The system development adopts the Waterfall methodology, which includes requirement analysis, UML-based system design (Use Case, Class, Activity, and Sequence Diagrams), implementation using PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework, as well as functional testing through the black-box method. The results show that the system provides core features such as inventory management, borrowing transactions, and automated reporting. System testing indicates improved data accuracy, a 70% increase in search efficiency, and enhanced transparency in laboratory asset management. Overall, the system enables a more organized, accountable administrative process and supports the campus digitalization program.

The application of the Scrum method aims to ensure that the system development is structured, adaptive to change, and meets user needs. The e-attendance system has key features including multi-level authentication (admin, teacher, and principal), data management for students, teachers, classes, subjects, teaching schedules, semesters, attendance processes, reporting, and teacher performance monitoring. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method on eleven main modules. The test results showed that all system functions ran well without major errors. The system has been proven to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of attendance recording, as well as facilitate reporting. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on an internet connection and lack of integration with other systems.

The blackout occurs as a result of generator overload or the inability of an electrical voltage and current to flow too high or too large. The load is too high because the bow thruster consumes too much electrical voltage. In fact, on KM. Dharma Kartika IX, the generator has already supplied a significant amount of electricity to various parts of the ship, including the lighting system throughout the ship, from the mast to deck 3, the cooling system, and several navigation systems. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya pemanfaatan data transaksi penjualan pada Toko F3I Kisaran dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan dan penetapan harga. Selama ini, keputusan masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan overstock maupun stockout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi penjualan dengan menerapkan teknik Data Mining menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda guna menganalisis pengaruh variabel stok dan harga terhadap penjualan. Metodologi penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data historis, analisis perhitungan regresi, perancangan sistem berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian sistem dengan metode Black Box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun mampu menghasilkan estimasi penjualan berdasarkan variabel stok dan harga secara lebih terukur dan sistematis. Implementasi sistem ini dapat membantu manajemen toko dalam merencanakan jumlah persediaan dan strategi harga secara lebih efisien, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan bisnis dan daya saing perusahaan.

This study aims to develop a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to optimize the raw material inventory management at RO Aquatub. The system development follows the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The system is designed to serve three main entities: admin, supplier, and manager, with key features including stock management, material purchase requests, live chat, and transaction reports. The results of system testing using the black box method indicate that all features function as intended. The system improves stock management efficiency, speeds up communication with suppliers, and supports decision-making by providing accurate and real-time data. With this system, RO Aquatub can manage its production operations more effectively and more controlled manner.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok. RO Aquatub merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan bathub, namun dalam praktiknya sering mengalami kendala seperti keterlambatan pengadaan bahan baku, pencatatan stok yang masih manual, serta tidak adanya sistem terintegrasi dengan supplier. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang optimalnya proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management) berbasis web guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku pada RO Aquatub. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dirancang untuk memfasilitasi tiga entitas utama yaitu admin, supplier, dan pimpinan, dengan fitur utama seperti manajemen stok, pengajuan pembelian bahan, live chat, serta laporan transaksi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok, mempercepat proses komunikasi dengan supplier, serta membantu pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang akurat dan real-time. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan mengembangkan aplikasi web sebagai tempat informasi dan pengaduan bagi pengunjung wisata Kampung Eropa Harau, yang berada di Lembah Harau, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, Sumatera Barat. Aplikasi ini dibuat untuk membuat wisatawan merasa aman dan nyaman. Fitur utamanya termasuk pelaporan masalah dan peta interaktif yang terhubung dengan Google Maps. Ini membantu pengguna mencari layanan terdekat dan menavigasi dengan mudah. Sistem dibuat menggunakan metode Agile yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, desain, pengujian, dan pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini juga termasuk analisis kebutuhan pengguna dan pengujian sistem dengan metode black box untuk memastikan semua fungsi bekerja dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini bisa bekerja dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. weighting further complicates the process, making it less fair and less suited to field needs. To address this, a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) was developed using the TOPSIS method. The study focused on five sub-districts with the highest number of registered voters: Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, and Pulau Rakyat. Selection criteria included understanding of vision and mission, motivation, integrity, supervisory experience, knowledge of local wisdom, and communication and teamwork skills. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to obtain candidate scores. The DSS processed the data objectively and produced rankings based on preference values. Results showed that Syahputra from Air Batu achieved the highest score (1000) and ranked first. System testing with the black box method confirmed all features functioned properly. This DSS improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, offering Bawaslu a reliable technological solution for selecting competent and high-integrity Panwaslu members.

Abstrak: Kurangnya transparansi dan objektivitas dalam seleksi anggota Panwaslu Kecamatan di Bawaslu Kabupaten Asahan menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem terstruktur dalam menentukan kriteria serta bobot penilaian menyebabkan proses seleksi kurang adil dan sulit menyesuaikan kebutuhan lapangan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan pada lima kecamatan dengan jumlah Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) terbanyak, yaitu Air Batu, Air Joman, Kisaran Barat, Kisaran Timur, dan Pulau Rakyat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi pemahaman visi-misi, motivasi, integritas, pengalaman pengawasan pemilu, pengetahuan kearifan lokal, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama. Data kandidat diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah oleh sistem untuk menghasilkan peringkat secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Syahputra dari Kecamatan Air Batu memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 1000 dan ditetapkan sebagai kandidat terbaik. Pengujian dengan metode black box membuktikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai fungsi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi seleksi, serta menjadi solusi teknologi bagi Bawaslu dalam menentukan anggota Panwaslu yang kompeten dan berintegritas.

