The Android operating system is based on a Graphical User Interface (GUI), which makes it easy for students to see how the system works on the outside. This makes using Android smartphones as teaching tools very helpful. Additionally, the portability and wide availability of Android tablets make it easy for students to access educational materials without being limited by time or space. The goal of making engaging learning materials about informatics for high school students in the seventh grade at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City is to make learning fun and useful. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that presents an interactive map containing the locations, descriptions, and photos of the heritage sites, along with a regional filter feature to facilitate navigation. The development process began with data collection from the Tourism Office and field observations, followed by map processing in ArcMap, publication to ArcGIS Online, and the creation of an Android application using ArcGIS Maps SDK and Jetpack Compose. Integration with a MySQL database allows the automatic display of location points on the map. The implementation results show that the application can display 33 heritage site points in three districts of Padang City, complete with descriptions, photos, district filters, and Web Map integration. Testing demonstrated that the application runs smoothly, is informative and interactive, and can support cultural preservation efforts while encouraging interest in historical tourism in Padang City.

Abstrak: Kota Padang menyimpan berbagai peninggalan bersejarah dari masa kolonial Belanda yang memiliki nilai sejarah dan potensi wisata tinggi. Namun, informasi mengenai lokasi dan deskripsi peninggalan tersebut masih tersebar dan sulit diakses secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang menyajikan peta interaktif berisi lokasi, deskripsi, foto peninggalan, serta dilengkapi fitur filter wilayah untuk memudahkan penelusuran. Proses pengembangan diawali dengan pengumpulan data dari Dinas Pariwisata dan observasi lapangan, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan peta di ArcMap, publikasi ke ArcGIS Online, serta pembuatan aplikasi Android menggunakan ArcGIS Maps SDK dan Jetpack Compose. Integrasi dengan basis data MySQL memungkinkan penampilan titik lokasi secara otomatis pada peta. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan aplikasi mampu menampilkan 33 titik peninggalan di tiga kecamatan di Kota Padang, lengkap dengan deskripsi, foto, filter kecamatan, dan integrasi Web Map. Hasil pengujian membuktikan aplikasi berjalan lancar, informatif, dan interaktif sehingga dapat mendukung upaya pelestarian budaya, dan mendorong peningkatan minat wisata sejarah di Kota Padang.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Android yang dapat memetakan lokasi gudang gambir di Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang mampu memberikan data spasial dan informasi yang akurat mengenai letak gudang gambir, sehingga menyulitkan petani, konsumen, maupun pihak pemerintah dalam mengakses dan mengelola informasi tersebut. Dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi ini digunakan teknologi ArcGIS, bahasa pemrograman Java, dan Android Studio. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pemilik gudang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang mampu menampilkan peta interaktif lokasi gudang gambir, mempermudah pengguna dalam pencarian informasi lokasi, dan memberikan data visual yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi gambir serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.

This study aims to develop an information system based on a Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) to monitor the geographic distribution of stunting cases and assist the Asahan Regency Health Office in making data-driven policy decisions. The method applied in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach, encompassing the stages of problem identification, data collection, system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system evaluation. The research findings show that the developed Web GIS platform successfully displays stunting data by district through interactive digital map representation, facilitates data input and updates by healthcare workers, and provides information accessible to the general public. The system is considered capable of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of stunting case monitoring, while also supporting information transparency and the planning of more targeted intervention programs. With the implementation of this Web GIS, stunting prevention efforts in Asahan Regency can be carried out in a more structured manner and based on accurate spatial data.

Abstrak: Permasalahan stunting merupakan hambatan signifikan dalam upaya pengembangan kesehatan publik, terutama di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Stunting tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek pertumbuhan jasmani anak, namun juga berimplikasi pada kemampuan intelektual dan daya produktif di masa mendatang. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi yang berbasiskan Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) dengan maksud memantau distribusi kasus stunting secara geografis dan memfasilitasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan yang berdasarkan data. Metode yang diterapkan dalam riset ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, meliputi fase identifikasi permasalahan, koleksi data, kajian kebutuhan sistem, perancangan, penerapan, dan penilaian sistem. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform Web GIS yang dikembangkan berhasil menampilkan data stunting per kecamatan melalui representasi peta digital yang interaktif, memfasilitasi proses input dan pemutakhiran data oleh tenaga kesehatan, serta menyediakan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh khalayak umum. Sistem tersebut dianggap mampu meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan dalam monitoring kasus stunting, sekaligus mendukung keterbukaan informasi dan perencanaan program intervensi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Dengan adanya implementasi Web GIS ini, langkah-langkah penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Asahan dapat dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang lebih terstruktur dan berdasarkan data spasial yang tepat.

