Silaban , Sondang, Kartikawati, Dwi, Wardana , R Daniel Wisnu
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the application of Feminine Energy among Generation Z female influencers in constructing self-identity on social media. Feminine Energy is understood as an energy that embodies empathy, gentleness,… ess, and emotional balance, which has become a symbol of women’s empowerment (soft empowerment) in the digital era. This phenomenon is significant as it reflects a shift in the meaning of femininity from physical appearance toward self-awareness and personal authenticity. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and observations of social media content produced by influencers who express Feminine Energy values. The analysis draws on Social Identity Theory (Tajfel & Turner, 1979), which highlights the processes of categorization, identification, and social comparison. The findings reveal that the application of Feminine Energy manifests in five key aspects: self-love, confidence, empathetic communication, calm emotional expression, and healthy personal boundaries. Through social processes, influencers internalize these values as integral parts of their personal and digital identities. In conclusion, Feminine Energy is not only a lifestyle but also a social identity strategy used by Gen Z female influencers to build an authentic, empowered, and reflective self-image in the digital space. Jamal, Ode, Andhika L. Rahail, Joseph, Sopyan Hadi, Ade, Natalia Tecuari, Desi, Yuliana Tjoe , Ruth
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the extent to which political awareness influences political participation among first-time voters. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample was 124 first-time… time voters from a total population of 182 PPKn students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Cenderawasih University, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression tests using SPSS 26. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a high to very high level of political awareness, as did their level of political participation. Statistical analysis showed a very strong relationship between political awareness and political participation (r = 0.826), with a significant positive effect of 68.2%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the political awareness of first-time voters, the higher their participation in elections. Political awareness is a key factor driving the involvement of the younger generation in the democratic process. Therefore, first-time voters are expected to be more active and critical in determining their political choices, while political parties and prospective leaders need to convey clear, transparent, and educational political messages. Furthermore, educational institutions play a strategic role in fostering students' political awareness as part of civic education, thereby shaping a generation that is critical, participatory, and responsible for the future of Indonesian democracy.

Setiani, Purwaningsih Endah, Astuti, Dwi, Sulistyowati, Priyatin
Abstract: Febris fever is a condition in which body temperature rises above normal due to an increase in the temperature-regulating center located in the hypothalamus. Red Onion can be used for compress because they contain the organic… ganic sulfur compound Allylcysteine Sulfoxide. After applying an onion compress, body temperature decreases because blood flow returns to the blood vessels near the skin's surface, thus optimizing heat dissipation. To determine the effectiveness of applying onion compress to children with fever. This study used a descriptive case study approach and was conducted in Kemojing Village. After applying onion compresses for three days, with each session lasting 15 minutes, the children's body temperature decreased. The initial body temperature was 38.4°C, which decreased to 36.8°C by the end of the third day.  Using onion compresses on children with fever can effectively reduce their body temperature.

THE ROLE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AS A PREDICTOR OF NURSES' ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR IN REGIONAL HOSPITALS

Yuliani, Eka
Abstract: Nurses, as the frontline of healthcare services, are expected to deliver optimal performance that frequently goes beyond their formal duties, thus requiring robust psychological capital to support voluntary work behaviors… s known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyze the effect of Psychological Capital (PsyCap), which comprises hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism, on nurses' OCB in regional hospitals and to identify the most dominant dimension influencing OCB. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, this research collected primary data through structured questionnaires distributed to nurses as respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis to test variable relationships and the moderating effects of demographic factors. The results indicate that the levels of PsyCap and OCB among nurses are relatively high, with resilience emerging as the most significant predictor of OCB. These findings strengthen the position of PsyCap as an essential psychological resource that fosters prosocial behaviors among nurses, especially in regional hospitals often challenged by limited human resources. The implications suggest that hospital management should design PsyCap enhancement programs, focusing particularly on strengthening nurses' mental resilience to sustainably improve healthcare service quality. This study also contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on organizational behavior within the Indonesian healthcare sector.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explain the Early Islamization Pattern in Southeast Asia: Its Contribution to Global Peace Efforts.  This study uses the Constructive Critical History Method.  This historical science is a… a new historical science that focuses on problem solving and finding solutions to problems  so that humans as historical actors can enjoy a better life in the present and in the  future. This research  finds that the “Pattern of Islamization of Trade and Civilizational Dialogue”  is the “Early Pattern of Islamization in Southeast Asia.”  This pattern  took place from the end of the 7th century to the beginning of the 16th century.  The agents of Islamization were Islamic traders or Islamic scholars who worked as traders. The weakness of this pattern is that it takes a long time. To achieve good results, this pattern requires the willingness and awareness of both the agents of Islamization and the indigenous population in undergoing the process of Islamization. This pattern does not have a negative impact on innocent Muslims and non-Muslims or those who live elsewhere. This pattern is carried out in a healthy and friendly manner that does not trigger cases of Islamophobia. Conclusion. This research contributes to overcoming the global impasse in addressing the crises, conflicts, wars, and disasters that emerged after COVID-19.
