timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants included the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Merauke Regency, the Head of the Trade Division, the Head of the Wamanggu Market Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), the Chairperson of HIPPAM, market traders, and consumers. Data were analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the management strategy of Wamanggu Market is implemented through four main aspects: trader registration, trader regulation and enforcement, market management evaluation, and the enforcement of trader discipline. However, the implementation of these strategies has not yet been fully effective. Trader registration continues to rely on outdated data, resulting in discrepancies between administrative records and actual field conditions. Regulatory measures have not been entirely successful, as some traders continue to operate outside the designated market area and kiosk allocation does not always comply with established zoning arrangements. Market management evaluations are conducted regularly; however, follow-up actions have not been sufficient to resolve existing problems significantly. Furthermore, the enforcement of trader discipline remains constrained by low levels of compliance among traders and the inconsistent application of regulations.The study also reveals that market management strategies are influenced by internal factors, including limitations in human resources, infrastructure, budget availability, and inter-agency coordination, as well as external factors such as regulatory frameworks, trader participation, environmental conditions, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour. Therefore, improvements in human resource capacity, stronger institutional coordination, enhanced infrastructure, and the development of adaptive management strategies are necessary to achieve more effective and sustainable management of Wamanggu Market.

parents or guardians of early childhood living in Seran Hamlet. The research method used is a quantitative approach with direct data collection. The research sample consisted of 28 early childhood. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the simple regression method to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, namely Gadget Use, and the dependent variable, namely Early Childhood Behaviour. The results showed that there is a correlation and influence between the use of Gadgets and early childhood behaviour, with a correlation coefficient that exceeds the alpha (5%) significance level, namely 0.45> 0.05. Based on the analysis conducted, the results showed that the use of Gadgets has a negative relationship with early childhood behaviour, with a significance level of -91.289. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Gadgets has a negative impact on early childhood behaviour in Seran Hamlet.

nd to mimic their parents' attitudes and behaviours. Positive attitudes, empathy and tolerance from parents can encourage children to adopt these values. Parents who are actively involved and open to effective communication help children develop empathy and feel supported, making them more likely to report or seek help in bullying situations. Parents need to understand the psychological and legal aspects of bullying and school violence prevention to protect their children's well-being. Psychological knowledge helps recognise early signs of trauma and provide emotional support, as well as establishing the values of empathy, tolerance and respect in children. Legal knowledge enables parents to take appropriate action if their child is victimised, liaise with schools and authorities, and ensure anti-bullying policies are implemented. This regulation creates a safe and supportive environment for children to grow. Strengthening parents' understanding and knowledge of bullying prevention and its psychological and legal impacts was done through counselling activities. This counselling presented material on the psychological impact of bullying on children and the legal consequences for perpetrators and omission of bullying activities for both children and schools and parents. The counselling sessions were attended by parents, teachers, and school committees. The counselling participants said that after attending the training, their knowledge about bullying, its impact, and preventive measures improved. The results of the questionnaire before and after attending the counselling showed increased participants' understanding.

Abstrak: Perundungan dan kekerasan di sekolah berdampak parah pada perkembangan mental dan emosional anak serta mengganggu proses belajar mengajar. Data FSGI, pada periode Januari-Juli 2023 terdapat 16 kasus perundungan dengan 43 korban. Jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 23 kasus pada periode Januari-September 2023, dengan tingkat perundungan tertinggi terjadi di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) yang mencapai 50%, bahkan 2 orang meninggal dunia selama periode tersebut SMP Muhammadiyah Kembaran juga menghadapi masalah ini. Untuk mencegah bullying dan kekerasan, diadakan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi guna memberikan pemahaman komprehensif dan praktis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan guru dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta tentang dampak negatif bullying dan kekerasan serta pentingnya peran setiap orang dalam pencegahannya, yang terbukti dari hasil kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah sesi penyuluhan.

stionnaire (UEQ) and Technology acceptability Model (TAM) will be used to examine how user experience affects technology acceptability and M-Tix application usage in Manokwari Regency. Quantitative methods were used with 149 respondents. SmartPLS 4 was used to analyse data using PLS-SEM. Researchers found that Hedonic Quality positively impacts Perceived Usefulness (β=0.288; p=0.005). Pragmatic Quality significantly impacts Perceived Ease of Use (β=0.651; p<0.001) and Usefulness (β=0.372; p=0.002). Additionally, Perceived Ease of Use (β=0.180; p=0.043) and Usefulness (β=0.453; p<0.001) favourably impact Behavioural Intention. However, Perceived Ease of Use does not substantially impact Perceived Usefulness (β=0.105; p=0.265). These data show that user experience is crucial to technological adoption and M-Tix application usage.