This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that is able to map MSMEs that have been halal certified in the Asahan Regency area. This system is designed using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and CodeIgniter framework. The research methodology used is qualitative with a literature study approach, interviews, and observations. In the system that is built, users can see the location of MSMEs interactively through a digital map, as well as information related to products and halal status. The implementation results show that this system makes it easier for the Ministry of Religion to manage halal MSME data and helps the public access this information effectively. This system is expected to be an innovation that increases public trust in halal products, and encourages MSME actors to immediately take care of halal certification. In addition, this GIS supports transparency, education, and public services in the halal economy sector at the local level.

Abstrak: Di era digital saat ini, kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan akurat sangat penting, terutama bagi masyarakat Muslim dalam memastikan kehalalan produk yang dikonsumsi. Kabupaten Asahan memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum seluruhnya memiliki sertifikasi halal, sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat untuk mengidentifikasi produk yang sesuai syariat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis web yang mampu memetakan UMKM yang telah tersertifikasi halal di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, basis data MySQL, dan framework CodeIgniter. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi. Dalam sistem yang dibangun, pengguna dapat melihat lokasi UMKM secara interaktif melalui peta digital, serta informasi terkait produk dan status kehalalan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memudahkan Kementerian Agama dalam mengelola data UMKM halal dan membantu masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi tersebut secara efektif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inovasi yang meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap produk halal, serta mendorong pelaku UMKM untuk segera mengurus sertifikasi halal. Selain itu, SIG ini mendukung transparansi, edukasi, dan pelayanan publik dalam sektor ekonomi halal di tingkat lokal.

In this research, the simple and effective Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used. This method will produce a SPK that explains the decision-making process graphically and considers various assessment criteria. By using the developed SPK, it is hoped that companies can increase efficiency in assessing credit worthiness, speed up data processing, and simplify information searches. An important implication of this research is the increased effectiveness and accuracy of credit worthiness assessments as well as the ease of decision making for PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Kisaran Branch. With an integrated SPK, companies can optimize their processes and obtain relevant and timely information to support credit-related decisions. This will help companies make better decisions and reduce the time required for the credit worthiness assessment process.

Abstrak : Saat ini, perusahaan menghadapi masalah dalam metode penilaian kredit yang masih manual dan memakan waktu lama dalam pengolahan data. Penyimpanan dan pencarian arsip juga menjadi tantangan, terutama dalam mencocokkan dengan informasi terbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Cabang Kisaran dalam menilai kelayakan kredit dengan lebih efisien. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang sederhana dan efektif. Metode ini akan menghasilkan SPK yang menjelaskan proses pengambilan keputusan secara grafis dan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria penilaian. Dengan menggunakan SPK yang dikembangkan, diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penilaian kelayakan kredit, mempercepat pengolahan data, dan menyederhanakan pencarian informasi. Implikasi penting dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya efektivitas dan akurasi penilaian kelayakan kredit serta kemudahan dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Cabang Kisaran. Dengan adanya SPK yang terintegrasi, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan prosesnya dan mendapatkan informasi relevan dan tepat waktu untuk mendukung keputusan terkait kredit. Adapun pihak Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub bagian Jatanras dalam hal ini ingin memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas, sehingga dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang nantinya akan membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi rawan kriminalitas yang nantinya dapat digunakan dalam mencegah dan memantau tindak kriminalitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) yang merupakan bagian dari pengetahuan berdasarkan pada perangkat lunak komputer yang dimanfaatkan dalam menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk digital dan analisa terhadap geografis bumi sehingga membentuk suatu informasi keruangan. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan informasi geografis berbasis web dalam memberikan informasi lokasi-lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dan nantinya membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran. Sehingga sulitnya Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungbalai menyeleksi proposal untuk menentukan lansia yang akan diberikan bantuan sosial. Mengatasi tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang membantu pihak Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungbalai dalam memberikan keputusan. Based on this fact, the government takes an indispensable role in efforts to reduce the poverty of neglected elderly people in the form of social assistance. Social assistance provided by the Tanjungbalai City Social Service. The agency provides social assistance to the elderly in the form of cash. The problem that arises is when the quota for social assistance provided is less than the potential beneficiaries. So that it is difficult for the Tanjungbalai City Social Service to select proposals to determine the elderly who will be given social assistance. To overcome this, a decision support system is needed that helps the Tanjungbalai City Social Service in making decisions.
