han adults, which makes them more susceptible to infections, as well as the risk of falls and injuries, so they require medical treatment in the hospital. Childern who undergoing treatment at the Puskesmas can cause anxiety for them because they must leave their familiar, safe, loving, and enjoyable home environment. Hospitalization is a planned medical procedure that requires care and treatment but can trigger anxiety in children, both mentally and physically. Anxiety will cause children to become uncooperative and difficult to cooperate with health workers. During this process, children may face traumatic experiences that cause stress. One of the efforts to reduce the level of anxiety is by implementing play therapy, one of which is the coloring play therapy technique. Objective: This research describes the application of coloring play therapy on anxiety levels in preschool-aged children at Padamara Health Center. Methods: This research used a case study research design method. Results: This research indicate that before the intervention score was 25 (moderate anxiety) and after the intervention score was 9 (no anxiety). Abstract:English language learning in Islamic colleges faces challenges related to motivation, engagement, and a classroom atmosphere that tends to be monotonous. In today's digital context, Game-Based Learning (GBL) offers an innovative…
novative approach that can change these dynamics through fun and interactive game elements. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of students at the Susha Siak Islamic College (STAI) in using Gimkit as a game-based English learning medium. The approach used is interpretive phenomenology based on Heidegger's thinking, which focuses on the meaning of participants' life experiences. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and reflective journals from seven students who actively used Gimkit in their English classes. Data analysis followed Colaizzi's (1978) steps to identify essential themes from the participants' experiences.
The results of the study show three main themes: (1) fun and challenging learning, (2) a more lively and competitive classroom atmosphere, and (3) increased cohesiveness and solidarity among students. The learning experience through Gimkit brings out strong intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, and positive emotional involvement. This study concludes that GBL through Gimkit not only improves the effectiveness of English language learning, but also strengthens the values of togetherness and collaboration in the context of Islamic higher education.
Abstract:Gender issues in public spaces and Muslim communities have increasingly gained attention in academic discourse due to their strong connection with social norms, cultural values, and religious interpretations that shape women's…
omen's patterns of participation. This study aims to examine the influence of gender norms and values within Muslim communities on women’s engagement in public spaces, uncover the challenges they face, and formulate recommendations based on feminist and social constructionist perspectives to promote gender equality. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by tracing reputable academic databases through rigorous selection and thematic analysis. The findings reveal that Muslim women’s participation in public spaces is often hindered by patriarchal constructions, discrimination, and limited access. Nevertheless, women have developed strategies of resistance and negotiation that expand their roles. Thematic analysis identifies three main patterns: women’s representation in public spaces, gender-based social practices that impose limitations, and resistance strategies through religious reinterpretation and community activism. This article contributes to theoretical development by enriching global feminist perspectives through the lived experiences of Muslim women while also offering practical contributions in the form of inclusive and socially–religiously sensitive public policy recommendations. The implications highlight the importance of cross-cultural studies and the exploration of women’s experiences at the local community level to broaden understanding of gender equality in contemporary Muslim societies.

The instruments used included expert validation sheets, teacher and student practicality questionnaires, classroom observation sheets, and mathematical problem-solving tests. The results revealed that the developed learning device achieved an average expert validation score of 4.25 in the very valid category in terms of content, language, and presentation. The practicality test showed that the teacher’s response reached 89% and the students’ response reached 91%, categorized as very practical, indicating that the device was easy to use and engaging for students. The effectiveness test showed an average N-Gain score of 0.52 (moderate category) with 86.11% of students achieving mastery learning, signifying that the learning device was effective in enhancing students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities.
The integration of the realistic mathematics approach with local cultural elements (ethnomathematics) successfully created meaningful and contextual learning experiences while fostering students’ appreciation for their cultural heritage. Therefore, the developed learning device is feasible to be implemented as an innovative mathematics learning medium based on cultural contexts in junior high schools and madrasah.
Abstract:Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are designed to improve service quality, documentation accuracy, and administrative efficiency, including reimbursement through the Indonesian Case-Based Groups (INA-CBGs). However, incomplete…
plete medical assessments remain a challenge, potentially leading to service gaps and reduced hospital claims. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted at Dharma Yadnya General Hospital, Denpasar, which has fully implemented EMR since 2024. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five informants: two medical record officers, the head of the emergency nursing unit, the head of the inpatient nursing unit, and the head of the medical record department. Data analysis used the 3M framework: Man, Method, and Material. From the Man aspect, heavy workloads of doctors and the lack of administrative support staff often caused delays and incomplete documentation. From the Method aspect, although Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system reminders existed, monitoring relied mainly on manual follow-ups via WhatsApp groups, limiting effectiveness. From the Material aspect, the EMR system was user-friendly and supported by weekly vendor maintenance, but occasional network disruptions and insufficient administrative staff still hampered real-time documentation. Incomplete medical assessments in EMR directly affect INA-CBGs claims, especially when comorbidities, complications, or procedures are not recorded, resulting in under-coding and reduced reimbursement. Strengthening human resources, enforcing SOPs, and improving system support are essential to ensure documentation completeness, service quality, and financial sustainability

The research instrument utilized the matching method, in which students were required to match pictures with the corresponding vocabulary items. The study was conducted at SMA YPPK St. Thomas Wamena, selecting the seventh-grade students as the population for the 2025/2026 academic year. The researcher applied a cluster sampling technique and selected 30 students as the research sample. Pre- and post-tests were given in order to gather data. Before and after the treatment, students' initial vocabulary mastery was measured with a pre-test, and their performance was evaluated with a post-test. The independent variable in this study was the use of posters, whereas the dependent variable was students’ vocabulary achievement. The findings of the data analysis of the students' vocabulary knowledge in the pre- and post-tests revealed that the t-test value was 17.40 and the t-table value was 2.045. Students' vocabulary competence improved significantly, as evidenced by the t-test value being greater than the t-table value (17.40 > 2.045). This result implies that the pre- and post-test results varied significantly.