Web application development is carried out using the Extreme Programming method with testing through the Black Box Testing approach. In development, researchers used the Laravel framework with the PHP, Javascript, and MySQL programming languages as databases. The results of the Black Box test show that the web application is able to carry out the functionality according to the problems in this study. With this web application, it is hoped that teachers can easily provide exams with sound and image-based questions, provide a more interactive and effective learning experience for students, and enrich the use of technology in educational contexts.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi web yang mampu memfasilitasi pengajar dalam menyediakan ujian dengan pertanyaan bertipe jawab melalui suara menggunakan metode speech recognition serta mampu menampilkan pertanyaan ujian yang bergambar. Proses pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui metode wawancara dan studi pustaka dengan studi kasus di mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris 2 program studi Teknik Informatika semester 4 Universitas Universal. Pengembangan aplikasi web dilakukan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming dengan pengujian melalui pendekatan Black Box Testing. Dalam pengembangan, peneliti menggunakan framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Javascript, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi web mampu menjalankan fungsionalitas sesuai dengan masalah yang ada dalam penelitian ini. Dengan adanya aplikasi web ini, diharapkan pengajar dapat dengan mudah menyediakan ujian dengan pertanyaan berbasis suara dan gambar, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan efektif bagi mahasiswa, serta memperkaya penggunaan teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan.

Abstrak: Augmented reality adalah teknologi yang mengubah realitas menjadi objek dua dimensi atau tiga dimensi secara real time. Studi ini menggunakan metode augmented reality tanpa penanda untuk mengungkap objek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototipe, di mana peneliti mendengarkan pelanggan, mengembangkan atau mengubah maket, kemudian meminta pelanggan untuk menguji coba maket tersebut. Aplikasi augmented reality ini dibuat menggunakan Blender, Unity, Sketchup Pro, dan Vuforia SDK. Objek tiga dimensi dibuat menggunakan Blender dan Sketchup Pro, sedangkan aplikasinya dibuat menggunakan Unity dan Vuforia SDK. Hasil penelitian pada aplikasi yang diuji menggunakan pengujian blackbox yang mendapatkan hasil "sesuai harapan" yang memiliki arti aplikasi sudah berfungsi dan bekerja dengan baik.

riculum, and accessibility often makes it difficult for parents. Decision-making tends to be based on subjective word-of-mouth recommendations, which risks triggering bias. This research aims to develop an adaptive and objective web-based elementary school selection Decision Support System (DSS) framework to minimize such bias. The system is designed using a hybrid model that combines the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method as a dynamic criteria weighting engine based on parents' preferences, and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to rank ten alternative schools. System testing was conducted through black-box testing functionality and empirical accuracy testing using Spearman Rank Correlation involving 40 respondents. The black-box testing results confirmed that all main system operations ran perfectly with a 100% success rate. Validity testing demonstrated very high accuracy, with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.89, demonstrating significant alignment between the system's recommendations and actual choices on the ground. Thus, the SMART-TOPSIS framework has proven reliable as a data-driven approach to helping parents choose the best elementary school.

Abstrak: Memilih sekolah dasar yang tepat merupakan tonggak awal krusial bagi masa depan anak. Namun, banyaknya pilihan sekolah di Kabupaten Asahan dengan keberagaman kriteria seperti akreditasi, fasilitas, biaya, kurikulum, dan aksesibilitas sering kali menyulitkan orang tua. Pengambilan keputusan pun cenderung didasarkan pada rekomendasi subjektif dari mulut ke mulut, yang berisiko memicu bias. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kerangka kerja Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) pemilihan sekolah dasar berbasis web yang adaptif dan objektif guna meminimalkan bias tersebut. Sistem dirancang menggunakan model hibrida yang mengombinasikan metode *Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique* (SMART) sebagai mesin pembobotan kriteria dinamis sesuai preferensi orang tua, serta metode *Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution* (TOPSIS) untuk memeringkat sepuluh sekolah alternatif. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui uji fungsionalitas *black-box testing* dan uji akurasi empiris menggunakan Korelasi Peringkat Spearman dengan melibatkan 40 responden. Hasil *black-box testing* mengonfirmasi seluruh operasi utama sistem berjalan sempurna dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Uji validitas menunjukkan akurasi sangat tinggi dengan koefisien korelasi Spearman sebesar 0,89, membuktikan keselarasan signifikan antara rekomendasi sistem dan pilihan nyata di lapangan. Dengan demikian, kerangka SMART-TOPSIS ini terbukti andal sebagai pendekatan berbasis data untuk membantu orang tua memilih sekolah dasar terbaik.
