e era of digital transformation, when tourism villages are required to adapt through technology-based smart tourism approaches, digital promotion, and information services. One area with significant potential is Lembar Selatan Village in West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Surrounded by 70 hectares of mangrove forest, a coastline, marine life, and well-preserved local traditions, the village has the potential to be developed into a coastal ecotourism destination. The Lembar Selatan Ecotourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) has begun managing tourism based on conservation and environmental education. However, obstacles remain, such as low digital literacy, the lack of an online promotion and reservation system, and limited destination management training. These conditions impact market reach and low tourist visits. Therefore, Community Service (PKM) activities are designed to increase Pokdarwis capacity, strengthen tourism digitalization through websites and promotional media, and encourage local community empowerment. This program is expected to realize inclusive, participatory, and sustainable coastal ecotourism, as well as strengthen the competitiveness and branding of Lembar Selatan Tourism Village.

Abstrak: Pengembangan desa wisata merupakan strategi penting untuk memperkuat ekonomi lokal, mengurangi urbanisasi, serta menjaga keberlanjutan budaya dan lingkungan. Konsep ini semakin relevan di era transformasi digital, ketika desa wisata dituntut beradaptasi melalui pendekatan smart tourism berbasis teknologi, promosi digital, dan layanan informasi. Salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi besar adalah Desa Lembar Selatan di Kabupaten Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Desa ini dikelilingi hutan mangrove seluas 70 hektare, garis pantai, biota laut, serta tradisi lokal yang masih terjaga, sehingga potensial dikembangkan menjadi destinasi ekowisata pesisir. Tahapan Metode pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui identifikasi kebutuhan Pokdarwis, pengembangan website sistem informasi wisata, penguatan ekowisata mangrove, pemasangan lampu tenaga surya, penyediaan fasilitas kebersihan, penempatan papan informasi berbasis QR, serta pelatihan penggunaan megaphone untuk mendukung pelayanan wisata serta pelatihan manajement wisata. Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya jangkauan pasar dan kunjungan wisatawan. Untuk itu, kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dirancang guna meningkatkan kapasitas Pokdarwis, memperkuat digitalisasi pariwisata melalui website dan media promosi, serta mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Program ini diharapkan mewujudkan ekowisata pesisir yang inklusif, partisipatif, berkelanjutan, serta memperkuat daya saing dan branding Desa Wisata Lembar Selatan.

ional production methods, unstructured business management, and marketing dependence on collectors, limiting added value. The program aimed to improve production capacity, strengthen business governance, and develop a website-based digital marketing strategy. A participatory-collaborative approach was applied through socialization, technical training, technology implementation, mentoring, and continuous evaluation. Innovations introduced included production SOPs, logbooks and simple bookkeeping, a gas-fueled drying oven, development of the website www.sejala.org, QR Code integration on packaging, and activation of social media and marketplaces. Evaluation showed significant improvements in partner skills, with average scores increasing from 2.7 to 4.0, particularly in business recording and digital marketing. Economically, average income rose by 25% and digital sales volume doubled. Sustainability was strengthened through cooperation with the Merah Putih Cooperative and regular coaching from the Padang City Marine and Fisheries Office, thereby enhancing the economic independence of coastal women and youth.

Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama POKLAHSAR BALI, sebuah UMKM perikanan di Ulak Karang Utara, Kota Padang, yang mayoritas anggotanya perempuan dan remaja pesisir. Permasalahan utama mitra meliputi metode produksi tradisional, manajemen usaha yang belum tertata, serta pemasaran yang bergantung pada pengepul sehingga nilai tambah terbatas. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memperkuat tata kelola usaha, dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital berbasis website. Metode partisipatif-kolaboratif diterapkan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Inovasi yang diperkenalkan meliputi SOP produksi, penggunaan logbook dan pembukuan sederhana, oven pengering berbahan bakar gas, pengembangan website www.sejala.org, integrasi QR Code pada kemasan, serta aktivasi media sosial dan marketplace. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dengan skor rata-rata naik dari 2,7 menjadi 4,0, terutama pada pencatatan usaha dan pemasaran digital. Secara ekonomi, pendapatan meningkat rata-rata 25% dan volume penjualan digital dua kali lipat. Keberlanjutan program diperkuat melalui kerjasama dengan Koperasi Merah Putih dan pembinaan rutin Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Padang, sehingga mampu mendukung kemandirian ekonomi perempuan dan remaja pesisir.

