bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam peran, mekanisme, peluang, serta tantangan pemanfaatan aplikasi wakaf digital dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap keuangan syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengkaji platform aplikasi wakaf digital yang bermitra dengan lembaga keuangan syariah dan nazhir tersertifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam semiterstruktur, observasi nonpartisipan terhadap antarmuka aplikasi, serta studi pustaka terhadap regulasi dan literatur ilmiah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi wakaf digital berfungsi ganda sebagai alat transaksi sekaligus kanal edukasi interaktif. Fitur-fitur seperti modul singkat, simulasi keuangan, dan laporan akuntabilitas real-time berhasil menurunkan hambatan psikologis, meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, serta memperluas basis wakif di kalangan generasi muda yang akrab teknologi. Lebih lanjut, inovasi ini mentransformasi paradigma tradisional wakaf dari aset fisik skala besar menjadi wakaf uang mikro yang fleksibel. Meskipun demikian, tantangan signifikan masih dihadapi, meliputi regulasi yang belum sepenuhnya akomodatif terhadap fintech wakaf, isu keamanan data, kesenjangan infrastruktur digital di pedesaan, serta rendahnya kompetensi teknologi sebagian nazhir. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi wakaf digital memerlukan sinergi kuat antara regulator, Badan Wakaf Indonesia, dan pengembang fintech untuk membangun ekosistem yang aman, patuh syariah, dan user-friendly.

The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of Spiritual Intelligence data were normally distributed with the calculation results obtained (22.33 <43.77) and student learning interest was normally distributed with the calculation results (18.85 <43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x being linear. The results of the correlation test obtained were 0.453 consulted with r with a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people obtained because (0.453 > 0.361) this indicates that there is a Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning in Class VIII of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI Academic Year 2022/2023. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, it was carried out using the statistical test formula (test "t") obtained at 3.41. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penagihan hutang sebelum jatuh tempo bertentangan dengan Pasal 1759 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata karena hak kreditur untuk menagih baru lahir setelah utang mencapai waktu jatuh tempo. Tindakan tersebut tidak dapat dikategorikan sebagai wanprestasi, melainkan lebih tepat dikualifikasikan sebagai perbuatan melawan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1365 KUH Perdata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerangka hukum saat ini masih bersifat fragmentaris dan sektoral, bersandar pada UU Perbankan Syariah, UU ITE, UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi, serta berbagai peraturan OJK dan Bank Indonesia yang belum sepenuhnya mengakomodasi karakteristik khusus inovasi digital syariah. Aspek kepatuhan syariah selama ini ditopang oleh fatwa DSN-MUI, seperti Fatwa No. 116/2017 tentang Uang Elektronik Syariah. Meskipun demikian, celah regulasi masih ditemukan, terutama terkait tata kelola fintech syariah, transparansi algoritma, keamanan siber, serta kompetensi teknis Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) dalam mengawasi platform digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan adanya urgensi pembaruan hukum, seperti pembentukan UU Digital Banking yang komprehensif atau sinkronisasi regulasi lintas sektoral yang mengintegrasikan nilai maqashid al-syari'ah (perlindungan harta dan jiwa) guna menjamin kepastian hukum, perlindungan konsumen, dan keutuhan prinsip syariah dalam ekonomi digital nasional.
