Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada peningkatan literasi digital sebagai upaya mendukung transformasi digital di era Industri 5.0. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan dan seminar kepada karyawan PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia Batam guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif dalam dunia kerja. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta diberikan wawasan mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam operasional bisnis, keamanan siber, perlindungan data pribadi, serta penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam industri. Also, they have to face the impact of the pandemic by surviving and trying to continue producing their products. One of the causes of declining sales during the post-COVID-19 pandemic is the need for promotional media to expand the market. Just expecting regular customers significantly influences declining sales because the economic turnover of the people in Asahan Regency is limited due to the impact of COVID-19. Apart from that, digital business competition is also a challenge for the Kisaran souvenir chips business.
Using observation methods and providing direct training to partner locations, implementing a website and e-catalog is essential for the Selasih Chips business in facing business challenges after the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 telah membawa dampak besar bagi banyak sektor bisnis di seluruh dunia, baik bisnis besar maupun UMKM. Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Selain itu persaingan bisnis secara digital juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi usaha keripik oleh-oleh Kisaran. Dengan metode observasi dan memberikan pelatihan langsung ke lokasi mitra maka penerapan website dan e-katalog merupakan langkah penting bagi usaha Keripik Selasih dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis pasca pandemi COVID-19. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi dapat membantu bisnis meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, dan memperluas pasar mereka. Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. UMKM ARI TEMPE adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di Desa Serdang, Kecamatan Meranti, Kabupaten Asahan yang memproduksi bidang pangan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini adalah proses produksi yang masih sangat minim sekali, dan cara pemasaran produk masih memgunakan sistem rumah ke rumah. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari program pengabdian ini adalah menawarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan produksi, pemberian bantuan alat dan barang yang dapat memaksimalkan produksi, dan pelatihan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui Pendidikan Masyarakat, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui peningkatakn kualitas produksi dan pemasaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi transfer pengetahuan khususnya tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan pemasaran dengan hasil tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UMKM Ari Tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Misalnya, desain grafis untuk pembuatan logo, toko online/olshop dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan nilai jualnya, begitu juga poster penjualan makanan dan lainnya, Salah satu alternatifnya design ini menggunakan aplikasi Canva, alat yang mendukung proses pembelajaran secara visual dan membantu melatih kemampuan literasi visual siswa dengan cepat dan mudah. Tujuan pengabdian ini agar siswa dapat dengan cepat dan mudah menguasai penggunaan aplikasi Canva untuk mendesain, sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan berbisnis di era digital. Corn planting is the most widely produced crop in the world, and corn seed plants are most suitable for planting in high-temperature areas. Especially in Indonesia, corn plants cover more than 100 million hectares, consisting of 70 countries and even 53 developing countries. The tool being socialized is a simple tool that is used with human power by pushing without the use of motorized equipment. In the planting process, the spacing between corn seed plants and the number of corn seeds can be adjusted during the planting process. The vessel or container supplying corn seeds is a hopper located at the top, and a hole is provided at the bottom of the hopper, which is the outlet channel. Thus, the results of this socialization can shorten the time in the corn seed planting process.

Activities and efforts undertaken must be able to have a high selling value and have the creativity to attract the attention of consumers. Sabila Handcraft is a handcraft UKM that sells handcrafted products. It is known that there are still many obstacles that occur in the production process, including rejected products that must be repaired such as wrong designs and wrong cuts, rejects when distributing goods to consumers caused by negligence in the delivery process (items stacked, products not working), as well as PO (Purchase Order) which is quite long takes almost 1 week from the order made. These rejects were caused by errors from operators who were not careful in designing and lack of quality management training for workers at UKM Sabila Handcraft. Through this training, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact, especially improving performance in the Sabila Handcraft UKM so that it can increase the output of the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.

Pandemi membuat banyak orang untuk meningkatkan kreativitas agar usaha yang dibuat tetap bisa bertahan dan menjadi penyokong ekonomi. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Sabila Handcraft adalah salah satu UKM handcraft yang menjual produk-produk kreasi pekerjaan tangan. Diketahui masih banyak kendala yang terjadi pada proses produksinya, diantara produk reject yang harus diperbaiki seperti salah desain dan salah potong, reject pada saat pendistribusian barang ke konsumen yang disebabkan karena kelalaian dalam proses pengiriman (barang ditumpuk, produk tidak berfungsi), serta PO (Purchase Order) yang cukup lama membutuhkan waktu hampir 1 minggu dari pemesanan yang dilakukan. Berbagai reject ini disebabkan karena kesalahan dari operator yang kurang teliti dalam mendesain serta kurang adanya pelatihan tentang manajemen kualitas kepada para pekerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft. Untuk itu perlu pelatihan mengenai manajemen kualitas pada UKM Sabila Handcraft untuk mengelola dan memastikan kualitas produk, layanan, atau proses bisnis secara efektif. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft sehingga dapat meningkatkan output dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

nt. The Non-Tax State Income (PNBP) has two different main functions, namely as budgetary and also as regulatory. Since the onset of Covid-19, the whole world has been in an uproar and all aspects have been affected. Likewise, the DJKN Bali Nusra Regional Office also felt the impact where the target of PNBP for State-Owned Goods (BMN) was not achieved in 2020 and causing the target given to decrease every year and many state assets to be unused. This service activity is carried out using a descriptive qualitative method in which this research focuses on the government's efforts to increase non-tax state revenues through the use of rental goods (BMN). The conclusion of this service activity is that the DJKN Bali Nusra Regional Office makes various efforts in order to increase PNBP on state property rentals by providing education through socialization or workshops to work units (stake) to better understand asset management, strengthening the role of the KPKNL, strengthen database and BMN, giving rewards to the stake if it reaches the target, and there needs to be good support and cooperation between the stakes with each other.

Abstrak: Penerimaan negara tidak hanya berasal dari pajak melainkan ada juga dari Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP). Yang dimana semua penerimaan tersebut akan digunkan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka penyelenggaraan pemerintah dan pelaksanaan pembangunan yang merata. Adapun Penghasilan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) memiliki dua fungsi utama yang berbeda yaitu sebagai budgetary dan juga sebagai regulatory. Semenjak adanya Covid-19 membuat seluruh dunia gempar dan semua aspek terkena dampaknya. Begitupun, Kanwil DJKN Bali Nusra yang turut merasakan dampaknya dimana tidak tercapainya target PNBP Barang Milik Negara (BMN) pada tahun 2020 dan menyebabkan target yang diberikan menurun setiap tahunya dan banyak aset negara yang tidak terpakai. Aktivitas pengabdian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dimana penelitian ini memfokuskan pada upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan penerimaan negara bukan pajak melalui pemanfaatan sewa barang (BMN). Kesimpulan dari aktivitas pengabdian ini adalah Kanwil DJKN Bali Nusra melakukan berbagai upaya agar dapat meningkatkan PNBP pada sewa barang Milik negara dengan cara memberikan edukasi melalui sosialisasi atau workshop kepada satuan kerja (satker) agar lebih memahami tentang pengelolaan aset, memperkuat peran KPKNL, memperkuat database dan BMN, memberikan reward kepada satker jika mencapai target, dan perlu adanya dukungan dan kerjasama yang baik antara satker satu dengan lainya.
