the development of halal certification in West Java MSMEs in 2023, identify the challenges faced, and evaluate the government's efforts and targets in supporting the acceleration of halal certification. This research approach is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the Secretary of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) and supported by statistical data related to the development of halal certification. The findings show that the development of halal certification in West Java in 2023 shows significant achievements with the realization of 189,886 certificates, although it is still faced with challenges in MSME literacy, administrative obstacles, and limited BPJPH resources.

To carry out data exchange in this network, a protocol is used that specifies how data is exchanged, and one of the most widely used protocols is the File Transfer Protocol (FTP). FTP is generally useful as a means of exchanging files or data in a network. The FTP protocol is not secure enough, because when data transfer there is no security to protect it. Therefore the FTP protocol is necessary for additional security, by implementing the SSL security protocol or Secure Socket Layer Security protecting the FTP protocol during data transfer. SSL certificates are used for the purpose of handling the security of data packets transmitted over the network system. When SSL is activated, the server and client when the connection occurs will be encrypted so that the data cannot be seen by others.

Abstrak: Suatu Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi saat ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap perkembangan didalam pengelolaan data didalam sendi kehidupan, membuat kebutuhan akan media center menjadi sesuatu yang harus dalam penyimpanan arsip digital. Data tidak selamanya akan tersimpan di dalam personal computer saja tetapi akan lebih baik jika ada wadah data terpusat menjadi solusi dalam media penyimpanan, agar menjaga dari kehilangan data atau cadangan data. Istilah jaringan (network) dipakai apabila terdapat minimal dua atau lebih perangkat yang terhubungkan satu dengan yang lainnya. Untuk melaksanakn pertukaran data didalam jaringan ini, digunakan protocol yang menspesifikasikan bagaimana data dipertukarkan, dan salah satu protocol yang banyak digunakan adalah File Transfer Protocol (FTP). FTP umumnya bermanfaat sebagai sarana pertukaran file atau data dalam suatu network. Protokol FTP tidaklah cukup aman, dikarenakan ketika transfer data tidak ada keamanan untuk melindunginya. Maka dari itu protokol FTP perlu untuk penambahan keamanan, dengan menerapkan protokol keamanan SSL atau Secure Socket Layer Security melindungi protokol FTP pada saat transfer data. Sertifikat SSL dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan menangani keamanan paket data yang ditransmisikan melalui sistem jaringan. Ketika SSL diakatifkan, maka server dan client ketika terjadi koneksi akan ter enkripsi sehingga data yang ada tidak dapat untuk dilihat oleh orang lain.

This program provides a solution through a learning approach that combines theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and case studies aligned with industry demands. The activities include preparation of training materials, implementation of training across four main sessions, and a final evaluation through both theoretical and practical examinations. The expected outcomes of this program include improved student competencies, the development of training modules, certificates of participation, and comprehensive documentation for evaluation and publication purposes. Through this program, it is expected that TKJ vocational students will be better prepared to enter the workforce and possess skills that are relevant to current advancements in computer networking technology.

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam memahami konsep dasar jaringan komputer serta menguasai keterampilan instalasi dan konfigurasi jaringan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi siswa adalah keterbatasan sumber belajar, kurangnya pelatihan berbasis praktik, dan minimnya akses terhadap perangkat jaringan yang memadai, yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kesiapan mereka dalam memasuki dunia industri. Kegiatan ini menawarkan solusi melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis teori, praktik langsung, dan studi kasus yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Kegiatan ini mencakup persiapan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam empat sesi utama, serta evaluasi akhir melalui ujian teori dan praktik. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kompetensi siswa, pembuatan modul pelatihan, sertifikat serta dokumentasi kegiatan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan publikasi. Dengan terlaksananya program ini, diharapkan siswa SMK TKJ lebih siap menghadapi dunia kerja serta memiliki keterampilan yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi jaringan komputer.

Therefore, PKM Team from Universitas Islam Jakarta provided training and assistance in registering halal certificates for entrepreneurs who are members of the SEMABU MSME group. This activity uses the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) method to understand the local situation through direct observation and interviews with the target community. In implementing the program, the PKM Team carried out several activities: Counseling, Training, Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation. The activity results show an increase in the number of products of the SEMABU MSME group that are halal-certified, from only 13 products to 31 halal-certified products. This activity has succeeded in helping business actors in providing halal assurance for the products they sell.

Abstrak: Keberadaan sertifikat halal merupakan salah satu legal certainty khususnya bagi konsumen muslim terhadap jaminan halal produk. Namun banyak pelaku usaha di Desa Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung yang tidak mengajukan sertifikasi halal karena kesulitan dan keterbatasan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pelaksana PKM dari Universitas Islam Jakarta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikat halal untuk para pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam kelompok UMKM SEMABU. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) untuk memahami situasi setempat melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat sasaran. Dalam pelaksanaan program, Tim PKM melaksanakan beberapa tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut: Penyuluhan, Pelatihan, Pendampingan, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah produk kelompok UMKM SEMABU yang tersertifikasi halal, yaitu yang semula hanya 13 produk meningkat menjadi 31 produk tersertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil membantu para pelaku usaha dalam memberikan jaminan halal produk yang diperjualbelikan.

Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah ( UMKM ) Peyek merupakan bisnis skala kecil yang berfokus pada produksi dan penjualan, peyek makanan ringan tradisional indonesia yang semua kalangan dapat mengkonsumsi, usaha rempeyek merupakan ide bisnis yang berpotensi menguntungkan dengan di dukung oleh produk yang sederhana dan modal kecil yang terbuat dari bahan seperti tepung, kacang tanah, atau ikan asin belibis. Usaha UMKM peyek dapat dijalankan oleh individu atau kelompok kecil dengan sumber daya terbatas. Rendahnya jumlah peneliti dan hasil riset menjadi dasar perlunya program untuk menggenjot minat riset bagi masyarakat. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi Google Forms pada organisasi peneliti dalam membuat program Science Event (LKTI). Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menseleksi naskah, presentase dan penjurian. Hasil kegiatan memutuskan tiga pemenang sebagai juara 1,2 dan 3 berdasarkan hasil penilaian dewan juri kepada para finalis. Peserta yang juara diberikan penghargaan berupa trophy, sertifikat, dan uang pembinaan. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dengan harapan kedepan minat masyarakat untuk meneliti semakin meningkat dan karya penelitiannya semakin baik.

s proven to be insufficient to ensure operational continuity. This research aims to design and implement an automated monitoring system to transform this manual approach into a preventive and proactive security framework. The method used is the implementation of an open-source stack consisting of Prometheus to collect metrics from specialized exporters (Blackbox and Domain Exporter), and Grafana for informative centralized dashboard visualization. The system is also integrated with early warning notifications via Telegram for rapid incident response. The result is a functional system with a centralized dashboard that visually displays the remaining validity period of assets using color markers (green for safe status, yellow for early warning, and red for critical status). System testing showed very high accuracy, reaching 100% for domains (MAE 0 days) and 99.45% for SSL certificates (MAE 1.0 days). This system has successfully transformed manual processes into automated and preventive ones, significantly mitigating the risk of human error and ensuring the reliability of digital services.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan manual masa berlaku domain dan sertifikat SSL rentan terhadap human error dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan layanan, seperti yang pernah terjadi di PT XYZ. Pendekatan reaktif yang mengandalkan notifikasi vendor terbukti tidak lagi memadai untuk menjamin kontinuitas operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan otomatis untuk mentransformasi pendekatan manual tersebut menjadi kerangka kerja keamanan yang preventif dan proaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah implementasi stack open-source yang terdiri dari Prometheus untuk mengumpulkan metrik dari exporter spesialis (Blackbox dan Domain Exporter), serta Grafana untuk visualisasi dasbor terpusat yang informatif. Sistem ini juga diintegrasikan dengan notifikasi peringatan dini melalui Telegram untuk respons insiden yang cepat. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem fungsional dengan dashboard terpusat yang menampilkan sisa masa berlaku aset secara visual menggunakan penanda warna (hijau untuk status aman, kuning untuk peringatan dini, dan merah untuk status kritis). Pengujian sistem menunjukkan akurasi yang sangat tinggi, mencapai 100% untuk domain (MAE 0 hari) dan 99.45% untuk sertifikat SSL (MAE 1.0 hari). Sistem ini berhasil mengubah proses manual menjadi otomatis dan preventif, secara signifikan memitigasi risiko human error dan menjamin keandalan layanan digital.

l Land Agency has initiated digitalization, but several challenges remain, particularly in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and security of land ownership data. Blockchain technology offers a potential solution through its decentralized and immutable characteristics. This study adopted a design and development method consisting of system analysis, requirements identification, architecture design, implementation, and black-box testing. The developed decentralized application (DApp) integrates smart contracts, NFTs, and IPFS to manage land certificates. Core functions such as minting, transfer, splitting, and self-custody were implemented and successfully tested, with all scenarios producing expected results. The findings demonstrate that blockchain integration can enhance security, reduce duplication, and streamline land administration. The study contributes a functional prototype with practical implications for modernizing land registration in Indonesia while identifying scalability and regulatory adaptation as areas for further research.

During meetings concerning customer locations, data communication with owners and office staff is often problematic. Additionally, when duties are transferred, new field officers struggle to locate customers because the previous officers could only provide textual information. As a result, office staff have no precise knowledge of customer locations—only the field officers do. This study aims to design a web-based customer mapping system to facilitate information storage, reduce costs, save time, and produce an information system that enhances the efficiency and accuracy of customer data management. The resulting system presents the distribution of customer locations and provides accessible information such as personal data, addresses, route details, and photos of customers’ homes, thereby simplifying the operations of Sideak Motor.

Sideak Motor merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan dengan agunan BPKB sepeda motor di Kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan yang memiliki nasabah mencapai 6.052, Sideak Motor kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data, saat melakukan rapat mengenai lokasi nasabah sulit dilakukan komunikasi data dengan pemilik dan petugas kantor lainnya, serta pada saat pergantian tugas, petugas lainnya kesulitan mencari lokasi nasabah, karena petugas lapangan hanya bisa memberikan informasi berupa teks, dengan begitu petugas kantor tidak mengetahui lokasi pasti nasabah Sideak Motor, jadi yang mengetahui lokasi mengenai tempat tinggal nasabah hanya petugas lapangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pemetaan nasabah berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam penyimpanan informasi, mengurangi biaya, menghemat waktu serta menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data nasabah. Hasil sistem ini menyajikan sebaran pemetaan lokasi nasabah menyediakan informasi berupa biodata, alamat, rincian rute, dan gambar rumah nasabah yang dapat diakses secara cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak sideak motor.

namely that management is carried out manually, so it takes a long time to apply for the loan of laboratory equipment and to prepare a free laboratory loan letter. In order to improve services, ensure data security, and accommodate all laboratory data, it is necessary to develop an FMIPA laboratory information system (SILABMIPA). The FAST framework is used in developing SILABMIPA to suit user needs. The analysis and development of SILABMIPA follows the FAST method with the stages Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design and Integration, Construction and Testing. With the construction of SILABMIPA, it can make it easier for managers to manage laboratories, assist students in applying for and borrowing equipment, as well as making laboratory loan-free certificates. Based on the results of system functional testing against SILABMIPA, it was found that the system operates well in accordance with the user's functional needs, while the results of system interface testing obtained a percentage of 82.60% in the very good category.
