Diketahui hasil perhitungan statistic dengan menggunakan SPSS 22 menunjukan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Komunikasi Interpersonal (X) dan Motivasi belajar (Y) , terbukti dengan nilai (Rxy) = 0,745 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat dengan rentang nilai (0.600 – 0,799) , nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,745 > 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya sangat signifikan, dan nilai koefisien determinasinta sebesar 53% sedangkan sisanya 47% nya dipengaruhi faktor lainnya.

a sejumlah tantangan yang perlu diatasi agar manfaat transformasi ini dapat dirasakan secara merata. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah ketidaksetaraan akses teknologi di kalangan siswa. Meskipun teknologi memungkinkan pembelajaran jarak jauh, tidak semua siswa memiliki akses yang setara terhadap perangkat dan konektivitas internet. Hal ini dapat menciptakan kesenjangan pembelajaran dan memerlukan solusi inklusif agar semua siswa dapat mengikuti perkembangan pendidikan digital. Pergeseran paradigma pembelajaran dari guru sebagai penyampai informasi menjadi fasilitator juga menimbulkan tantangan. Guru perlu mengadaptasi peran mereka sebagai pendukung pembelajaran mandiri siswa, yang menuntut penguasaan keterampilan teknologi dan perubahan dalam metode pengajaran. Kurva belajar teknologi bagi guru perlu diatasi melalui pelatihan yang kontinu. Meski demikian, transformasi ini membuka sejumlah peluang signifikan. Guru dapat menciptakan pembelajaran lebih personal dan relevan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hubungan antara variable fitur rekomendasi makanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudahan penggunaan, relevansi pilihan makanan, serta tingkat personalisasi menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan. This study uses a literature study method by collecting and analyzing various legal sources, such as laws and regulations, court decisions, journals, and literature related to data protection in the banking sector. The results of the study indicate that banks have legal responsibilities based on the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and banking provisions to maintain the confidentiality of customer data. If a data leak occurs, the bank can be subject to administrative, civil, or even criminal sanctions depending on the level of negligence. In addition, this study found that customers have the right to claim compensation if the data leak causes material or immaterial losses. However, the effectiveness of law enforcement still faces challenges, such as lack of customer awareness and complexity of evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, improve cybersecurity systems by banks, and educate customers to mitigate the risk of data leaks. The implications of this study are expected to provide recommendations for regulators and banking industry players in strengthening the protection of customer personal data.