community's welfare. The practice of fishing with bombs not only damages marine habitats, including coral reefs, but also threatens the sustainability of fish resources in the future. If allowed to continue, this can harm marine ecosystems and jeopardize the sustainability of the local economy. To address this problem, training and implementing coral reef conservation using the Coral Adoption method is crucial. This initiative, which involves the Simeulue Regency government, Simeulue Police, and TNI, focuses on the community, especially fishermen. The Coral Adoption method is a marine environmental rehabilitation technique that aims to conserve marine biota, accelerate coral reef growth, and restore threatened ecosystems. The training provides participants with knowledge about the negative impacts of fish bombing and the importance of marine environmental rehabilitation. It also empowers them to stop such destructive practices. Furthermore, participants recognize the long-term impacts of fish bombing on their socio-economic aspects, which ultimately increases their commitment to preserving the marine environment for a better future.

Abstrak: Sebagian besar penduduk Simeulue bergantung pada hasil laut untuk mata pencaharian mereka. Namun, penggunaan bom dalam penangkapan ikan telah menimbulkan ancaman serius terhadap kelestarian sumber daya ikan yang menjadi aset penting bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Praktik penangkapan ikan dengan bom tidak hanya merusak habitat laut, termasuk terumbu karang, tetapi juga mengancam keberlanjutan sumber daya ikan di masa depan. Jika dibiarkan berlanjut, hal ini dapat berdampak buruk pada ekosistem laut dan mengancam keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pelatihan dan penerapan konservasi terumbu karang dengan metode Rock Pile menjadi sangat penting. Pelatihan ini, yang melibatkan pihak pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue, Polres Simeulue, dan TNI, difokuskan pada masyarakat, terutama nelayan. Rock Pile adalah teknik rehabilitasi lingkungan laut yang bertujuan untuk melestarikan biota laut, mempercepat pertumbuhan terumbu karang, dan memulihkan ekosistem yang terancam. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini, peserta tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan tentang dampak buruk pengeboman ikan dan pentingnya rehabilitasi lingkungan laut, tetapi juga menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam menghentikan praktik destruktif tersebut. Selain itu, mereka menyadari dampak jangka panjang pengeboman ikan terhadap aspek sosial ekonomi mereka, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan komitmen mereka untuk melestarikan lingkungan laut demi masa depan yang lebih baik.

Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.

In this way, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase its competitiveness and market share for processed seafood products, as well as support the Batam City government program in developing the MSMEs sector. Through this service, it is hoped that marine processed MSMEs in the Riau Islands can optimize their business potential by utilizing AI technology and visual communication in marketing. This activity will provide knowledge about the quality of promotional messages and attractive visual product presentations, so that MSMEs can produce marketing content that is effective in attracting attention and influencing the target audience. By increasing knowledge and skills in digital marketing, it is hoped that MSMEs can compete globally in developing the MSMEs sector and increasing exports of processed seafood products in the Riau Islands region, especially in Batam City.

Dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi AI dapat membantu UMKM yang terkendala dengan desain produk dan pemasaran secara online. PkM ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan. Dalam Pkm yang diselenggarakan akan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada anggota UMKM dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang menarik dan efektif serta memanfaatkan teknologi AI dalam strategi pemasaran. Dalam Pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dengan penyampaian materi, praktek menggunakan teknologi AI dan diskusi. Dengan demikian, diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar produk olahan laut, serta mendukung program pemerintah Kota Batam dalam mengembangkan sektor UMKM. Melalui pengabdian ini, diharapkan UMKM olahan laut di Kepulauan Riau dapat mengoptimalkan potensi bisnis mereka dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI dan komunikasi visual dalam pemasaran. This work was conducted at Desa Lambangan Office (February 2020–March 2020) by involving 25 fishermen and 30 students from Gorontalo State University as the fellows of the society. The results of the counseling and practicing that conducted at desa Lambangan had been switched the paradigm of society that was formerly assuming sea urchin as a marine organism that has toxicity to be an organism that could be consumed and traded. Furthermore, the fishermen have overcome and able to handle how to build a floating net cage for the cultivation of sea urchins that they have learned in simulation on how to make floating net cage of sea urchins.

