The strategy used in providing knowledge about the dangers of coloring agents and preservatives in food is by directly giving direct lectures on various kinds of coloring agents and preservatives used in food, the potential dangers that will be caused if consuming foods with excessive coloring agents and preservatives along with characteristics of food with coloring agents and preservatives as well. Students are expected to be able to avoid foods that are indicated to use coloring agents and preservatives and to find safe food solutions using natural coloring agents and preservatives.

Abstrak: Produsen makanan sering menambahkan pewarna pada makanan untuk meningkatkan warna makanan, namun kini semakin banyak makanan yang mengandung pewarna sintetis yang ditambahkan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada para siswa mengenai zat pewarna dan zat pengawet berbahaya yang digunakan pada makanan. Diharapkan para siswa dapat mengetahui secara terperinci mengenai bahaya zat pewarna dan pengawet sehingga kesadaran siswa dalam menerapkan kewaspadaan terhadap makanan dapat meningkat. Target yang ingin dicapat pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para siswa dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan infomasi mengenai zat pewarna dan zat pengawet yang terdapat pada makanan. Strategi yang digunakan dalam memberikan pengetahuan mengenai bahaya zat pewarna dan pengawet pada makanan yaitu dengan langsung memberikan ceramah langsung mengenai berbagai macam zat pewarna dan zat pengawet yang digunakan pada makanan, potensi bahaya yang akan ditimbulkan apabila mengkonsumsi makanan dengan zat pewarna dan zat pengawet yang berlebihan beserta ciri-ciri makanan dengan zat pewarna dan zat pengawet serta. Para siswa diharapkan dapat menghindari makanan yang terindikasi menggunakan zat pewarna dan zat pengawet serta mendapatkan solusi makanan yang aman dengan menggunakan zat pewarna dan pengawet yang alami.

Activities are carried out in several stages, including observing problems, preparing, implementing waste cleaning, and making recommendations and action plans. The result of this community service activity is the creation of a cleaner and healthier environment, as well as the formation of recommendations and action plans to improve waste management at Loang Baloq Beach and other tourist destinations in Mataram City. The concept of multi-stakeholder collaboration that is applied in this service activity can be an example for waste management activities and the management of other tourist destinations in Indonesia. In addition, this activity also provides valuable experience for students in carrying out community service activities and involving different stakeholders in achieving the same goals. It is hoped that this activity can have a wider impact on the environment and society in Mataram City, and can be used as a reference for similar activities in the future.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan merupakan upaya kolaborasi multi stakeholder dalam menjaga kebersihan dan kelestarian Pantai Loang Baloq. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk Pemerintah Daerah, PDPM Kota Mataram, pelaku industri pariwisata, masyarakat sekitar, dan Mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, antara lain observasi masalah, persiapan, pelaksanaan pembersihan sampah, serta pembuatan rekomendasi dan rencana aksi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan sehat, serta terbentuknya rekomendasi dan rencana aksi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah di Pantai Loang Baloq dan destinasi wisata lainnya yang ada di Kota Mataram. Konsep kolaborasi multi stakeholder yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi kegiatan pengelolaan sampah dan pengelolaan destinasi wisata lainnya di Indonesia. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi para mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dan melibatkan stakeholder yang berbeda dalam mencapai tujuan yang sama. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang lebih luas bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat di Kota Mataram, serta dapat dijadikan acuan bagi kegiatan serupa dimasa depan.

Therefore, the purpose of this research is to create a mobile phone-based application that can promote bu-culture tourism in West Sumba Regency. The specific objective is to create a platform that makes it easy for tourists to explore and understand the cultural richness and cultural tourism destinations of West Sumba. This research uses a user-centered design (UCD) approach to create a successful mobile application. This application will help tourists get information about cultural tourism destinations in West Sumba. In addition, the app has additional features, such as maps, traditional villages, local dances, cultural festivals, event schedules and travel agents.

