ents' creativity levels before and after implementing the Fun Book as well as evaluating how to stimulate students' creativity in both subjects. The target of the training is selected students, namely SD Negeri No. 010246 Banjar. The students selected were 16 Grade 2 students. The problem seen at this school is that students are still passive in learning, students are not yet creative and have difficulty answering questions asked by the teacher during each lesson in class, there are even 50% of students who are sleepy when taking part in class lessons. The impact of this training was that 13 students were able to use Fun Book media. Evaluation is carried out at the end of the training by distributing questionnaires to measure the participant's level of understanding. The questionnaire contains questions related to the respondent's identity; general questions related to mathematics and language learning and specific questions related to Fun Book media. The calculation of the questionnaire used the Guttman scale. The evaluation results showed that 89.84% had increased knowledge seen from the calculation of the questionnaire per individual and per question asked and the participation and enthusiasm of students during activities using the Fun Book.

Measurements were carried out twice. The first measurement (pre-test) is carried out before implementing the program to determine the initial conditions for student career decision-making. The second measurement (post-test) is carried out after students receive career training. Next, the results of the pre-test and post-test data were statistically analyzed using a paired-sample t-test using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of the PKM activities carried out show that career planning training is able to increase the career maturity of MA students. Students' understanding of themselves will help them determine their career plans in accordance with their interests and talents.

Google classroom is a free, web-based platform built to make it easier for educators and students to learn online, which is easy to use to help teachers manage, measure, and experiential learning. The current use of Google Classroom is very efficient which is not limited by effective space and time. Teachers can provide online material, either in the form of text, images, audio, or video to students, besides that teachers can also make quizzes, assignments, and student lists on a regular basis by using a link from the google form sent to google classroom. Online learning in this Covid-19 era makes learning activities can be carried out interactively, effectively, and efficiently between teachers and students by utilizing technology, one of which is the use of the google classroom platform.

Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bertujuan dalam hal membantu adaptasi teknologi yang selaras dengan program MBKM (Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka) yang salah satunya adalah dengan pemanfaatan plafform google classroom dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar e-learning di sekolah untuk menciptakan pembelajaran kreatif, interaktif, efektif dan efisien antara guru dengan siswa apalagi dimasa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Google classroom adalah platform gratis berbasis web yang dibuat untuk mempermudah kegiatan pembelajaran pendidik dan siswa secara online yang mudah digunakan untuk membantu pengajar mengelola, mengukur, dan memperkaya pengalaman belajar. Pemanfaatan Google classroom saat ini sangat efektif dan efisien yang tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Guru dapat memberikan materi secara online, baik berupa teks, gambar, audio, maupun video kepada peserta didik, selain itu guru juga dapat membuat kuis, tugas maupun daftar kehadiran siswa secara berkala dengan menggunakan link dari google form yang dikirimkan ke google classroom. Pembelajaran secara daring dimasa Covid-19 ini membuat kegiatan belajar dapat dilakukan secara interaktif, efektif dan efisien antara guru dengan siswa dengan pemanfaatan teknologi salah satu dengan pemanfaatan plafform google classroom.

so long, this store has begun to explore technology by utilizing Instagram as social media and having a website which can be accessed via www.sinarjayamedan.com as a medium to introduce the store, market the products digitally and increase business legitimacy. However, existing web pages must be optimized further to improve the ability of Toko Sinar Jaya in response to marketing needs. The measurement results using 2 (two) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) measurement websites show an average score of 61,5 out of a scale of 100. Thus, this community service activity is aimed at increasing this SEO score. SEO activities are carried out by using the on-page SEO method on existing web pages and continued with Content Management training for off-page SEO implementation. On-page SEO is carried out with activities including the installation of the Yoast SEO plugin, keyword research, visibility and permalink settings, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, sitemap generator and schema markup. The SEO score then increased significantly from 61,5 to 74,5.

Secara mayoritas, toko ini masih melayani transaksi langsung dengan menerima kedatangan pelanggan ke toko. Sejak pandemi COVID-19 yang berlangsung telah begitu lama, toko ini mulai mengeksplorasi teknologi dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram dan memiliki website yang bisa diakses lewat www.sinarjayamedan.com sebagai media untuk memperkenalkan toko, memasarkan produk secara digital dan meningkatkan legitimasi bisnis. Namun demikian, laman web yang ada harus dioptimalkan lagi untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan Toko Sinar Jaya dalam menjawab kebutuhan pemasaran. Hasil pengukuran menggunakan 2 (dua) website pengukuran Search Engine Optimization (SEO) masih menunjukkan rata-rata skor 61,5 dari skala 100. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan skor SEO ini. Kegiatan SEO dilakukan secara on-page terhadap laman web dan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan Content Management untuk implementasi SEO secara off-page. SEO on-page dilakukan dengan kegiatan meliputi Instalasi plugin Yoast SEO, keyword research, visibility and permalink setting, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, sitemap generator dan schema markup. Skor SEO kemudian meningkat dengan cukup signifikan dari angka 61,5 menjadi 74,5.

