Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang terdiri dari tiga tahap utama: (1) analisis kebutuhan melalui studi pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dan focus group discussion; (2) implementasi yang mencakup pembuatan website berbasis Content Management System (CMS) WordPress dan pelatihan pemberdayaan dengan metode hands-on practice; serta (3) evaluasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa implementasi website telah berhasil meningkatkan akses informasi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan dana kampung. Pelatihan pemberdayaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan pengelolaan website, peserta mampu mengoperasikan website secara mandiri setelah pelatihan dibandingkan sebelumnya. Meski menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan infrastruktur internet di beberapa wilayah, program ini telah berhasil membangun fondasi untuk tata kelola dana kampung yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel melalui kombinasi solusi teknologi dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia lokal. Keberlanjutan program diperkuat melalui kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan strategi regenerasi pengelola website dengan melibatkan karang taruna sebagai kader masa depan.

Berbeda dengan rata-rata nilai Net Operating Margin dan Financing to Deposit Ratio pada Bank Syariah yang masih harus memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Hal ini mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pihak-pihak berkepentingan. Oleh karena itu, pengukuran kinerja perusahaan saat ini tidak lagi hanya berfokus pada kinerja laporan keuangan tetapi juga kinerja non-keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk., dan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. dari empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, konsumen, proses bisnis internal, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan yang tercermin dalam metode pendekatan balance scorecard. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persentase kinerja yang berhasil dicapai oleh PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan sebesar 71,5%. Sedangkan persentase kinerja yang berhasil dicapai oleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. dari tujuh indikator yang digunakan adalah sebesar 42,8%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kategori baik pada kinerja yang diperoleh PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kinerja yang diperoleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. yang berada pada kategori cukup baik.

n sanksi masih menjadi persoalan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga pendidikan, termasuk di SD YPPK St. Fransiskus Xaverius II Merauke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi disiplin kerja guru serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf SD YPPK St. Fransiskus Xaverius II Merauke. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum disiplin kerja guru berada dalam kategori cukup baik, meskipun masih ditemukan permasalahan seperti keterlambatan hadir, pemanfaatan sarana pembelajaran yang belum maksimal, serta kurang tegasnya penerapan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran disiplin. Faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi kedisiplinan kerja guru meliputi ketepatan waktu, keteladanan pimpinan, dan konsistensi penerapan sanksi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan disiplin kerja tidak hanya bergantung pada peraturan tertulis, tetapi juga pada komitmen pimpinan, keadilan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan penyediaan sarana yang memadai. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi manajerial sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang disiplin, produktif, dan profesional.

review approach to explore the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership and how this concept influences the increase of spiritual perseverance in the context of leadership. Through analysis of religious, theological, and leadership literature, this study reveals that Joshua, an ancient leader in the Bible story, represents a spiritual role model in leadership roles. Joshua's leadership characteristics that reflected spiritual values, such as integrity, firm faith, and commitment to moral goals, had a positive impact in guiding the Israelites and strengthening spiritual perseverance in the face of challenges. This study describes how Joshua's spiritual example inspires and guides community members to follow the spiritual values he exhibits. Furthermore, the implication of the concept of spiritual example in leadership is the potential to strengthen the moral and ethical foundations in leadership roles. This research also shows the importance of the spiritual dimension in forming meaningful and authentic leadership characters in dealing with modern dynamics. The results of this study have significant practical implications for contemporary leaders. An understanding of the concept of spiritual example in Joshua's leadership can help leaders integrate spiritual values into their leadership practices. As such, this research makes a valuable contribution to understanding the relationship between spiritual example, spiritual perseverance, and meaningful leadership in this complex world.

the student digital card and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation at Hidsam Mart Cooperative, Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, Samarinda. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, with data analyzed through the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that the student digital card is easy to understand, operate, access, and learn, thereby accelerating transaction processes, improving service efficiency, and supporting more systematic financial record-keeping. The main obstacles identified include technical disruptions, network limitations, and the absence of independent features for checking account balances and transaction histories. The novelty of this study lies in its specific analysis of the ease of use of student digital cards within the context of an Islamic boarding school cooperative by emphasizing user experience as the primary basis for evaluating the implementation of a digital transaction system. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of digital transaction services in Islamic boarding school environments.

