pital structure was measured using Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), firm value was proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), while profitability was measured using Return on Assets (ROA). This research applied a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual financial reports. The sample consisted of 154 observations selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS software. The results show that DAR has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while DER has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, DAR and DER significantly affect firm value. Furthermore, profitability (ROA) is proven to strengthen the relationship between DAR and firm value as well as between DER and firm value. These findings indicate that an optimal capital structure supported by strong profitability can increase firm value. Therefore, companies should maintain a balanced financing composition and improve profitability to enhance market valuation.

Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns, with the exchange rate as a moderating variable, in retail sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock…
ck Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual financial reports and stock price data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 25 companies with 125 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, meaning that excessively high liquidity tends to reduce stock returns. Debt to Equity Ratio also has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, indicating that higher leverage increases financial risk and lowers investor confidence. Simultaneously, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio significantly affect stock returns. However, the exchange rate has no effect on stock returns. Furthermore, the exchange rate is unable to moderate the relationship between Current Ratio and stock returns, as well as between Debt to Equity Ratio and stock returns. These findings imply that internal company factors, particularly liquidity management and capital structure, are more dominant in influencing stock returns than external macroeconomic factors such as exchange rate fluctuations. Therefore, investors are advised to pay closer attention to financial fundamentals when making investment decisions in the retail sector.

and sustainability of banking institutions must be pursued as much as possible by bank managers, because their existence can improve the economy. One of the efforts made by banking institutions is to channel credit to parties in need to meet customer needs and obtain benefits for banking institutions. The research method includes explanatory-descriptive-quantitative research. The population is 24,675 consumer credit customers of BRIGuna Bank BRI in the horseshoe area, East Java. The sample is 250 customers who have received BRIGuna consumptive credit at least twice in a row, using non-probability sampling-purposive sampling on a quota basis. Analysis tools and techniques using SPSS, SEM, and AMOS version 24. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire / google form and interviews. Service quality and innovation of a bank will improve the company's image, sustainable competitive advantage based on loyalty and the intention to re-elect in one bank. Innovation also affects customer satisfaction, while loyalty-based sustainable competitive advantage is also influenced by the image of banking companies. Loyalty-based sustainable competitive advantage affects the intention to re-elect in a bank. Further research to be more specific on the quality of consumer credit services, requires a collaborative approach to customers which is social capital and focuses on innovation that provides convenience for customers while maintaining the company's image in the eyes of customers because this is the key to a loyalty-based sustainable competitive advantage.

search method employed is a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The data used are secondary data obtained from companies’ financial statements, with a total sample of 110 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that partially, the Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), with a significance value of 0.833. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), as indicated by an F-test significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.128 indicates that the independent variables explain 12.8% of the variation in ROA, while the remaining 87.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study concludes that capital structure plays a more dominant role in influencing profitability compared to liquidity in energy sector companies. Therefore, companies are expected to manage debt usage optimally to improve financial performance.

Abstract:This study analyzes the business model of a culinary microenterprise in Indonesia using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010). A qualitative descriptive method was employed,…
utilizing in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that although the enterprise has not formally implemented a structured business model, all nine elements of the BMC are naturally reflected in its operational practices. The customer segments consist of students, workers, and the wider community seeking affordable and fast-serving meals. The value propositions emphasize affordability, consistent flavors, and friendly customer service. Key resources include human resources, equipment, raw materials, and financial capital, while key partnerships involve employees, suppliers, and customers. Revenue streams arise from food and beverage sales and delivery services, supported by direct sales channels and simple promotional strategies. This study aligns with the literature highlighting the importance of BMC in strengthening MSME competitiveness (Alifiyah & Budiman, 2021; Dwisanto & Ifghaniyafi, 2024). The findings contribute to MSME development research by demonstrating the relevance of the BMC as a strategic tool for enhancing sustainability in small-scale culinary businesses.
Abstract:This study examines the effect of financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value in cement companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. Financial performance…
rformance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), while firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). CSR is measured through a disclosure index based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards using content analysis. This research employs a quantitative associative approach with secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports of seven cement companies. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, suggesting that efficient asset utilization enhances market perception. CSR disclosure also shows a positive and significant effect on firm value, supporting the legitimacy theory that socially responsible practices strengthen corporate reputation and investor confidence. These findings highlight the importance of integrating financial performance and sustainability strategies to enhance firm value, particularly in capital-intensive and environmentally sensitive industries such as cement.
Abstract:Honey consumption in Indonesia is still relatively low, at only around 10–15 grams per capita per year, far behind developed countries. This low consumption presents a challenge for honey industry players, including PT.…
. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya, which actively welcomes educational visits from young children. These visits have the potential to shape healthy consumption habits through direct interaction with the beekeeping process and education on the benefits of honey. This study aims to analyze the social factors that influence young visitors' interest in honey consumption, including product appeal, destination image, and knowledge. The study used a quantitative method with a convenience sampling technique on 50 respondents who were parents or guardians of children aged 4–5 years who visited PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya for educational purposes. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each variable on consumption interest. The results showed that all three social factors product appeal, destination image, and knowledge play a significant role in shaping young children's interest in honey consumption. Product appeals such as packaging, flavor, and interactive experiences have been shown to increase children's interest. The image of a clean, safe, educational, and child-friendly destination strengthens visitors' positive perceptions. Meanwhile, knowledge about the benefits of honey and its production process increases parents' motivation to introduce honey as a healthy consumption. This research provides strategic recommendations for PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya in developing more effective educational and marketing programs to increase interest in honey consumption in children from an early age.