Abstrak: Bulu Babi (sea urchin) merupakan salah satu produk perikanan penting yang telurnya dapat dikonsumsi baik dalam keadaan segar maupun olahan. Sayangnya Bulu Babi belum dimanfaatkan karena dianggap beracun dan bila dikonsumsi dapat menimbulkan kematian. Karena itu, perlu dilakukan edukasi pada masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan bagaimana cara mengonsumsi dan membudidayakan Bulu Babi dengan sistem keramba jaring apung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di desa Lambangan, kecamatan Pagimana, Sulawesi Tengah selama dua bulan (Februari 2020–Maret 2020 dengan melibatkan 25 masyarakat nelayan dan 30 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Gorontalo sebagai pendamping masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan simulasi yang kami laksanakan telah mengubah paradigma masyarakat yang tadinya menganggap Bulu Babi sebagai biota laut beracun menjadi sesuatu yang dapat dikonsumsi dan dapat diperjualbelikan di pasar-pasar lokal. Selain itu, masyarakat juga telah menguasai dan mampu menerapkan konstruksi keramba budi daya Bulu Babi yang dilaksanakan melalui metode praktik simulasi pembuatan keramba jaring apung.

The correlation between the observed variables is 0.008, so it can be said that there is no relationship between the observed variables. In addition, the sig. and t-test. sig value is obtained. > α (5% = 0.05). This means that there is a significant average difference in fish production results based on the type of cultivation developed by fishing communities. With the grouping of types of marine cultivation developed by the Wesleyan community using the complete-linkage method, they are divided into 3 groups based on the degree of similarity in the production results obtained. Cluster 1 consists of Floating Nets, and Pools; Cluster 2 consists of other seas, seaweed, cages, and fishing nets; and Cluster 3 consists of Fresh Floating Nets, Minapadi, and Ponds.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya pada analisis variansi untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata pada masing-masing perlauan peletakan sudut jarring agar jumlah tangkapan yang diperoleh nelayan lebih optimal. Dengan adanya data sekunder berdasarkan jenis budidaya yang dikembangkan masyarakat nelayan, penulis bermasksud untuk melakukan eksplorasi pada data tersebut agar dapat mengkaji lebih dalam terhadap jenis budidaya yang paling efektif dengan analisis variansi untuk mengetahu perbedaan dari masing-masing jenis budidaya serta analisis cluster dengan metode complate linkage untuk mengetahui adanya pengelompokan hasil produksi bududaya laut berdasarkan jenis yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat nelayan di Indonesia. Korelasi antar variabel yang diamati sebesar 0.008, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara variabel yang diamati. Selain itu, hasil uji sig. dan uji t. diperoleh nilai sig. > α (5% = 0.05). Artinya, terdapat perbedaan rata-rata secara signifikan hasil produksi ikan berdasarkan jenis budidaya yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat nelayan. Dengan adanya pengelompokan jenis budidaya laut yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat neleyan dengan metode complete-linkage terbagi atas 3 kelompok berdasarkan tingkat kemiripan hasil produksi yang diperoleh. Cluster 1 terdiri dari Jaring Apung, Kolam; Cluster 2 terdiri dari Laut lainnya, Rumput laut, Keramba, Jaring Tancap; dan Cluster 3 terdiri dari Jaring Apung Tawar, Minapadi, Tambak.

The purpose of this research is to design and build a web-based supply and demand system for marine aquaculture products, which is expected to encourage the supply and demand process for marine aquaculture products. The method used to analyze needs / needs in this study is structured analysis to obtain design results based on user needs.

Abstrak: Informasi tentang ketersediaan bibit budidaya ikan laut sangat penting bagi pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut, karena ketersediaan mempengaruhi harga dan keberlangsungan operasi yang sedang berlangsung yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan laut. Selain itu, pemasok dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan penawaran dan menjaganya tetap seimbang dengan permintaan pasar agar harga pasar tetap stabil. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar adalah proses order atau request yang dilakukan oleh pembudidaya ikan laut masih melakukan order langsung ditempatkan di lokasi tersebut. Selain itu, pasokan ikan mungkin tidak mencukupi. Tentunya hal ini akan menyita banyak waktu saat proses pemesanan atau request antara pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut dan supplier. Masalah lain dengan pemasok adalah ketika mereka siap memanen industri ikan, mereka juga harus bisa menyediakannya kepada semua pihak yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut berbasis web, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong proses supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan / kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil perancangan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.
