dentifying and analyzing the core competencies required in HR, strategies for managing core competencies in HR, and analyzing the relationship between core competencies in HR and company performance. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The research results indicate that the development of core HR competencies, such as leadership, technological mastery, and results orientation, plays a significant role in improving company performance and operational efficiency. Management strategies encompassing continuous training, performance evaluation systems, and strengthening a collaborative work culture are key to reinforcing core HR competencies. The findings also indicate a strong correlation between effective management of core HR competencies and overall improvements in company performance, which contributes to achieving long-term competitive advantage.

The researcher uses purposive sampling technique to get the subjects or informants. The data was obtained by distributing the questionnaire and interviewing for the informants. It is found that the result of the EFL Student's perceptions of using AI Paraphrasing Tool in Academic English Writing Class at the Eighth semester of the English Language Education Study Program of the South Tapanuli Education Institute is positive category. The researcher found that the mean score of Strongly Disagree categories (10.3%), Disagree (18%), Neutral (29%) and Agree (20.3%), Strongly Agree (22.3%). Furthermore, the result of factors influencing the EFL Students' perceptions of using AI Paraphrasing Tool in Academic English Writing Class in Academic English Writing Class at the Eighth semester of English Language Education Study Program South Tapanuli Education Institute is external factors more dominant than internal factors. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Negative EWOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) and variety seeking on brand switching behavior, with customer engagement as an intervening variable for Scarlett facial serum among Gen Z consumers. This study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal research methods. Data collection is done through a questionnaire survey with 300 respondents who use Scarlett facial serum in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS for research data analysis. The research findings indicate that Negative EWOM have a positive influence on brand switching behavior, Negative EWOM have a negative influence on customer engagement, variety seeking have a negative influence on customer engagement, variety seeking have a positive influence on brand switching behavior, customer engagement have a negative influence on brand switching behavior, Variety seeking on brand switching behavior through customer engagement as an intervening variable have a positive influence, Negative E-WOM on brand switching behavior through customer engagement as an intervening variable also have a positive influence.This research has implications for companies, including the need for companies to enhance product quality and their brand image in response to Negative E-WOM. The background of this study comes from the fact that there are still many MSME players who are not able to manage their finances optimally, even though access to information and digital financial services is quite widespread. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 156 individual business owners and analyzed through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that financial literacy did not have a significant direct effect on financial management behavior. However, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial risk attitudes and financial technology. These two variables directly influence financial management behavior, and act as mediators in the relationship between financial literacy and financial management behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of a financial literacy approach that not only focuses on increasing knowledge, but also includes the formation of rational risk attitudes and the practical use of financial technology. This kind of literacy strategy is considered more relevant and effective in improving the financial management of MSME actors, especially in the current digital era.

This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 PT XYZ employees who participated in Culture Fest 2024. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that experience during the event had a significant effect on satisfaction and post-event attitudes. In addition, satisfaction with the event also had a positive effect on post-event attitudes, and these attitudes had a significant effect on employee productivity. This research confirms the importance of designing meaningful and relevant internal events as a strategic means to improve employee commitment and performance through strengthening organizational culture.

Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The analysis technique for this research is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficients (Rank Spearman), coefficient of determination r2, and correlation coefficient hypothesis. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The results confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The results of the test were analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level of significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-count was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students' reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future
