valuation model as a framework for developing improvement strategies. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The main informants consisted of program officers, while additional informants were farmers selected using the snowball sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with the assistance of NVivo software to facilitate thematic coding and data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the Integrated Service Vehicle Program has generally achieved its objectives by providing animal health services, extension activities, and technical assistance to farmers in remote areas. However, several challenges remain, including limited resources, inconsistent scheduling, and insufficient public outreach. Based on the SWOT analysis, the recommended improvement strategies focus on enhancing coordination, strengthening staff capacity, utilizing information technology, and expanding service coverage. These findings are expected to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of the Integrated Service Vehicle Program under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Blitar Regency.

tural History (ISHC) requires strategies that can build students' historical literacy reflectively and contextually. This study aims to describe and analyze the process of constructing students' historical literacy through digital animated video-based ISHC learning at Madrasah Aliyah Fathanul Burhan, Tempuran District. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using an interactive model through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the use of digital animated video integrated into the learning design fosters chronological understanding, causal analysis skills, and active student engagement in reflective discussions. The teacher's role as a facilitator is a key factor in guiding students' interpretation of visual content, ensuring a systematic process of meaning construction. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of integrating digital pedagogy and dialogic facilitation in strengthening historical literacy in madrasas, as well as contributing to the development of SKI learning practices that are adaptive to the digital era.

The method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches, referring to authoritative classical tafsir and fiqh works such as Jami' al-Bayan by al-Tabari, al-Jami' li Ahkam al-Qur'an by al-Qurtubi, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, al-Umm by Imam al-Shafi'i, and al-Mughni by Ibn Qudamah, as well as contemporary works such as Fiqh al-Sunnah by Sayyid Sabiq and the works of Wahbah al-Zuhaili and Yusuf al-Qaradawi. The findings indicate that classical jurists unanimously prohibit the marriage of a Muslim woman to a non-Muslim man and the marriage of a Muslim man to a polytheist (mushrik) woman, but differ regarding the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman of the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab). Meanwhile, the KHI takes a stricter stance by prohibiting all forms of interfaith marriage, in line with the principle of preventing harm (sadd al-dhari'ah) and the MUI Fatwa of 2005. This study concludes that the KHI represents a contextualization of fiqh adapted to the conditions of Indonesian society.

al needs (CSN) into formal schooling, BLC implements an intensive one-to-one accompaniment system. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation of accompaniment activities, and document review. The findings indicate that shadow teachers at BLC fulfill multifunctional roles, including identifying each child's specific needs, designing intervention programmes, developing basic independence skills, and providing evaluations and progress reports to parents and classroom teachers. The professionalism of shadow teachers is demonstrated through their ability to adapt instructional strategies in accordance with each child's concentration level, as well as their physical and cognitive limitations. Furthermore, teachers engage in ongoing collaboration with parents to monitor and evaluate children's progress through regular daily reports. This study concludes that the competence and dedication of shadow teachers are critical factors in the successful transition of children with special needs into broader educational settings. An effective shadow teacher does not only focus on academic readiness, but also place equal emphasis on developing independence as a necessary foundation for children's social integration in the future.

The research method used is quantitative descriptive with purposive sampling techniques on the company's consolidated financial statements. The indicators used to analyse the data include Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). In 2022, net profit fell sharply by 57% to RP 27 billion due to production cost pressures. However, in 2024, the company managed to recover with a net profit of RP 489.8 billion. This unique finding shows an increase in Return on Assets (ROA) of 9.10% in 2024 despite a decline in assets. This shows that management has succeeded in eliminating unproductive assets and optimising production efficiency. The effectiveness of cost transformation and the company's operational resilience to market fluctuations are reflected in a Return on Equity (ROE) of 18.61% at the end of the period.

Performance appraisal systems enhance employee productivity through clarified performance expectations, developmental feedback, and strengthened accountability mechanisms. A critical finding is that integrating these three human resource management domains produces synergistic effects that exceed the sum of isolated interventions, demonstrating multiplicative rather than additive productivity gains through mutually reinforcing mechanisms. The 40 included studies employed balanced methodological approaches including quantitative surveys, structural equation modeling, qualitative investigations, and empirical case studies, with 65% published in 2024-2025 reflecting contemporary human resource management practices. This systematic evidence synthesis establishes that veterinary clinics implementing comprehensive integrated approaches addressing talent management, continuous improvement, and performance appraisal simultaneously would achieve superior productivity outcomes while addressing the profession's unique emotional labor demands and animal welfare responsibilities.

al analysis regarding how the protagonist confronts inner conflict, loneliness, and past trauma in the process of identity formation. The study aims to describe the forms, strategies, and obstacles in the character’s identity quest, as well as to analyze the individuation process based on Jungian concepts such as persona, shadow, anima/animus, and the Self. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing close reading and thematic analysis of textual data from the novel. Findings reveal that the protagonist undergoes a complex, nonlinear psychological journey toward self-understanding, triggered by existential crisis and emotional isolation. Through deep introspection, symbolic interactions (particularly with natural elements like the moon), and confrontation with the shadow, the character gradually integrates fragmented aspects of the self. This study demonstrates that Jungian theory effectively uncovers the psychological depth of characters in contemporary Indonesian literature and affirms the relevance of literary fiction as a medium for reflecting on identity formation and emotional resilience in real life.

Employing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis through SmartPLS software, data were collected from 385 respondents selected via purposive sampling based on consumers who knew and had purchased Tanimbar woven products. The research tested direct relationships and moderating effects of premium price, education, and gender variables. Results revealed that environmental attitudes (β = 0.349; t = 5.306; p = 0.000) and green product attributes (β = 0.207; t = 3.014; p = 0.003) significantly and positively influence green purchase intention, with the model explaining 60.7% of the variance (R² = 0.607) and demonstrating strong predictive relevance (Q² = 0.539). However, the three moderating variables—premium price, education, and gender—did not significantly strengthen or weaken these relationships, indicating that environmental consciousness and product perception remain dominant factors regardless of demographic or economic considerations. These findings provide practical implications for traditional craft entrepreneurs in developing sustainability-based marketing strategies and empowering the local creative economy, while contributing to the sustainable development goals through cultural preservation and environmental conservation in Indonesia's eastern region.

The problems studied in this research are (1) characteristics of BIPA 1 teaching materials currently used in BIPA learning, (2) development of BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application as alternative teaching materials in BIPA learning, (3) feasibility of developing BIPA teaching materials 1 based on the Animaker application in BIPA learning, and (4) the effectiveness of developing BIPA 1 teaching materials based on the Animaker application based on BIPA learners' understanding. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. This research uses three data collection techniques, namely observation, questionnaires, and documentation to obtain data on the needs for developing teaching materials and evaluating teaching material prototypes. The data sources consist of BIPA teachers, BIPA students and expert lecturers. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive qualitative which consists of data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this research are that BIPA students often feel bored and confused by teaching materials that are only presented in the form of textbooks and very short material. Therefore, teaching materials need to be developed in accordance with Widodo and Jasmadi's theory of teaching material characteristics so that they can support independent learning, deeper understanding, contextualization of material, increased motivation, comprehensive language skills, adaptation to technological developments, learning flexibility, and strengthening skills. grammar.
