l research. The population in this study were all grade VII students of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI as many as 30 people, because the population was small, which was only 30 people, the entire population became the research sample, namely 30 people with a sampling technique. The data collection instrument for variable X was a questionnaire totaling 15 with 4 options which were first tested to determine its validity and reliability. While the variable Y instrument was the documentation of the student grade list (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of Spiritual Intelligence data were normally distributed with the calculation results obtained (22.33 <43.77) and student learning interest was normally distributed with the calculation results (18.85 <43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x being linear. The results of the correlation test obtained were 0.453 consulted with r with a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people obtained because (0.453 > 0.361) this indicates that there is a Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning in Class VIII of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI Academic Year 2022/2023. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, it was carried out using the statistical test formula (test "t") obtained at 3.41. This price is then consulted at a significance level of 95% ( µ= 0.05) with dk = n-2 (30 – 2 = 28) obtained at 1.69, because (3.41> 1.69) this shows a Relationship Between Spiritual Intelligence and Learning Interest of Class VIII Students of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI Academic Year 2022/2023. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted as true.

e population in this study is all of class XI SMA GKPI Padang Bulan Medan as many as 30 people because the population is small, namely only 30 people, so the entire population becomes the research sample, namely as many as 30 people with the sampling technique. The data collection instrument for variable X is a questionnaire which consists of 20 items. With the 4 aptions that were previously tested to determine validity and reliability while the instrument variable Y Documentation was in the form of a list of student scores (DKN) in schools. The results of the normality test analysis requirements of the PAK teacher's role data are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained X2count < X2table (22.33 <43.77) and PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained X2count < X2table (18.85 <43.77) . The results of the data linearity test of the role of PAK teachers in forming character are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x which is linear. The results of the correlation test obtained rcount of 0.453 consulted with the price of criticism r at a significant level of 5% with a total of 30 respondents obtained rtable of 0.361, because rcount > rtable (0.453 > 0.361) this shows that there is an influence of the role of PAK teachers in the formation of class student character XI GKPI Padang Bulan Medan private high school T.A 2022/2023. Furthermore, to test the significant correlation is done using the statistical test formula (t test) to obtain a tcount of 3.41. This price is then consulted with ttable at a significant level of 95% of 1.69, because tcount > tthickness (3.41.169 α=0.05 with dk = n-2 (30-2=28) obtained a ttable of 1.69 because tcount > t table (3.41> 1.69) this shows that there is a significant influence of the role of the PAK teacher in the Formation of the Character of Class XI Students of the GKPI Padang Bulan Medan private high school T.A 2022/2023. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted as true.

Abstract:The reason for dividing inheritance while the heirs are still alive is to avoid conflicts that will give rise to conflicts between heirs and not contradict Islamic law. The provisions of the Compendium of Islamic Law regarding…
arding the distribution of inheritance to living heirs provide evidence that the condition of the testator's death remains an implicit condition for inheritance of his assets in the form of inheritance. However, the Compilation of Islamic Law provides another way to carry out the distribution of inheritance before the death of the heirs as stated in Article 187 paragraph (1) of the Compilation of Islamic Law. The Islamic legal view regarding the distribution of inheritance to living heirs can be taken if there is a risk of disputes and conflicts between heirs that result in losses.

