Abstract:Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under 5 years of age due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1.000 days of life (HPK), which is apparent after the child is years old, resulting in the…
e child being shorter than thein peers In Purbalingga Regency, the prevalence of stunting in toddlers is 26,8 %, wasting in toddlers is 6,5 %, and underweight in toddlers 16,1%. The prevalence of stunting in Purbalingga Regency remains relatively high, thus requiring affordable and safe local nutritional interventions to support the growth and development of children under five. One of the alternative approaches to address stunting is through the provision of moringa leaf pudding. This study aimed to determine the changes in body weight and height after the administration of moringa leaf pudding in a stunted toddler over a 14-day intervention. This qualitative case study was conducted on a two-year-old stunted toddler (An. M). The intervention consisted of providing 100 grams of moringa leaf pudding every two days (a total of seven servings) over 14 days. Anthropometric measurements were taken at baseline (before intervention), at the seventh meeting, and at the end of the intervention (fourteenth meeting). In addition, observation of pudding acceptance and a brief interview with the family regarding dietary habits were conducted. After receiving moringa leaf pudding every two days for 14 days, the toddler experienced a weight gain of 0.4 kg and an increase in height of 0.9 cm. Observations indicated that the child accepted the moringa leaf pudding well, although mild boredom occurred midway through the intervention. Interviews with the family revealed that the provision of moringa leaf pudding improved the toddler’s appetite, leading to measurable weight and height gains. The provision of moringa leaf pudding every two days for 14 days had a positive effect on increasing body weight and height in this case of a stunted toddler. Therefore, moringa leaf pudding may serve as an alternative nutritional support to improve the growth of stunted children, particularly in regions with a high prevalence of stunting.

Abstract:This study evaluates the impact of mental health disorders such as stress, anxiety, and depression on the risk of various physical illnesses, including cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, obesity, immune system disorders,…
orders, respiratory conditions, skin disorders, digestive ailments, and osteoporosis. Employing a literature review methodology, the research analyzed data from previous studies, uncovering that mental disorders elevate the risk of cardiovascular diseases through oxidative stress and systemic inflammation mechanisms. The link between stress and glycemic dysregulation in type 2 diabetes highlights a trend towards increased insulin resistance. Depression, closely associated with obesity, is often exacerbated by unhealthy eating habits used as coping mechanisms. Chronic stress-induced immune system disorders result in decreased immune responses, while respiratory issues such as asthma are intensified by increased anxiety. Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema frequently worsen due to psychological stress. In digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress contributes to more severe symptoms, and osteoporosis is similarly affected by chronic stress impacting bone metabolism. These findings affirm the critical importance of routine mental health screenings and the integration of effective public health interventions in overall health management, as exemplified by the Rehab Hati Foundation. Public health programs that enhance mental health can aid in preventing and managing physical illnesses, improving life quality, and reducing overall health burdens. The conclusion highlights the essential role of effective mental health management as both a preventive and therapeutic strategy.

aphic approach, this research investigates how daily cultural practices shape the moral values and behavioral patterns of students within the school ecosystem. Data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the 5S culture functions as a vital enculturation process, transforming abstract moral values into lived, daily habits. Teachers act as primary cultural models, fostering a respectful social environment. However, challenges persist, such as the social dissonance between the school's structured discipline and the students' varied external home environments. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that embedding repetitive cultural rituals within educational institutions effectively instills core values of empathy, respect, and social harmony, providing a sustainable model for early childhood character development.
Abstract:Abstract : Dental and oral health is an important part of your overall health and well-being. Maintaining healthy teeth and gums is a lifelong commitment. The earlier you learn proper oral hygiene habits such as brushing,…
, flossing, and limiting sugar intake, the easier it is to avoid expensive dental procedures and long-term health problems. One of the Community Health Centers located in Sijabut Village has problems in serving people who experience oral and dental diseases due to the lack of medical personnel, especially dental and oral specialists to provide accurate diagnoses regarding the types of oral and dental diseases suffered. Another reason is that the doctors who work at Zihad Insani Clinic are mostly general practitioners who may not understand about oral and dental diseases so that the services received by the community are not satisfactory. Therefore, in supporting the success of services at the Zihad Insani Clinic, a system is needed that can assist in providing effective services to provide effective diagnoses based on the understanding and knowledge of specialist doctors or dental and oral experts designed in an Expert System.
