The ADDIE paradigm is employed in the research and development process. This learning media is developed through a sequential process consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants in this study were eighth-grade students from Singkawang 4 State Middle School. The product feasibility testing step was conducted by a pair of media specialists and one material specialist. The research findings indicated that the feasibility evaluation conducted by media specialists obtained a score of 155 out of a total possible score of 168, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The examination conducted by material experts achieved a score of 71 out of a possible 80, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The mean score attained from the extensive evaluation of 33 eighth-grade students at Singkawang State Middle School 4 was 2550 out of a possible maximum score of 3036. The assessment categorized the score as “highly appropriate” for utilization as a learning tool.

ing through product diversification into catfish nuggets and the application of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) as a supporting tool for digital marketing. The activities included socialization, production and packaging training, implementation of social media–based E-CRM, and Break Even Point (BEP) analysis to assess business feasibility. The results showed an improvement in partners’ skills in processing and marketing catfish products. With a monthly production capacity of 30 kg, where 1 kg yields 40 pieces or 10 packs of nuggets priced at IDR 5,000 per pack, partners achieved a monthly turnover of approximately IDR 1,500,000. The BEP analysis indicated an equilibrium point at 100 kg or around three months of operation with fixed costs of IDR 1,500,000. The E-CRM system served as a supporting medium to promote products and expand market visibility, while the main factors driving sales growth were product diversification and improved quality. This activity has implications for enhancing competitiveness and economic independence among small-scale fish farming groups.

Abstrak: Pokdakan Tani Makmur di Kabupaten Asahan menghadapi permasalahan rendahnya penjualan lele segar akibat tingginya persaingan harga di pasar lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi hasil budidaya melalui diversifikasi produk olahan menjadi nugget lele serta penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) sebagai pendukung strategi pemasaran digital. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan produksi dan pengemasan, penerapan E-CRM berbasis media sosial, serta analisis Break Even Point (BEP) untuk menilai kelayakan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam produksi dan pemasaran produk olahan. Dengan kapasitas produksi 30 kg per bulan, di mana 1 kg menghasilkan 40 potong atau 10 bungkus nugget dengan harga Rp5.000 per bungkus, mitra memperoleh omzet sekitar Rp1.500.000 per bulan. Analisis BEP menunjukkan titik impas pada 100 kg produksi atau sekitar tiga bulan operasional dengan biaya tetap Rp1.500.000. Penerapan E-CRM berperan mendukung promosi dan memperluas informasi produk, sementara faktor utama peningkatan penjualan berasal dari diversifikasi dan kualitas produk olahan. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada peningkatan daya saing dan kemandirian ekonomi kelompok pembudidaya ikan di daerah.

ith village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) Borong Pa'la'la and several residents who own ponds. Tilapia cultivation in this PkM uses tarpaulin pond media (biofloc). The results of the business feasibility analysis provide evidence that there are four cost components (other than land) namely tarpaulin, seeds, fish feed, equipment and electricity costs which in total cost required for the cultivation period for four months, which is Rp. 2,560,000, - / 214 kg. (1500 tails) which are cultivated can generate sales in the range of Rp.26.000,- for each kilogram, thus generating Rp. 5.226.000,- which is obtained from 201 kg x Rp. 26.000,-. The results of tilapia cultivation carried out by villagers, BUMDes and service groups have been proven to provide additional income for residents, amounting to Rp. 2,666,000, - (Rp. 666,500, - / month). Abstrak: Pelaksanaan PkM ini di laksanakan selama ± 9 bulan dalam beberapa tahapan, yang dimulai dengan observasi dan diakhiri dengan analisis kelayakan usaha. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan melalui program kemitraan dengan badan usaha milik desa (BUMDes) Borong Pa’la’la dan beberapa warga pemilik kolam. Budidaya ikan nila dalam PkM ini menggunakan media kolam terpal (bioflok). Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha memberikan bukti jika terdapat empat komponen biaya (selain lahan) yaitu terpal, bibit, pakan ikan, peralatan dan biaya listrik yang secara keseluruhan biaya yang dbutuhkan untuk masa budidaya selama empat bulan yaitu sebesar Rp.2.560.000,- / 214 kg. (1500 ekor) yang dibudidayakan dapat menghasilkan penjualan pada kisaran harga Rp.26.000,- untuk setiap kilogramnya, sehingga menghasilkan Rp 5.226.000,- yang diperoleh dari 201 kg x Rp. 26.000,-. Hasil budidaya ikan nila yang dilakukan warga desa, BUMDes dan kelompok pengabdi terbukti dapat memberikan pendapatan tambahan warga, sebesar Rp.2,666.000,- (Rp.666.500,-/bulan). Hasil ini tergolong kecil jika digunakan sebagai penopang ekonomi warga desa, namun dapat digunakan sebagai tambahan pendapatan warga sehingga kepada warga melalui hasil PkM ini diberikan rekomendasi hanya sebagai pendapatan tambahan yang berorientasi untuk memanfaatan lahan kosong yang dimiliki warga desa.