he 2023/2024 Academic Year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study. The population of this study was all students of class X MIA semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan which includes 2 subjects with a total of 30 students. Sampling was carried out by General Sampling where the number of samples was equal to the number of populations, so that the sample in this test changed to 15 students of class X MIA 1 as an experimental model, who were taught to use Canva. Assisted efforts based on the purchase of model information and 15 students of sophistication X MIA 2. as beauty manipulation were taught with a direct introduction model assisted with Canva. The research device used a multiple-desire view at along with 14 items with five choices (a, b, c, d, and e) which had been tested beforehand to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and item differentiation. Before examining the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity of the records were checked first. The results show that the general pretest score for the test is 43.20 with a complete deviation of 8.23 and for the ordinary one is forty-two.75 with a standard deviation of seven, sixty-four. For preliminary competency tcount = 0.329 and ttable = 2.05. shows that tcount < ttable, then the initial talent of both classes is identical. After getting knowledge about ending, the post-test changed to finished for both lessons and the average trial cost changed to 80.79 with an average difference of 8.68 while for the elegance of manipulation the publication test cost became 72.67 with a current deviation of 8.15. Based on the pre-test homogeneity test, it was obtained Fcount = 1.162 along with Ftable = 2.48. because Fcount (1.162) < Ftable (2.48), then the pretest research fact turned out to be homogeneous, then the publish-check homogeneity test obtained Fcount = 1.213 along with Ftable = 2.48. because Fcount (1.213) < Ftable (2.48) then the post-test research data is homogeneous, then the statistical test (one-tailed t-test) obtained tcount = 2.67 and ttable = 1.70 at a significance level of α = 0.05, with dk as much as 28. Because tcount > ttable, being unique (2.67 > 1.70), this indicates that there may be a very large effect of the Canva Assisted learning-based task version on Physics students gaining knowledge about the results in the problem of interweaving of sophistication X Semester I personal strengths of the Parulian 2 Medan faculty in the 2023/2024 academic year.

So it can be concluded that Reward and Punishment have a positive influence or jointly on Employee Performance.
Abstract:Humans as social beings have 3 (three) basic needs which are often also called primary needs, namely clothing, food and shelter. The efforts made by the government cannot be separated from the state's goal of creating livable…
vable homes for its people as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 28 H paragraph (1) which states that everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity. The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) has not been optimal due to the lack of socialization, which has an impact on the lack of understanding of procedures/requirements, both administrative and technical. The driving factors in the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) consist of Strengths ( There is a legal umbrella for BSPS , Availability of funds from the APBN , Establishment of Central-Regional Coordination and Opportunities (The existence of a Technical Team from the Ministry, Availability of Companion Personnel, Companion Funds for field operations). Meanwhile, the Inhibiting Factors are the Existence of Weaknesses (Limited Socialization of the BSPS Program; Distribution of materials and materials, Minimal knowledge of recipients regarding accountability) and Threats or Obstacles (High rainfall during construction, Changes in policies regarding BSPS, Continuity of the BSPS program). The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) in the future will be carried out with an Aggressive Strategy , namely the Strategy of Using STRENGTHS by taking advantage of OPPORTUNITIES. Using Strengths, namely: There is a legal umbrella for BSPS , Availability of funds from the APBN , Establishment of Central-Regional Coordination by Utilizing Opportunities, namely: The existence of a Technical Team from the Ministry, Availability of Companion Personnel. Field operational Companion Funds. The government needs to improve public awareness of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance (BSPS) program to make it easier for potential recipients to understand. Likewise, local community conditions need to be adjusted to the technical requirements so that prospective BSPS recipients who do not yet have land titles in accordance with applicable regulations can simply obtain a Certificate of Land Title. The government can then facilitate the acquisition of land titles in accordance with statutory provisions.

Ujung and Kramat are beautiful. between May and June 2023. The factorial randomized block design (RAK) used in this study consisted of two treatment factors symbolized by the symbol A at three levels, namely: A1) half KL (A2) 75% KL and (A3) 100 percent KL. The next factorial is with image P which consists of 3 levels, namely; (P1) is 1 g per liter of water, P2 is 2 g per liter, and P3 is 3 g per liter of water. With the aim of obtaining 9 drugs. Each treatment is repeated several times. The perception information is then investigated using the F test for changes at the 5% level. If the problem is large then proceed with the Duncan test. From the results of the examination and discussions carried out, results were obtained, including: 1). The influence of water pressure has a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, wet weight, and influences leaf length, leaf area and stem size of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.). 2). Giving Gandasil D at a dose of 3 g/l of water basically increases the number of plants, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, stem size, new weight per plant, and selling weight. 3). The relationship between water stress treatment and use of leaf compost fundamentally affects plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and wet load in mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) while leaf length, leaf area and cross stem distance do not make a big difference.
