ovide character education in response to this phenomenon, so that students are able to build awareness and resilience in facing digital social pressure. The service methods used include interactive lectures, value simulation, and case study-based mentoring. This activity involved 34 students as the main target and 3 resource persons as facilitators The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the form and impact of digital bullying, as well as the growth of concern and proactive attitude to create a safe school environment. Participants also showed improved ability to manage emotions, understand the importance of strong character, and not respond to pressure with aggressive actions. Based on these results, it is recommended that character education based on anti-bullying values continue to be strengthened through continuous habituation and training programs, in order to form a resilient and adaptive young generation in the digital era.

memungkinkan siswa untuk melakukan eksperimen serta simulasi dari percobaan laboratorium fisik yang kompleks menjadi lebih mudah dipamahi. Ini membantu mereka memahami konsep fisika dengan lebih baik, terutama yang berkaitan dengan hukum ohm, arus dan tegangan. Dalam pengabdian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk menjalankan eksperimen yang melibatkan dua kelompok, masing-masing disebut sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Tujuan dari pendekatan ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan yang terjadi antara siswa yang menggunakan laboratorium virtual dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan laboratorium virtual tidak hanya membuat siswa lebih terlibat dalam tugas-tugas, tetapi juga membuat mereka lebih memahami konsep-konsep listrik dinamis. Laboratorium virtual menunjukkan peningkatan dalam partisipasi siswa, pemahaman konsep, dan kemampuan bekerja sama dalam kelompok. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang memanfaatkan teknologi laboratorium virtual memiliki potensi besar untuk membuat pengalaman belajar yang lebih fleksibel, interaktif, dan mendalam. Laboratorium virtual dapat menjadi alternatif yang bagus untuk fasilitas fisik untuk pembelajaran listrik dinamis bahkan tanpa menggunakan jaringan internet. Diharapkan bahwa ini akan digunakan lebih luas di lembaga pendidikan untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan efektif.

nyata dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) yang wajib diikuti oleh mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari proses pembelajaran kontekstual di luar kelas. Universitas Graha Nusantara (UGN) Padangsidimpuan berkomitmen mengoptimalkan KKL sebagai sarana pengembangan kompetensi akademik dan sosial mahasiswa melalui keterlibatan langsung di tengah masyarakat. Pada tahun 2024, kegiatan KKL dilaksanakan di Desa Siamporik Lombang, Kecamatan Angkola Selatan, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dikombinasikan dengan prinsip service learning, mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi melaksanakan program lintas bidang, meliputi pendidikan, pertanian, ekonomi, sosial-politik, dan teknik. Kegiatan-kegiatan ini mencakup peningkatan literasi anak, inovasi pertanian berbasis sumber daya lokal, pelatihan ekonomi kreatif, pendataan kependudukan, serta perbaikan infrastruktur dan pengenalan teknologi edukatif. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif efektif mendorong keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dan penguatan kapasitas mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan. Mahasiswa tidak hanya menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah, tetapi juga mengembangkan empati, kepemimpinan, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif. Pelaksanaan KKL ini menegaskan bahwa perguruan tinggi mampu berkontribusi secara konkret terhadap pembangunan masyarakat melalui model pengabdian yang kolaboratif dan transformatif. Harapannya, model ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain untuk mendorong masyarakat yang mandiri dan berdaya.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through direct observation and in-depth interviews with business actors. The results of the study indicate that a well-planned digital marketing strategy can have a significant impact on the effectiveness of promotion, even with a limited budget. In addition, it was found that allocating a proportional promotional budget to digital media can increase the visibility and sales of Flota Coffee products. The implications of this study show the importance of strategic budget planning in digital marketing activities to support the sustainability and growth of Flota Coffee in the digital era.

Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments to measure the improvement in participants’ competencies. The results showed a significant increase in understanding and skill levels. The percentage of participants classified as "excellent" increased from 0% to 40%, those in the "good" category rose from 34% to 40%, and 20% were categorized as "sufficient". No participants were classified as "poor" or "very poor". These findings indicate that training in gradient coloring techniques is effective in enhancing the capacity of ECE teachers to provide creative and enjoyable fine motor stimulation for young children.