Ini ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan jumlah orang yang mengunjungi tempat-tempat wisata budaya di Sumba Barat. Namun, masih sedikit layanan promosi dan informasi yang tersedia bagi para wisatawan terkait wisata budaya yang ingin dikunjungi, seperti informasi lokasi, acara dan akses ke tempat-tempat wisata budaya di Sumba Barat. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi berbasis ponsel yang dapat mempromosikan wisata budaya di Kabupaten Sumba Barat. Tujuan khusus adalah untuk membuat sebuah platform yang memudahkan wisatawan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami kekayaan budaya dan destinasi wisata budaya Sumba Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desain berbasis pengguna (UCD) untuk membuat aplikasi mobile yang berhasil. Aplikasi ini akan membantu wisatawan mendapatkan informasi tentang destinasi wisata budaya di Sumba Barat. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memiliki fitur tambahan, seperti peta, kampung adat, tarian lokal, festival budaya, jadwal acara, dan agen perjalanan wisata.

This resulted in the Ria Sari Anggriani Distributor Center (DC) being unable to serve requests for available herbal medicines. So that it becomes an obstacle in the stock of herbal medicines that must be prepared. If there are too many drug stocks but the demand for herbal medicines is decreasing then this will result in a loss, conversely if the demand for medicines increases but the stock of herbal medicines cannot be prepared then this will be a loss for DC Ria Sari Anggriani. For this reason, it is necessary to do a forecasting/prediction technique, using the Single Exponential Smoothing Method . The purpose of the forecasting/prediction will be to assist in terms of the supply of herbal medicines in the following month's period. The results of testing this method were obtained in the period June 2023, requests for 167 herbal medicines, 178 Extra foods, 189 Etta Goat Milk, 91 Herbal Toothpastes, 74 products of Propolis Soap.

Abstrak: Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari salah satu agen resmi obat herbal dari perusahaan PT HPAI (Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia). Penjualan obat herbal pada Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari Anggriani sering terjadi ketidak stabilan. Dimana pada periode Maret 2022 sampai dengan Mei 2023 terjadi kenaikan penjualan yang seknifikan. Ini mengakibatkan Distributor Center (DC) Ria Sari Anggriani tidak dapat melayani permintaan akan obat herbal yang tersedia. Sehingga menjadi kendala dalam stok obat herbal yang harus disiapkan. Jika stok obat terlalu banyak namun permintaan akan obat herbal menurun maka ini akan manjedi kerugian, sebaliknya jika permintaan akan obat meningkat namun stok obat herbal tidak dapat disiapkan maka ini menjadi kerugian bagi DC Ria Sari Anggriani. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan suatu teknik peramalan/prediksi, menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing (SES). Tujuan dari peramalan/prediksi nantinya dapat membantu dalam hal penyediaan akan obat herbal pada periode bulan berikutnya. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini diperoleh pada periode Juni 2023, perminaan akan obat herbal 167 , Extrafood 178, Etta Goat Milk 189, Pasta Gigi Herbal 91, Sabun Propolis 74 produk. Hasil simpulan dari penelitian ini koefisien nilai alpha (α) mempengaruhi seberapa besar pengaruh data masa lalu terhadap peramalan masa depan.

This study is to distribute 3 types of seeds with a choice of weights that have been divided into 3 areas located on the map of Indonesia using land routes. The results of the test of the population of the average fitness value tend to remain from the previous value of 1-10 the fitness value and the optimum iteration with 9-12 with an average fitness value of 44.2. Optimal results are obtained when Mr is higher than the Cr values. Thus, the Genetic Algorithm can be used for TSP seed distribution paths. 1:2 fitness evaluation compared with the usual estimates used .