Abstrak: Statistik dan penelitian merupakan dua hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Meskipun ada jenis penelitian yang tidak membutuhkan peranan statistika yang dominan (penelitian kualitatif), namun untuk dapat menghasilkan kesimpulan yang dapat digeneralisasikan ke populasi yang lebih luas diperlukan ilmu statistika. Penelitian yang demikian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan paradigma yang positivistik, yakni suatu gejala itu adalah nyata jika bisa dilihat, diukur, dan diklasifikasikan. Penerapan ilmu statistik yang umumnya dibutuhkan mahasiswa dalam penulisan penelitian seperti skripsi dan tesis, akan berdampak positif terutama dalam meningkatan kualitas penelitian tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka perlu diadakan sosialisasi kepada mahasiswa. Sosialisasi dilakukan pada beberapa mahasiswa baik dari perguruan tinggi negeri maupun perguruan tinggi swasta di Kota Palembang. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan cara mengenalkan dan memberikan tutorial bagaimana penggunaan aplikasi statistic seperti, SPSS dan Eviews, karena beberapa dosen di beberapa universitas di Palembang mengeluhkan buruknya kualitas penelitian dan ada juga yang mengatakan bahwa mahasiswa mereka tidak begitu mengerti cara penggunaan SPSS dan Eviews. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yang pertama adalah pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai SPSS dan Eviews dapat dilihat dari diskusi dan tanya jawab, kedua yaitu kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menerapkan penggunaan SPSS dan Eviews dalam penelitian.

The village of Danurejo, especially in the hamlet of Japunan, is ranked fourth and fourth for people with hypertension. Lack of knowledge about hypertension management is one of the causes. This activity aims to increase public knowledge about hypertension and control the increase in blood pressure with herbal plants that are proven to reduce blood pressure, namely cucumber and celery. The results of the analysis with a comparison table, the results obtained that there are changes between before and before the administration of herbal medicines and health education. The average before the measurement of blood pressure is smaller than before the intervention, thus showing the influence of the administration of herbal medicine and health education. The implications of giving herbal medicines and health education can be used to increase the knowledge of citizens regarding hypertension management, so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Abstrak: Penyakit hipertensi merupakan penyakit bersifat menetap dan pembunuh nomor satu di dunia. Hipertensi dapat menyerang hampir semua golongan masyarakat diseluruh dunia, dimana jumlah masyarakat yang mengalami hipertensi semakin bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan angka kejadian hipertensi diantaranya melakukan kegiatan pengukuran tekanan darah atau pemeriksaan kesehatan, penyuluhan mengenai penyakit hipertensi dan pengobatan atau penanganan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Desa Danurejo terutama di dusun Japunan menjadi peringkat keempat untuk penderita hipertensi. Rendahnya pengetahuan tentang manajemen hipertensi menjadi salah satu penyebabnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dan mengontrol peningkatan tekanan darah dengan tanaman herbal yang sudah terbukti dapat menurunkan tekanan darah yaitu mentimun dan seledri. Hasil analisis dengan tabel perbandingan, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perubahan antara sebelum dan sesudah pada pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan. Rata-rata sesudah pengukuran tekanan darah lebih kecil dari sebelum intervensi, sehingga menunjukan adanya pengaruh dari pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan. Implikasi pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan dapat di terapkan untuk meningakatkan pengetahuan warga terkait manajemen hipertensi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia.

It is hoped that this community service program in the form of community empowerment can be used as a motivation for the community to routinely do gymnastics which can be beneficial for residents.

Abstrak: Dusun Jaranan belum pernah dilakukan identifikasi faktor risiko kesehatan terkait dengan PHBS dan KADARZI. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk mengetahui indikator dari PHBS dan KADARZI yang paling rendah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi program, analisis data dan penentuan prioritas masalah, Musyawarah Masyarakat Dusun (MMD), intervensi, dan partisipasi mitra. Hasil yang didapatkan, prioritas masalah di RT 10 dan 11 Dusun Jaranan yaitu masih rendahnya masyarakat yang tidak melakukan aktifitas fisik setiap hari. Disepakati untuk diadakan senam bersama dan pengukuran tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah senam. Masyarakat sangat antusisas dan mengalami penurunan tekanan darah setelah mengikuti senam. Diharapkan dengan adanya program pengabdian berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat ini dapat dijadikan motivasi masyarakat untuk rutin mengadakan senam yang dapat bermanfaat bagi warga.

The main parameters that need to be monitored include water acidity level (pH), water temperature, and dissolved nutrient concentration measured using Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). However, water quality monitoring is still commonly conducted manually, making it less efficient and potentially causing delays in detecting changes in water conditions. This study aims to design an IoT-based water quality monitoring system for hydroponic cultivation using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with pH, temperature, and TDS sensors. The collected data are sent to a server and displayed on a web dashboard in real time, equipped with automatic notification features. The proposed system is expected to improve monitoring efficiency and increase the productivity of hydroponic cultivation

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong transformasi digital dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk pertanian. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak diterapkan adalah Internet of Things (IoT) yang memungkinkan perangkat saling terhubung melalui jaringan internet untuk melakukan pemantauan dan pertukaran data secara real-time. Pada budidaya hidroponik, kestabilan kualitas air menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman. Parameter utama yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi tingkat keasaman air (pH), suhu air, serta konsentrasi nutrisi terlarut yang diukur menggunakan Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Namun, pemantauan kualitas air masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan dalam mendeteksi perubahan kondisi air. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pemantauan kualitas air hidroponik berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor pH, suhu, dan TDS. Data dikirim ke server dan ditampilkan pada web dashboard secara real-time serta dilengkapi notifikasi otomatis. Sistem ini diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi pemantauan dan produktivitas budidaya hidroponik.