A web-based academic information system is very adequate, but there are several obstacles such as in learning that does not require a laptop device, it will be very disruptive if the implementation of attendance and others is done on a mobile phone but with a web view. So this research aims to design a mobile-based UI/UX academic information system application with the hope that it can be an alternative in accessing the use of academic information systems for lecturers and students can also be accessed anytime and anywhere through mobile phones with a comfortable display. This study also tested the UI/UX design prototype to assess its feasibility. This test uses the system usability scale (SUS) method with a convident interval validation of 95% to determine the lower and upper limits of the SUS value. For the final score of SUS obtained was 78.75, and in the 95% CI test a Lower CI of 66.27 was produced, and for the Upper CI of 91.23 so that it was given a grade of B. It can be concluded that the design developed in this study is worthy of further development.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi sudah mulai masuk kedalam dunia pendidikan terutama perguruan tinggi, salah satunya sistem informasi akademik karena dengan adanya sistem ini sangat mempengarusi proses pembelajaran dan juga dalam penyampaian informasi. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web sudah sangat memadai namun ada beberapa kendala seperti dalam pembelajaran yang tidak memerlukan perangkat laptop akan sangat menganggu jika pelaksanaan absensi dan lainya dilakukan pada ponsel tapi dengan tampilan web. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX aplikasi sistem informasi akademik berbasis mobile dengan harapan dapat menjadi alternatif dalam akses penggunaan sistem informasi akademik bagi dosen dan mahasiswa juga dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja melalui ponsel dengan tampilan yang nyaman. Penelitian ini juga melakukan pengujian terhadap prototype desain UI/UX untuk menilai kelayakannya. Pengujian ini menggunaka metode system usability scale (SUS) dengan validasi convident interval 95% untuk mengetahui batas bawah dan batas atas nilai SUS. Untuk nilai akhir SUS yang didapatkan adalah 78,75, dan dalam pengujian CI 95 % dihasilkan CI Lower 66,27, dan untuk CI Upper 91,23 Sehingga mendapat grade B. Dapat disumpulkan bahwa desain yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) model based on fuzzy logic to assess the feasibility of thesis topics objectively and systematically, focusing on enhancing the relevance of student research. The research method employed the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) with the Sugeno method. This model was designed through literature review and FGD to establish four criteria (Topic Relevance, Difficulty Level, Idea Novelty, Reference Availability) and 81 rule bases. The model validation results against expert judgment using 15 test data showed a high accuracy rate of 91.31%, with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 8.69%. In conclusion, this DSS model is proven to be valid and consistent, and it can be relied upon as an objective tool to improve the quality and relevance of thesis topics.

Abstrak: Penentuan topik skripsi merupakan tahapan fundamental dalam penelitian akademik, namun proses evaluasinya hingga kini masih cenderung manual dan subjektif. Ketergantungan pada persepsi dosen secara individu sering kali menyebabkan penilaian kelayakan yang tidak konsisten serta kegagalan dalam mengukur keselarasan topik dengan kebutuhan strategis secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis logika fuzzy untuk menilai kelayakan topik skripsi secara objektif dan sistematis, dengan fokus pada peningkatan relevansi penelitian mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) dengan metode Sugeno. Model ini dirancang melalui tinjauan pustaka dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menetapkan empat kriteria (Relevansi Topik, Tingkat Kesulitan, Kebaruan Ide, Ketersediaan Referensi) serta 81 basis aturan. Hasil validasi model terhadap penilaian pakar menggunakan 15 data uji menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi yaitu 91,31%, dengan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 8,69%. Kesimpulannya, model SPK ini terbukti valid dan konsisten, serta dapat diandalkan sebagai alat objektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi topik skripsi.

