For certain criminal acts, finding witnesses who saw, heard and experienced the crime is not easy. For example, criminal acts of sexual abuse against children, which are difficult to find because when a criminal act of sexual abuse occurs, at that time there must be only the perpetrator and the victim. The aim of this research is to determine the value and evidentiary strength of the testimony of testimonium de auditu witnesses in the process of proving criminal acts of child molestation. This problem will be answered using normative legal research methods through case studies of Decision Number: 146/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Ktg. The results of the research in writing this article are that the evidentiary value of all evidence, including witnesses, is in the hands of the judge. Judges in determining the value and proof of evidence must pay attention to its suitability with other evidence.

Keadaan tersebut memunculkan sejumlah kendala, seperti lambatnya proses pengolahan nilai, kesalahan perhitungan, duplikasi data, serta kesulitan saat pencarian dan penyimpanan data akademik. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web guna mendukung pengelolaan nilai siswa secara lebih efektif, efisien, serta terintegrasi. Metode yang dipakai dalam kajian ini ialah prototype melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi, penyempurnaan, serta implementasi sistem. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan memakai Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor, XAMPP menjadi web server lokal, serta localhost guna pengujian aplikasi berbasis web. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, serta basis data MySQL. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwasannya sistem informasi akademik berbasis web mampu melakukan peningkatan efisiensi pengolahan data, menekan human error, mempercepat penyusunan laporan nilai, serta memperkuat keamanan dan transparansi data akademik siswa di SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.
The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the field of education, particularly in the management of academic data and student assessment systems. SMPI Hidayatul Athfal still uses a manual and semi-computerized grading system, where scores are recorded in books and processed using Microsoft Excel. This system creates several challenges, such as delays in grade processing, calculation errors, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and storing academic data. Therefore, a web-based academic information system is needed to support the management of student grades in a more effective, efficient, and integrated manner. The research method used in this study is the prototype method, which includes the stages of requirements gathering, prototype development, evaluation, refinement, and system implementation. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code as the text editor, XAMPP as the local web server, and localhost as the web-based testing environment. The programming languages used include PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database management system. The results of the study show that the web-based academic information system improves data processing efficiency, reduces human error, accelerates the generation of grade reports, and enhances the security and transparency of students’ academic data at SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.

Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengelola data tamu secara digital, mempercepat pencarian data, dan menghasilkan laporan kunjungan secara otomatis serta terstruktur.
The Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jambi Province still uses a manual guest book for recording visitor data, resulting in difficulties in data retrieval, information storage, and report generation. This study aims to design a web-based guest book information system to improve the efficiency of guest data management. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The application was built using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. Black Box Testing was conducted to ensure that all system functions operated according to user requirements. The results show that the system is capable of managing guest data digitally, accelerating data retrieval, and generating visitor reports automatically and systematically.

The findings indicated that there were constraints and a lack of teaching resources for class IX students at SMP Negeri 24 Kerinci to write short stories. The final results indicate that creative teaching tools based on the Cerpengram technique are required to facilitate comprehension of the subject matter, particularly short story writing abilities. According to the requirements analysis, 100% of students and instructors demand novel teaching resources based on the Cerpengram technique that have been produced in the form of e-modules.

e findings of this research reveal that the criminal justice system is based on the normalcy concept, which holds that everyone is physically and cognitively normal. As a result, the investigation, prosecution, and examination processes in court proceedings are exclusively aimed at and created for regular people. Persons with disabilities have been pushed to the margins and perhaps ignored. Persons with disabilities' rights are frequently infringed, both as perpetrators and as witnesses/victims of criminal activities. The medical method should be abandoned in favor of a social approach for the criminal justice system to be pro-people. What's needed is for law enforcement to do their jobs at each stage of the criminal justice system so that people with disabilities can have a fair trial. In the early phases of the criminal justice process, a profile assessment is required to determine the character, challenges, and requirements of people with disabilities.