Keberhasilan suatu aplikasi bergantung pada fitur-fiturnya, pengalaman pengguna, dan penerimaan teknis. Kuesioner Pengalaman Pengguna (UEQ) dan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) akan digunakan untuk meneliti bagaimana pengalaman pengguna memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi dan penggunaan aplikasi M-Tix di Kabupaten Manokwari. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan 149 responden. SmartPLS 4 digunakan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Peneliti menemukan bahwa Kualitas Hedonik berdampak positif pada Kegunaan yang Dirasakan (β=0,288; p=0,005). Kualitas Pragmatis berdampak signifikan pada Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan (β=0,651; p<0,001) dan Kegunaan (β=0,372; p=0,002). Selain itu, Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan (β=0,180; p=0,043) dan Kegunaan (β=0,453; p<0,001) berdampak positif terhadap Niat Perilaku. Namun, Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap Kegunaan yang Dirasakan (β=0,105; p=0,265). Data ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pengguna sangat penting untuk adopsi teknologi dan penggunaan aplikasi M-Tix.

Netflix hadir dan menjadi pendengar yang baik untuk memahami kultur pop yang berlaku dengan berbagai konten menarik yang telah disesuaikan dengan data yang mereka miliki terkait perilaku pelanggannya sehingga dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat luas. Dalam artikel ini, dijelaskan lebih lanjut dalam bentuk analisis deskriptif bagaimana Netflix sebagai sebuah perusahaan yang banyak melakukan transformasi yang pada akhirnya memanfaatkan sosial media untuk menjalin hubungan dengan para pelanggannya. Diawali dengan melakukan pengumpulan berbagai data yang relevan dengan topik dan judul penelitian untuk disajikan menjadi sebuah pemaparan yang utuh melalui kajian-kajian pustaka yang disebut sebagai data sequence. The research problem lies in the normative contradiction between correctional laws oriented toward behavioural reform and derivative regulations that prioritise punitive measures. The study aims to evaluate the implementation of remission regulations and their alignment with principles of justice and human rights. Employing a normative legal research design, it analyses statutes, judicial decisions, doctrines, and comparative law. Findings reveal that remission has shifted from a universal right to a conditional privilege, disproportionately affecting low-level drug offenders, exacerbating prison overcrowding, and weakening legal certainty. The study concludes that policy reform is necessary through individualised assessments, restorative justice integration, independent oversight, and regulatory harmonisation to restore fairness and uphold human rights.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menerapkan metode BARS dalam mendukung penilaian kinerja karyawan, dengan teknik pendukung keputusan dapat membantu pengambil keputusan menghasilkan keputusan secara obyektif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan 5 kriteria penilaian dan 10 karyawan, metode BARS terbukti menghasilkan keputusan untuk karyawan terbaik dengan nilai 3,85 pada karyawan pertama. This is essential because in this global pandemic, every community has the opportunity to catch COVID 19. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of WASH educational collaboration on farmers as an attempt to COVID-19 prevention. The population in the study is all farmers who live in these mentioned districts. There were 37 farmers in total. The sampling method used total sampling, namely 37 farmers who live in the areas that are confirmed to have positive patients of COVID 19. Data were analyzed using Univariate, Bivariate (Dependent T-test) and Multivariate with using logistic regression. The result shows that there is a significant influence between the collaboration of WASH Education on farmers as an effort to prevent COVID-19 with a statistical test value of P-Value <0.05. Collaboration on WASH education for farmers is very influential in preventing COVID-19. It is hoped that cross-sectoral involvement and roles can be maintained so that COVID 19 prevention behavior through WASH can continue to be applied. Educative collaboration of WASH impacts on the behaviour alteration toward farmers who live in the area confirmed to be infected by COVID 19.
