Studi Kritis Pembaruan Pendidikan di Minangkabau

Abstract: This research aims to describe the thoughts on educational reform by several prominent figures in Minangkabau. These figures are Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The… he research method used is the library research research method, library research is research carried out using library literature. The data collection process focuses on collecting various sources and relevant data, scientific literature, and other writings related to thoughts on educational reform in Minangkabau. The results of the research show that there are thoughts about educational reform carried out by several prominent figures in Minangkabau such as Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The results of the thinking of these figures were to change the education system from halaqah to madrasa, organizing the place of study with a classroom system, using classical books as the main learning source, adding general subjects such as arithmetic, natural sciences and so on. Among the legacies of figures who contributed greatly to Islamic education in Minangkabau are Sumatra Tawalib Padang Panjang, Adabiah School, Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang, and MTI Canduang. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to guide progress in the field of education, especially Islamic education in Minangkabau, then this research is also expected to be able to become a reference and benchmark for further research on different topics.

Abstract: This research aims to explore and evaluate the implementation of the geocentric staffing approach in the managerial employee recruitment process at the Capital of Nusantara (IKN). The geocentric approach considers qualifications,… ications, skills, and experience without regard to the candidate's country of origin. The research methodology involves a case study and analysis of managerial recruitment data. Through a qualitative approach, this study evaluates the effectiveness of geocentric staffing in creating a diverse managerial team and supporting the development goals of IKN. However, implementation challenges such as cultural differences, communication, and individual expectations are also highlighted in this research. By understanding these challenges, the study offers strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of Geocentric Staffing implementation in IKN.

PENERAPAN METODE SIMAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN HAFALAN AL-QUR’AN DI PONPES AR-RAUDHOH KASOMALANG

Abstract: The simaan method is the activity of performing the memorization of the Qur'an with bilghaib to the listeners of either one or more people. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Application of the Simaan… n Method in Improving the Memorization of the Qur'an at the Ar-Raudhoh Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach method, by describing or describing the results of the research carried out such as interviews, observations and documentation. The population in this study is all students and teachers in the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school. while the sample in this study was a total of 5 informants who were believed to have the information needed and could represent from the population. The results of this study are 1) preparation for the implementation of simaan at the Ar-raudhoh Islamic boarding school, namely by repeating memorization as often as possible and for a long time. 2) the implementation of the simaan method in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school is a.simaan weekly, b.simaan semester, c.simaan memorization even 5, 10,15, 20, 25 juz, d.simaan kubro is simaan 30 juz in one sitting. 3) the simaan method can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in the Ar-raudhoh islamic boarding school by careful and continuous preparation, but if the simaan method is not done with istiqomah, then memorization will not be maintained. 4) Tahsin can improve the memorization of the Qur'an in terms of minimizing mistakes, because in Tahsin reading the Qur'an must be done carefully, because if ignored it will cause a change in meaning. 5) driving factors in carrying out simaan methods such as: giving motivation, giving memorization targets, desires from oneself and others. The inhibiting factors include: insecurity, fear, poor preparation, many mistakes, many similar verses.

This research method uses qualitative techniques with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with village officials and village heads at the Asembagus village office. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research because it collects information about the status of an existing problem. By using qualitative descriptive, it aims to better understand the problem more deeply. The results of this study show that transformational leadership has an influence on increasing the motivation of village officials at the Asembagus village office.

Abstract: This in-depth research on "The Influence of Transformational Leadership in Improving the Performance of Educational Organizations" uses a qualitative library research method. The main focus of this research is to understand… and how transformational leadership affects organizational culture, employee motivation, and academic performance in educational settings. The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. Although this study provides a deeper understanding, recognition of the critiques and limitations of previous studies provides a foothold for further research in exploring the complexities of transformational leadership in educational organizations.

Arbitration is considered a relevant alternative compatible with Islamic law in handling Sharia economic conflicts. This study will trace the Islamic legal principles applicable in arbitration and analyze the success and challenges of Sharia economic dispute resolution through the arbitration process. Additionally, the research will review the role of arbitration institutions and regulations supporting Sharia dispute resolution. Thus, this study provides in-depth insights into the potential of arbitration as an effective means of resolving Sharia economic disputes and its contribution to the global development of Sharia-based financial systems.

QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF PORKCINE CONTENT ON NUGGET AND MEATBALLS CIRCULATING IN THE CITY OF MAMUJU

Abstract: Halal food means food that is permitted under Islamic law and meets the requirements, namely that it does not contain any ingredients that are not permitted under Islamic law. The absence of information regarding the halal… al food contained in food sold in Mamuju City means that it is necessary to carry out research that can provide information regarding the halalness of food products sold by traders in Mamuju City, especially instant food or ready-to-eat food that does not have a halal brand, logo or permit. BPOM (Food and Drug Supervisory Agency). This research aims to detect pork contamination in unbranded nuggets and meatballs sold by producers and traders in Mamuju. The method used was to carry out tests using a Porkcine detection kit on unbranded nugget and meatball food samples. The positive control used was a sample of processed meat containing pork. The test results showed that all food samples of nuggets (3 types) and meatballs (3 types) did not contain pork protein (negative results). This way the food is safe for consumption. This way the food is safe for consumption. Even though in this study the food tested negative contained non-halal food ingredients, consumers should still be careful in choosing the food they want to consume, especially products that do not have the product name, list of ingredients used, net weight or net content, name and address of the party.
