Abstract:This study discusses legal protection for victims of wrongful arrest during the investigation process in Indonesia. As a state governed by law, Indonesia guarantees the protection of human rights, including for those who…
become victims of procedural errors in the justice system. Wrongful arrests constitute a violation of individual freedom and cause physical, psychological, and social suffering. This research employs a normative legal method, drawing on statutory and literature sources. The results show that victims of wrongful arrest are entitled to compensation and rehabilitation, as provided for in the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) and Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. However, compensation provided is still limited to material aspects and has not fully restored the victims’ dignity, reputation, and well-being. Therefore, the state must strengthen legal protection mechanisms and ensure that investigations are conducted professionally, transparently, and in accordance with human rights principles to prevent the recurrence of wrongful arrest cases.

The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Am Jaya Tani Store, with sampling determined based on specific criteria. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) methods. The results indicate that descriptively, price, product quality, and fertilizer purchases are in the fairly good to good category. Partially, price has a significant effect on fertilizer purchases, and product quality also has a significant effect on fertilizer purchases. financial condition of traditional traders. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explore the experiences and deep perceptions of the affected traders. The research informants consisted of 5 shop owners (textiles, shoes, and cosmetics) in the Gorontalo City Central Market who have been running their businesses for many years. The results of the study consistently show that the presence of online shops has had a very significant negative impact on the financial condition of offline store traders in the Gorontalo City Central Market. Before the rise of online shops (around 2018 and below), offline store sales conditions were very good and stable, with an average daily turnover ranging from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 2,000,000, even reaching up to IDR 5,000,000 during the high season. After the emergence of online shops (around 2018-2020), merchants' income experienced a sharp decline.
Abstract:Exposure to X-ray radiation in conventional radiology procedures can pose a health risk, especially for accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients who only bear the risk without gaining any benefit. This study aims to…
determine the estimated equivalent dose received by accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients and the safest points during conventional radiology examinations. The method used in this research is a field survey, involving the measurement of equivalent radiation doses inside and outside the examination room using a personal dosimeter, as well as measuring the radiation dose rate at 6 points using a surveymeter. The data was processed to obtain the highest and lowest values, as well as the percentage of equivalent dose obtained compared to the established Dose Limit Value (DLV). The results showed that the highest radiation dose received by accompanying caregivers inside the examination room reached 13,46 µSv, with a percentage of 0,27% relative to the DLV, while the lowest dose recorded was 1,12 µSv, with a percentage of 0,0224% relative to the DLV. Analysis of the radiation dose rate distribution revealed that the greater the distance of the measurement point from the radiation source (tube), the smaller the dose received. In conclusion, the radiation dose received by accompanying caregivers is still below the Dose Limit Value (DLV) for caregivers, which is 5.000 µSv. However, to minimize stochastic effects, the implementation of additional protective measures, such as the use of lead aprons and selecting safer locations within the examination room, is highly recommended. These findings are expected to serve as a guide in enhancing the safety of accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients in conventional radiology units.

Abstract:This study originates from the increasing prevalence of subclinical narcissistic traits among church congregants, manifested in religious practices that appear devout yet are latently oriented toward external validation…
rather than an intimate relationship with God. This phenomenon generates a distortion of spirituality, as religious identity is constructed upon social recognition, thereby hindering spiritual-psychological well-being and displacing the longing for divine love. The research problem focuses on how subclinical narcissism operates as a psycho-spiritual disorder within the context of worship and how faith community engagement moderates this dynamic. Employing an integrative conceptual analysis and critical engagement with the psychology of religion literature, including the typology of grandiose and vulnerable narcissism, this study finds that performance-based community cultures intensify narcissistic tendencies through symbolic competition and religious self-imaging, whereas inclusive and transformational communities function as corrective spaces that reorient the existential framework of congregants. The study concludes that restoration cannot be achieved merely through behavioral modification or the intensification of religious activities, but through a reorientation of worship that restores the True Self in relationship with Christ as the authentic source of self-worth. The novelty of this research lies in its conceptualization of subclinical narcissism as a form of worship disorder and in its emphasis on the role of faith community as a moderating variable within holistic spiritual therapy, thereby offering both theoretical and pastoral contributions to contemporary churches facing the challenges of performative spirituality.
Abstract:The Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) stipulates that the interests of the people must be voiced and accommodated through legislative channels, represented by the People's Representative…
ve Council (DPR) from the regional to the central government levels. However, it is often found that the hopes of the people are not fully articulated, resulting in certain issues never reaching a final resolution. This study aims to analyze the role of the DPR in voicing the people's interests based on the fourth principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach, where data is collected from various scientific sources. The results of the analysis show that the main functions of the DPR, namely in legislation, oversight, and budgeting, have not been fully optimized due to weak accountability and transparency. This crisis of representation impacts the decline in public trust, low political participation, and increased polarization in society. To address these issues, systemic reforms are needed, including enhancing transparency, strengthening accountability mechanisms, and involving the public actively in the decision-making process. Thus, the goal of the DPR’s existence, which can be achieved, is to voice the will of the people, realize deliberation for consensus, and ensure justice and welfare in line with the substance of Pancasila’s ideology, particularly its fourth principle. This study recommends the need to restore the essence of deliberation for consensus in accordance with the fourth principle of Pancasila, accompanied by better political education and electoral system reforms to ensure that elected representatives are truly competent and focused on the interests of the people.
