atan Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC). Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel pada periode 2020–2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IKLH. Secara parsial, populasi dan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap IKLH, sedangkan kepadatan penduduk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sementara itu, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kredit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap IKLH. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kualitas lingkungan tidak selalu linear, sehingga diperlukan kebijakan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam perumusan kebijakan ekonomi daerah yang berwawasan lingkungan.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pedoman penulisan tugas akhir kepada dosen baru Jurusan Ilmu Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2026 bertempat di Pantai Bosowa Makassar, dengan metode workshop dan sesi tanya-jawab yang dipandu oleh dosen senior sebagai pemateri. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi format penulisan, sistematika bab, dan berbagai ketentuan teknis lain yang berkaitan dengan penulisan tugas akhir. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pedoman baru penulisan tugas akhir, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung konsistensi dan kualitas bimbingan tugas akhir di lingkungan Jurusan Ilmu Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. kaligus memetakan dinamika sosial-ekonomi komunitas nelayan lokal di Pulau Untung Jawa, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta. Kondisi awal menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sektor pariwisata pulau sangat maju—meraih Juara 2 tingkat nasional dalam ajang Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia (ADWI)—sektor primer maritim justru mengalami stagnasi berat. Nelayan lokal menghadapi penurunan hasil tangkapan akibat sampah laut dan kendala cuaca musim angin barat, yang memicu ironi ketergantungan pasokan ikan dari daratan utama. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, tim menerapkan pendekatan pengabdian partisipatif selama tiga hari (5–7 Juli 2026). Pada hari pertama, dilakukan sesi fun learning interaktif melalui 3 jenis games edukatif dan pembagian Al-Qur'an di Pantai Sakura bersama 15 anak pesisir. Pada hari kedua, kegiatan dilanjutkan di TPQ Majelis Ta'lim Al-Ubadah dengan pembagian 16 mushaf Al-Qur'an. Selain itu, wawancara terstruktur dilakukan bersama Kelompok Nelayan Paguyuban untuk memetakan kendala operasional bahari. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan akses literasi keagamaan, memotivasi anak pesisir, serta menghasilkan evaluasi akademis terkait ketimpangan ekonomi wilayah pesisir.

The results indicate that the company’s strengths lie in its product quality and extensive distribution network, while its weaknesses include limited digital marketing activities and lack of product innovation. On the external side, growing market demand and changes in consumer lifestyles present significant opportunities, whereas intense competition and fluctuating raw material prices pose major threats. Based on the SWOT analysis, the most suitable strategy for PT Serena Indopangan is the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, which focus on leveraging internal strengths to capitalize on external opportunities. The study recommends enhancing digital marketing efforts and strengthening brand positioning to improve the company’s competitiveness.

This research aims to examine the symbolic meaning and cultural values in the Mappanre Temme tradition and its relevance in the life of modern society. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that this tradition contains religious, educational, social, and moral values. Apart from being a symbol of the spiritual readiness of the bride-to-be, this tradition is also a medium for the preservation of Islamic values and local culture. However, modernization also affects the meaning of this tradition, so sustainable preservation efforts are needed.

The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing scientific articles published in the 2020–2026 range from reputable databases such as Scopus. The selection process was carried out using the PRISMA approach through the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, resulting in a number of articles relevant to the topics of industrial automation, labor productivity, technical competence, and workload. The results of the study show that the implementation of packing machine automation in general has a positive impact on increasing operator productivity through time efficiency, quality consistency, and reduction of manual errors. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of automation is highly dependent on the level of technical competence of the operator, especially in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine. In addition, workload perception has also been shown to moderate the relationship, where automation can lower physical workloads but potentially increase mental workloads due to the demands of automated system supervision. Other findings suggest that an imbalance between automation levels and human resource readiness can hinder productivity optimization. Conceptually, this study confirms that the relationship between packing machine automation and operator productivity is not linear, but is influenced by individual and psychological factors. The practical implications of this study are the importance of technical competency-based training as well as adaptive workload management in supporting the successful implementation of automation in the manufacturing industry. This research contributes to the development of an integrative model that connects technology, people, and operational performance in the context of the tissue processing industry.

oys a quantitative comparative approach using quarterly financial statement data from 2024–2025. The analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results show that descriptively, most financial ratios experienced a decline, particularly in profitability and activity ratios, along with a decrease in liquidity and a slight increase in solvency. However, the Wilcoxon test results indicate that these changes are not statistically significant. These findings suggest that despite reputational pressure from the parent company’s crisis, the company’s financial performance remains relatively stable. Islamic banking context that emphasizes efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance, and aims to clarify the contribution of these behavioral and organizational constructs to employee outcomes. A quantitative survey design was used, with data gathered via a structured questionnaire that operationalized the constructs. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test direct and indirect relationships. The results reveal that (1) Result Oriented has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, confirming that goal clarity and disciplined execution lead to better performance; (2) Mindset does not have a direct effect on performance, but its effect through Employee Engagement is significant, indicating that Mindset influences performance only when employees are engaged; (3) Employee Engagement mediates the effect of Result Oriented on performance, improving execution; and (4) Togetherness has no direct or indirect effect on performance, suggesting that collaboration alone does not drive performance without clear goals and engagement.

approach was used in this research, with data collected through questionnaires from 100 Shopee users in Surabaya. The data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to examine the direct and mediating relationships between the variables: affiliate marketing, online customer ratings, consumer trust, and purchase decisions. Validity and reliability tests of the instruments were also performed to ensure the accuracy of the variable measurements in this research model.The findings indicate that affiliate marketing does not significantly drive consumer purchase decisions. However, consumer trust plays a key role in mediating the relationship between affiliate marketing and purchase decisions. Without trust, affiliate marketing promotions have limited influence. Additionally, online customer ratings positively influence purchase decisions, and consumer trust is crucial in mediating the relationship between online customer ratings and purchase decisions. Positive ratings from other customers enhance trust in both the product and the seller.

The research method uses a quantitative approach with the population consisting of all employees of PT. Kiat Ananda Group, totaling 80 people. The sample for this study used a census technique, where the entire population was included as the sample. Data processing and analysis were performed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the relationships between variables. The results indicate that work engagement and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction was found to significantly mediate the effects of work engagement and work environment on employee performance. These findings suggest that improving employee performance can be achieved through enhancing work engagement and a conducive work environment, supported by high levels of job satisfaction
