This study aims to implement a web-based alumni and career tracking information system to improve the effectiveness of alumni data management, facilitate communication between the school and alumni, and support graduate career tracking. The research methods used include observation and interviews with school staff and alumni. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, with system design based on Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results show that the developed system is able to manage alumni data centrally, provide career path information, and generate accurate and accessible alumni reports. . This study aims to optimize bread product sales by using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to analyze daily sales performance at Toko Roti Amin. The data used includes sales volume and transaction frequency for bread products, consisting of 356 data points. The results show that the bread products can be grouped into three clusters: 129 data in the “Good Sales” cluster, 28 data in the “Moderate Sales” cluster, and 199 data in the “Low Sales” cluster. These findings assist bakery owners in managing stock, production planning, and more targeted marketing strategies. Although there are limitations in using K-Means Clustering, such as dependence on the initial centroid selection, this study proves that applying this technique can enhance inventory management and maximize profit in the bakery business.

with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants included the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Merauke Regency, the Head of the Trade Division, the Head of the Wamanggu Market Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), the Chairperson of HIPPAM, market traders, and consumers. Data were analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the management strategy of Wamanggu Market is implemented through four main aspects: trader registration, trader regulation and enforcement, market management evaluation, and the enforcement of trader discipline. However, the implementation of these strategies has not yet been fully effective. Trader registration continues to rely on outdated data, resulting in discrepancies between administrative records and actual field conditions. Regulatory measures have not been entirely successful, as some traders continue to operate outside the designated market area and kiosk allocation does not always comply with established zoning arrangements. Market management evaluations are conducted regularly; however, follow-up actions have not been sufficient to resolve existing problems significantly. Furthermore, the enforcement of trader discipline remains constrained by low levels of compliance among traders and the inconsistent application of regulations.The study also reveals that market management strategies are influenced by internal factors, including limitations in human resources, infrastructure, budget availability, and inter-agency coordination, as well as external factors such as regulatory frameworks, trader participation, environmental conditions, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour. Therefore, improvements in human resource capacity, stronger institutional coordination, enhanced infrastructure, and the development of adaptive management strategies are necessary to achieve more effective and sustainable management of Wamanggu Market.

However, several challenges were identified, such as limited human resources, uneven technological infrastructure, and low community participation in certain activities. Therefore, strategic measures are needed, including enhancing the capacity of KIM members, expanding access to information technology, and optimizing synergy between local government, local communities, and other stakeholders. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing a more effective and sustainable KIM program in the future.

From the perspective of organisational effectiveness, employee performance has a significant impact. A decline in individual performance can hinder the achievement of overall organisational goals. This research contributes to theoretical understanding in public administration and provides practical insights for practitioners in managing employee performance and improving organisational effectiveness in the field. The recommended improvement measures include developing technological understanding, increasing work motivation, and improving the work environment.

The results of the analysis show that (1) the overall level of farmer participation in agricultural extension activities is included in the less active category. Compared to the participation stage, farmers are more active in implementation than planning. Corn farmers in Marobea Village are more active than corn farmers in Lakalamba Village. (2) Agricultural extension communication between corn farmers in Marobea and Lakalamba Villages is most effective in increasing knowledge (cognitive) and subsequently influencing attitudes (affective), but less effective in encouraging action tendencies (behavioral). Extension communication between corn farmers in Marobea Village is more effective compared to corn farmer groups in Lakalamba Village. The more active farmers are, the more motivated they are to apply extension materials. and (3) Factors that determine the effectiveness of extension communication include extension factors, extension methods, and facilities and infrastructure. Extension factors related to the effectiveness of extension communication are the attitude, communication and knowledge aspects of the instructor. Aspects of method suitability and effectiveness are also related to the effectiveness of extension communication which is supported by the availability of extension infrastructure.

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan teknis pelaku UMKM dalam pengolahan daging rusa serta belum adanya inovasi produk olahan yang berorientasi pada pasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan langsung, praktik mandiri, serta monitoring dan evaluasi pascapelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 68% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta munculnya lima kelompok usaha kecil yang mulai memproduksi sosis secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis kearifan lokal dapat mendorong transformasi sosial ekonomi masyarakat secara nyata. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain yang memiliki sumber daya lokal serupa.
