Baiti, Khafidah Nur, Taun
Abstract: The phenomenon of bullying in educational settings involving children and adolescents is increasingly worrying because it has serious physical and psychological impacts on victims. This study aims to analyze the criminological… ogical perspective on children as perpetrators of bullying and to identify the criminogenic factors that influence this behavior. The method used is normative legal research with a case study approach and a conceptual approach, utilizing secondary data from legal literature, journals, and bullying cases at the Al-Azhar Janapria Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok. The results indicate that bullying behavior can be explained through strain theory, differential association theory, social control theory, and labeling theory. Bullying is influenced by faulty social learning processes, weak social control, and the application of negative labels. Criminogenic factors include the social environment, the individual, peers, and the family. Prevention efforts need to be carried out comprehensively through synergy between families, schools, and the community to create a safe and violence-free educational environment.

Ajai
Abstract: Humans as social beings have 3 (three) basic needs which are often also called primary needs, namely clothing, food and shelter. The efforts made by the government cannot be separated from the state's goal of creating livable… vable homes for its people as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 28 H paragraph (1) which states that everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity. The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) has not been optimal due to the lack of socialization, which has an impact on the lack of understanding of procedures/requirements, both administrative and technical. The driving factors in the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) consist of Strengths ( There is a legal umbrella for BSPS , Availability of funds from the APBN , Establishment of Central-Regional Coordination and Opportunities (The existence of a Technical Team from the Ministry, Availability of Companion Personnel, Companion Funds for field operations). Meanwhile, the Inhibiting Factors are the Existence of Weaknesses (Limited Socialization of the BSPS Program; Distribution of materials and materials, Minimal knowledge of recipients regarding accountability) and Threats or Obstacles (High rainfall during construction, Changes in policies regarding BSPS, Continuity of the BSPS program). The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) in the future will be carried out with an Aggressive Strategy , namely the Strategy of Using STRENGTHS by taking advantage of OPPORTUNITIES. Using Strengths, namely: There is a legal umbrella for BSPS , Availability of funds from the APBN , Establishment of Central-Regional Coordination by Utilizing Opportunities, namely: The existence of a Technical Team from the Ministry, Availability of Companion Personnel. Field operational Companion Funds. The government needs to improve public awareness of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance (BSPS) program to make it easier for potential recipients to understand. Likewise, local community conditions need to be adjusted to the technical requirements so that prospective BSPS recipients who do not yet have land titles in accordance with applicable regulations can simply obtain a Certificate of Land Title. The government can then facilitate the acquisition of land titles in accordance with statutory provisions.

St. Sara N.K. Ladopurap, Darman Manda
Abstract: The research findings indicate that community participation from Duawutun and Wuakerong villages in the Hape Nulif tradition extends beyond mere physical presence, manifesting as structured and active involvement throughout… out every stage of the ritual. The community demonstrates a high spirit of gotong royong (mutual cooperation), reflected in the clear distribution of roles among traditional leaders, youth figures, and women. This collective cooperation encompasses everything from ritual logistical preparations to the execution of core processions, which directly strengthens social cohesion and solidarity among residents. Substantially, this tradition serves as a space for articulating local cultural identity, bridging material and spiritual dimensions where reverence for ancestors and nature remains a central value. The intergenerational distribution of responsibilities ensures that every community member feels a profound sense of belonging toward the preservation of this local wisdom. Consequently, the Hape Nulif ritual becomes a crucial instrument in bolstering cultural resilience amidst modernization, while reaffirming the position of the Duawutun community as one that steadfastly upholds noble human values and togetherness within a sacred traditional framework.

The Existential Hope for Love in Sheerwood Anderson's The Dumb Man

Mohammed, Khaled Ahmed, Setiadi, Kostavialdus, Pasopati, Rommel Utungga, Firda, Erlis Hersetya, Ramadhani, Riska Dewi, Margaretha, Sherlly
Abstract: The research takes an insight look into the complicated representation of love, using the short story of The Dumb Man by Sherwood Anderson within the existentialism framework. The deaf and mute protagonist becomes a metaphor… phor for the universal human condition in his search for love and communication amidst a society that cares less. In his tacit quest for love, Anderson exemplifies an existentialist perspective: Love is not a desire—one feels—but a highly conscious effort to assert one's existence in reality, both freely chosen and constrained by society. This analysis is conducted through qualitative method and explorative approach in unpacking meaning from the narrative, with the contention that hopes for love functions as a central vehicle for self-transformation. It is in this quest for love that this story wrestles through the tension of aloneness with man's need to connect, representative of the complex, intertwined relationship between individual independence and the world outside. Ultimately, through this story, how it unfolds existentialism culminates into the relentless, sometimes painful pursuit of love—thereby bringing out the core role of existentialism in the journey towards self-actualization and insight into the human condition.

The research hypothesized a strong… trong positive correlation between perceived assignment load and mental health problems. The method of this research used quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The Data was collected from 20 participants. The researchers, analyzed the data using pearson's correlation coefficient JASP to examine the relationship between excessive assignment and mental health condition. Based on the findings, the result showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.900, p <.001) between excessive assignment and mental health condition, indicating that 81.0% of the variance in students' mental health could be attributed to their perceived workload. Educational institutions should take proactive steps to manage student workloads and provide mental health support services, such as counseling, time management training, and flexible deadlines. Promoting a balanced approach to academic assessment that prioritizes both academic excellence and student well-being is crucial for fostering the success and well-being of English language students. This research limited due to the small sample size and focus on a specific student population. Future research with larger and more diverse samples is needed to further explore the complex relationship between academic demands and student mental health. The findings highlight the urgent need for universities and educators to prioritize student mental health alongside academic achievement. Implementing practical strategies to manage workloads and provide mental health support can promote a more holistic and student-centered educational environment.
