he obstacles in their enforcement. This research employs a qualitative juridical-empirical approach through the analysis of statutory regulations, legal literature, and relevant court practices. The findings indicate that although fathers’ obligations to provide child maintenance are clearly regulated under both Islamic law and Indonesian positive law, their implementation in practice remains inadequate. The main obstacles include low legal awareness among the parties, economic constraints, weak mechanisms for monitoring the execution of court decisions, and institutional limitations within the Religious Court in ensuring continuous compliance. This study emphasizes that the effectiveness of child protection cannot rely solely on judicial rulings but requires strengthening institutional mechanisms, optimizing the role of mediation, and increasing public legal awareness. Therefore, fulfilling child maintenance rights after divorce should be positioned as an integral part of realizing substantive justice and protecting the best interests of the child.

The study aims to describe the forms, strategies, and obstacles in the character’s identity quest, as well as to analyze the individuation process based on Jungian concepts such as persona, shadow, anima/animus, and the Self. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing close reading and thematic analysis of textual data from the novel. Findings reveal that the protagonist undergoes a complex, nonlinear psychological journey toward self-understanding, triggered by existential crisis and emotional isolation. Through deep introspection, symbolic interactions (particularly with natural elements like the moon), and confrontation with the shadow, the character gradually integrates fragmented aspects of the self. This study demonstrates that Jungian theory effectively uncovers the psychological depth of characters in contemporary Indonesian literature and affirms the relevance of literary fiction as a medium for reflecting on identity formation and emotional resilience in real life.

A systematic analysis was conducted on a purposive sample of 10 public TikTok videos from the hashtag. Data collection involved video observation, transcription, and documentation of multimodal elements, followed by a thematic analysis. Key findings reveal a primary focus on pronunciation drills and practical vocabulary, delivered through highly repetitive and multimodal techniques. Mr. Faisal effectively combines verbal repetition, visual cues (on-screen text, mouth close-ups), exaggerated facial expressions, and motivational speaking to facilitate learning and maintain engagement. The study concludes that TikTok serves as a significant platform for informal digital language learning, particularly for micro-learning and confidence-building. These findings suggest that formal educators can adopt similar engaging, bite-sized techniques, while content creators can leverage multimodal design to enhance instructional video effectiveness.

The study demonstrates that translation technique choices significantly influence the maintenance of cultural values, moral evaluation, and character identity. The method used was Participatory Action Research through interviews, group discussions, training, and mentoring. The activity focused on internalizing family business ethics values and implementing a simplified financial reporting system based on the Indonesian MSME Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). The results demonstrated increased understanding, skills, and changes in attitudes toward financial transparency and accountability. The integration of family business ethics has been shown to support more structured and sustainable financial reporting.

rch is directed at the identification of the educational, normative, symbolic, integrative, and communicative functions of oral traditions related to the life cycle of society, including birth, marriage, and death. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic-descriptive design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation of traditional narratives submitted by two key informants, namely traditional speakers (manehelo) and local traditional leaders. Data analysis was carried out thematically to map the social function of traditional narratives in the context of people's social lives. The results of the study show that traditional narratives and traditional bini poetry play an important role as a medium for inheriting traditional values, collective memory, local cosmology, and inter-generational social ethics. This oral tradition functions as a means of informal education, a regulator of social norms, a symbol of representation of the Rote people's worldview, a strengthening of social cohesion, and a cultural communication medium that maintains the continuity of the socio-cultural identity of the local community. This research confirms that the oral tradition of bini is not just an aesthetic expression, but a living and adaptive socio-cultural system. These findings contribute to strengthening the study of oral literature and cultural anthropology, especially in the context of Indonesian archipelago communities.

Data was obtained from Indonesian teachers, homeroom teachers, and students as the main informants. The results of the study show that students' language attitudes vary, ranging from very positive to less appreciative of the use of Indonesian. Students with a positive attitude are more active in using Indonesian in learning and have better listening and reading skills. On the other hand, students with negative attitudes tend to be passive, less confident, and more dominant in using regional languages in daily communication. Environmental factors, material relevance, teaching methods, and learning experiences greatly influence the formation of students' language attitudes. This study confirms that language attitudes are an important factor in the success of Indonesian language learning. These findings are expected to be the basis for teachers and schools to design learning strategies that are more communicative, contextual, and able to foster students' positive attitudes towards the Indonesian language

The results indicate that the implementation of a simple cost control system through expense recording, budgeting, and expenditure evaluation can improve operational efficiency, as reflected by reduced waste and better cost management. rch employs a quantitative explanatory approach based on a field study conducted in Teluk Ambon District. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to MSME actors who have implemented QRIS as a digital payment system. A total of 30 MSMEs were selected using purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on transaction efficiency, with a significance value of 0.033, which is lower than the 0.05 significance level. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.153 indicates that ease of use explains 15.3% of transaction efficiency, while the remaining 84.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis and confirm that QRIS contributes to improving transaction efficiency among MSMEs. This study provides theoretical contributions to digital payment adoption literature and practical implications for policymakers, financial institutions, and MSME actors.
