plate demonstrations, physical activity, and the use of locally sourced, easily accessible food to the community. The activities were carried out over a month in Paccerakkang and Berua villages, involving 24 participants, health cadres, and the Paccerakkang community health centre. The intervention included pre-tests, interactive education, hands-on practice, physical activity monitoring, and health checks before and after the activities. The results showed an increase in knowledge from 50% to 75% in the good category, increased implementation of My Plate, and 75% of participants had sufficient physical activity. Health indicators showed improvement, particularly in cholesterol (normal levels increased from 1 to 7 individuals) and uric acid (100% normal). Blood sugar levels showed improvement, while blood pressure and nutritional status required longer-term intervention. The SIPAKATAU programme proved effective in improving community nutrition and health behaviours and is recommended as a model for community-based NCD prevention.
Abstract:This study aims to examine the concept of semantic fields in the thought of Ahmad Mukhtar Umar and its relevance to Arabic language learning. The research employs a qualitative approach with the library study method, which…
ch is based on theoretical analysis of relevant scholarly literature. The data consist of primary and secondary sources. The primary data are obtained from Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s works discussing ‘ilm al-dalālah (semantics), while the secondary data come from books, journal articles, and websites related to semantics and Arabic language learning. The findings show that Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s linguistic thought is built upon the integration of classical Arabic linguistic traditions and modern linguistic theories, emphasizing language as a dynamic and contextual system of meaning. The concept of the semantic field is understood as a network of semantic relations among vocabulary items, encompassing synonymy, hyponymy, part–whole relations, antonymy, and incompatibility. The study concludes that applying the concept of semantic fields in Arabic language learning enables thematic and conceptual vocabulary development, thereby supporting more meaningful, communicative, and contextual learning.
Abstract:This study aims to evaluate the accuracy of the interpretation of the Qur'an text through a semiotic approach, which can provide a holistic understanding of the mechanism of interpretation and the validity of the interpretation…
etation method used by the mufasir. This study examines three main works of interpretation and applies qualitative content analysis to uncover the semiotic aspects underlying the interpretation of sacred texts. This research also seeks to answer research questions regarding the validity of the interpretation methodology in representing the meaning of the Qur'an text as a whole. The results of the study show that there are certain patterns in the use of symbols and signs that significantly affect interpretation, thus demanding an in-depth understanding of the semiotic framework in the study of interpretation. The contribution of this research is expected to enrich the study of interpretation and provide strategic recommendations for further research in the field of Qur'an studies.
Abstract:This study aims to determine the optimal strategy for managing the supply chain of Pangasius (catfish) in Saguling Village, West Bandung Regency. The study applies the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) approach and Cost Plus…
lus Pricing to evaluate supply chain effectiveness and determine appropriate product pricing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving 50 respondents, consisting of fish farmers, middlemen, wholesalers, and market traders. The results indicate that the Pangasius distribution system still involves multiple intermediaries, resulting in relatively weak bargaining power for fish farmers. The distribution process takes approximately 1–2 days and is constrained by limited cold storage facilities, which affects product quality. Cost analysis shows that the cost of production is IDR 20,239.15 per kg, while the ideal selling price is IDR 22,263.06 per kg, with a profit margin of 10%. Improvements in the distribution system, better access to market information, and enhanced logistical support are necessary to increase distribution efficiency and improve farmers’ profitability.
Abstract:• DEF is a company engaged in the sale of coffee, both wholesale and retail. Currently, the sales recording system is still carried out manually, which often leads to problems such as delays in reporting, data entry errors,…
rors, and difficulties in retrieving historical information. This study aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales recording system by implementing the INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS functions in Microsoft Excel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation of the existing system. The results show that the use of INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS can accelerate the data retrieval process, improve the accuracy of sales reports, and reduce input errors. This study provides a practical solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in implementing an efficient sales recording system without requiring significant investment in ERP software. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on Excel files that are vulnerable to damage or unintended changes, and the lack of advanced automation features such as receivables reminders or inter-departmental integration. Therefore, future research is expected to develop a web-based system with a centralized database.
Abstract:The rehabilitation of post-mining land with low nutrient content is carried out using chemical and organic materials. To improve soil fertility, the application of fertilizers is required. Soil fertility is crucial as a…
medium for plant growth to enable replanting. Once the planting medium is available, it is then cultivated with plants suitable for the land conditions. The methodology of this study involved observing land conditions by examining soil structure, texture, and pH in the research area. The results showed that the soil texture belongs to the sandy clay loam or clay loam class, with a soil pH of 3.72. Soil improvement was carried out by applying dolomite lime at 100 grams per planting hole, requiring a total of 66.7 kilograms. Goat manure was applied at 2 kilograms per planting hole, with a total requirement of 133.4 kilograms for 667 trees. The tree species planted were Sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) and Trembesi (Samanea saman).
Abstract:This study examines the implementation of character education at MTsN 3 Halmahera Utara through four focal values: religiosity, honesty, tolerance, and discipline. Using a qualitative naturalistic approach, data were collected…
lected from the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students through in depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that character education is organized as a whole school culture rather than a standalone program. Religiosity is strengthened through routinized worship practices that scaffold ethical conduct and self regulation. Honesty is fostered through teacher exemplarity, trust based learning situations, and clear behavioral norms related to academic integrity and everyday responsibility. Tolerance is cultivated as a relational practice through inclusive interaction norms and respect for differences in the school community. Discipline is reinforced through consistent routines, rule clarity, and guided accountability, though its internalization remains sensitive to family support and external influences. Overall, the study shows that coherent habituation, modeling, and institutional consistency are decisive for embedding character values in students’ daily behavior and for sustaining a constructive moral climate in the madrasah. The results suggest implications for school leadership, teacher development, and family engagement. Limitations include the single site design and scope, indicating the need for comparative and longitudinal studies.