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies employed by Amanda Brownies Samarinda, their role in enhancing brand awareness, and the factors that support and hinder their effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this research. Data were collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The findings reveal that Amanda Brownies Samarinda implements an integrated digital marketing strategy through seven platforms, namely Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. These strategies contribute to enhancing brand awareness through four dimensions: recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption. Consistency in visual identity, promotional intensity, ease of access to information, transaction convenience, product quality, and consumer engagement were identified as the primary factors supporting the success of digital marketing implementation. Nevertheless, the utilization of TikTok has not yet been optimized compared to the other platforms. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive analysis of the role of integrating seven digital platforms in enhancing brand awareness through the dimensions of recognition, recall, purchase, and consumption, thereby providing a more holistic understanding of digital marketing effectiveness within the culinary industry, particularly at Amanda Brownies Samarinda.

This study aims to explore the practices of accountability and transparency in zakat fund management at the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Sumbawa Regency and to examine their contribution to public trust. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that accountability has been implemented through financial reporting in accordance with PSAK 109, external auditing, and structured accountability mechanisms. Transparency is demonstrated through the dissemination of information via the official website, social media platforms, print media, and public outreach activities. The implementation of these principles contributes to strengthening the trust of muzakki (zakat payers) and generating tangible benefits for mustahik (zakat beneficiaries), although improvements in information accessibility and the development of productive zakat programs remain necessary. The novelty of this study lies in its exploration of the interrelationship between accountability, transparency, muzakki trust, and the perceived benefits experienced by mustahik within the context of regional zakat management at BAZNAS Sumbawa Regency.

ims to analyze promotional activities, identify factors influencing promotional effectiveness, and formulate promotional strategies to increase tourist visits. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation, supported by interactive data analysis and triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that promotional efforts still rely primarily on annual festivals and direct interpersonal communication without systematic support from planned digital media. This condition has contributed to fluctuations in tourist arrivals, increasing from 587 visitors in 2022 to 711 visitors in 2023, before declining to 503 visitors in 2024 and 468 visitors in 2025. Constraining factors include limited human resources, weak digital media management, and the underdeveloped institutional capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The study concludes that promotional strategies should be directed toward digital marketing, strengthening cultural identity and local storytelling, as well as enhancing community and institutional capacity. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a sustainable promotional model that integrates digital marketing, cultural storytelling, community participation, and the strengthening of Pokdarwis institutions in accordance with the characteristics of Daiama Tourism Village as a nature- and culture-based tourism destination.

strong value of siri’ as a system of collective honor that not only regulates social behavior but also has the potential to generate violence as a means of restoring dignity. The research problem focuses on how the construction of siri’ shapes collective honor, how patterns of honor-motivated killings occur, and how Indonesian criminal law responds to this phenomenon without legitimizing violence. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, case, and conceptual approaches to analyze the relationship between legal norms and cultural values. The findings indicate that siri’ is understood as a collective family identity that significantly influences individual behavior, with women becoming the most vulnerable group due to the unequal distribution of moral burden. Patterns of siri’ killing are generally associated with control over sexuality and marriage and are driven by social pressure and collective moral legitimacy. The response of criminal law tends to be ambivalent, as cultural motives are not justified but are often considered as background factors. The conclusion emphasizes that siri’ killing is a complex phenomenon that cannot be understood merely as a criminal act, but rather as the result of interactions among culture, gender, and law. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of cultural, criminal law, and gender perspectives in explaining siri’ killing as a localized form of honor killing with distinctive characteristics in Indonesia.