The results of the selection that are not transparent in deciding the feasibility of rehabilitation and construction of elementary school buildings are often subjective and time-consuming. This causes decisions to be taken that cannot be made as quickly as possible and inequality, where schools that actually need rehabilitation more do not get priority for rehabilitation. The purpose of this study is to implement data mining in the selection of school building construction projects with the K-Means clustering algorithm in clustering the feasibility of rehabilitation of elementary school building construction. The results of this study found 31 elementary schools that are eligible for school building construction rehabilitation and 4 are not eligible for school building construction rehabilitation. This study is expected to provide a significant contribution in increasing the efficiency of school building construction selection and more transparency towards elementary school buildings to be rehabilitated.

Abstrak: Pembangunan gedung sekolah ialah bagian penting dalam sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Banyak gedung Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Asahan menderita kerusakan, tidak layak pakai atau kekurangan fasilitas meliputi ruang kelas dan infrastruktur pendukung lainnya. Hasil penyeleksian yang bersifat tidak transparan dalam memutuskan kelayakan rehabilitasi dan pembangunan gedung Sekolah Dasar sering kali bersifat subjektif dan memakan waktu lama.Hal tersebut menyebabkan keputusan yang diambil tidak dapat dilakukan secepat mungkin serta ketimpangan, dimana sekolah yang sebenarnya lebih membutuhkan rehabilitasi justru tidak mendapatkan prioritas untuk direhabilitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengimplementasi data mining pada pemilihan proyek pembangunan gedung sekolah dengan algoritma K-Means clustering dalam mengcluster kelayakan rehabilitasi pembangunan gedung sekolah dasar. Hasil Penelitian ini terdapat 31 sekolah dasar layak untuk direhabilitasi pembangunan gedung sekolah dan 4 tidak layak untuk direhabalitasi pembangunan gedung sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menaikkan efisiensi penyeleksian pembangunan gedung sekolah dan lebih transparansi terhadap gedung sekolah dasar yang akan direhabilitasi.

The purpose of this study is to predict or determine the results of the electrical installation operation feasibility test based on data and obtain attribute selection features, and obtain accuracy level results. The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) approach is used to select the right characteristics to determine the results of the electrical installation operation feasibility test because attribute selection is needed in data analysis, because the PSO method will increase accuracy than just SVM in determining attribute selection. If SVM is used with PSO, the accuracy value is 96% and AUC is 0.994%, while the SVM method produces an accuracy level of 94.89% and AUC of 0.994%. With this finding, the accuracy value increases by 2%, making it a very good categorization category. It has been proven that the use of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) based algorithms can improve and improve results.

Abstrak: Pemilihan fitur merupakan proses krusial yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja model machine learning, sesuai dengan praproses data. Proses pemilihan fitur dapat dianggap sebagai masalah optimasi kombinatorial global dalam pembelajaran mesin, yang mengurangi jumlah fitur, menghilangkan data yang tidak relevan, dan menghasilkan akurasi klasifikasi yang dapat diterima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi atau menentukan hasil uji kelayakan operasi instalasi listrik berdasarkan data dan memperoleh fitur pemilihan atribut, serta memperoleh hasil tingkat akurasi. Pendekatan Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) digunakan untuk memilih karakteristik yang tepat untuk menentukan hasil uji kelayakan operasi instalasi listrik karena pemilihan atribut diperlukan dalam analisis data, karena metode PSO akan meningkatkan akurasi dari pada hanya SVM dalam menentukan pemilihan atribut. Jika SVM digunakan dengan PSO, nilai akurasinya adalah 96% dan AUC sebesar 0,994%, sedangkan metode SVM menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 94,89% dan AUC sebesar 0,994%. Dengan temuan ini, nilai akurasi meningkat sebesar 2%, menjadikannya kategori kategorisasi yang sangat baik. Telah terbukti bahwa penggunaan algoritma berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) dapat meningkatkan dan memperbaiki hasil.