Abstrak: Distribusi menjadi hal penting berwirausaha, salah satunya pada bidang pertanian untuk pendistribusian benih sampai lokasi tujuan. Permasalahan sering ditemui dalam proses pendistribusian adalah efektifan, efisiensi waktu dan jarak tempuh. Sehingga penelitian akan membangun perangkat lunak dengan memasukan data titik lokasi awal dan beberapa lokasi tujuan agen konsumen ditambahkan secara dinamis. Parameter jarak menggunakan latitude-longitude terintegrasi pada google maps yang mendeteksi keberadaan lokasi, selanjutnya diketahui generasi kromosom atau jalur distribusi terbaik dengan rute minimum. Pendekatan Heuristic menggunakan Algoritma Genetika meniru konsep evolusi biologis deretan struktur pertukaran informasi secara acak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat mendistribusikan jenis benih dengan pilihan bobot yang telah terbagi dalam wilayah lokasi. Satu wilayah lokasi terdapat beberapa lokasi toko ditambahkan secara dinamis, dengan proses yang sudah ditentukan titik awal keberangkatan. Penelitian ini menekankan pada proses penentuan rute lokasi saja. Hasil pengujian jumlah populasi rata-rata nilai fitness cenderung bersifat tetap dari nilai sebelumnya selisih 1-10 nilai fitness dan iterasi optimum dengan 9-12 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness 44,2. Hasil optimum didapatkan ketika Mutation rate (Mr) lebih tinggi dibanding nilai Crossover rate (Cr). Maka, Algoritma Genetika bisa digunakan untuk TSP jalur distribusi benih pengujian menghasilkan evaluasi fitnes 1:2 untuk Algoritma Genetika dibandingkan dengan estimasi jarak biasa digunakan.

A Green Organizational Culture is defined as a shared set of values, beliefs, and practices that prioritize environmental stewardship, sustainability, and ecological responsibility as integral to the school's identity and daily operations. Employing an ethnographic case study approach, this research was conducted at two Islamic secondary schools recognized for their proactive environmental programs. Data were gathered through prolonged observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of school artifacts. Findings reveal that teacher akhlak—manifested as personal environmental mindfulness, consistency between words and actions, and moral motivation rooted in Islamic teachings—is the cornerstone for authentic cultural change. Teachers who embody green values act as transformative agents, legitimizing environmental norms, inspiring student imitation, and embedding sustainability into the hidden curriculum. The study concludes that institutional green policies are insufficient without the cultivation of akhlak-based environmental ethics among educators. It proposes a model of "Akhlak-Based Eco-Pedagogy" for teacher development.

Using a qualitative case study approach with in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis at several pioneering Eco-Pesantrens, this research identifies key leadership paradigms, decision-making processes, and implementation strategies. Findings reveal that successful integration creates a holistic leadership model that aligns spiritual, educational, and environmental objectives. Leaders act as transformative agents, internalizing eco-Islamic theology into institutional policies, curricula, and community practices. The study concludes that the Eco-Pesantren leadership model offers a significant framework for sustainable community development rooted in local religious wisdom. It recommends further development of this paradigm for broader application in Islamic educational institutions and communities facing environmental challenges.

This study aims to describe the form of leadership communication strategies, employee work motivation, and at the same time determine the effect of leadership communication strategies in increasing employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Office. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and type of research through interviews and observations of informants to obtain research data. The results of the study indicate that the leadership communication strategy of the Cultural Office still needs to be improved in the area of clarity and even distribution of organizational messages that should be adjusted to its main duties and functions. Furthermore, it was found that intrinsic motivational factors, such as recognition, were the dominant factor in driving work motivation. Finally, it was found that the leadership communication strategy implemented influenced the increase or decrease in employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Service.

The results show that the role of mothers as agents of masculinity enculturation in Nias ethnic boys in Tegal Sari Mandala II Village emphasizes the instilling of masculine values through daily care that is appropriate to the context of urban life. Mothers instill the value of courage by accustoming children to dare to speak, appear, and defend the truth, while building strength through emotional control and assertiveness to be able to face pressure, develop resilience through independence, discipline, and adaptability, and teach leadership through responsibility, decision-making, and the application of traditional leadership values such as si'ulu and si'ila. The main challenges faced by mothers include the stubbornness of children, the limited role without a husband figure for single parents, and the negative influence of social media and diverse urban environments. Mothers make various efforts to overcome these obstacles by implementing a firm but loving parenting style, providing motivation when children experience failure, and involving other male family members such as uncles or church members to provide advice.
