This study analyzes the application of work discipline sanctions for employee violations at PT. Pouchen Indonesia and their conformity with Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. It employs empirical legal research with a juridical-empirical approach through observation, interviews, and library research. The findings show that the most frequent violations include tardiness, unexcused absence, non-compliance with SOP and PPE use, and other minor repeated violations. The causes include distance from residence, lack of understanding of regulations, low disciplinary awareness, and uneven supervision. The company applies sanctions progressively, from verbal warning, Warning Letters I, II, III, to Termination of Employment as the final step, always preceded by recording, clarification, and the right of defense. The application conforms to Articles 108, 111, 151 paragraph (1), and 161 of Law No. 13 of 2003, with no unlawful wage deductions or arbitrary sanctions found. Thus, the disciplinary sanction system at PT. Pouchen Indonesia reflects the principles of legal certainty, justice, and protection of workers' rights.

Tegar Puji Bachtiar, Primaadi Airlangga
Abstract: The rapid growth of electronic transactions necessitates systems capable of monitoring seller quality and reputation across marketplace platforms. This study aims to design and implement a seller referral system on a Laravel… avel 13 based e-commerce platform integrated with performance monitoring and seller accountability mechanisms. Built using the Prototype model encompassing communication, planning, modeling, prototyping, and deployment phases the system utilizes MySQL for database management. Registered sellers can distribute unique referral codes to prospective sellers, with the system automatically recording these relationships to enable structured tracking of activities, product counts, store ratings, and access status of referred sellers. Functional testing conducted via a black-box approach demonstrated that the authentication, referral registration, dashboard, monitoring, order management, and store settings modules operated strictly according to specifications, achieving a 100% test case pass rate. The primary contribution of this research lies in shifting the referral paradigm from simple user acquisition to a peer-accountability framework that holds referring sellers responsible for the performance of their recruits, thereby mitigating the presence of unreliable sellers and fostering greater trust in the online shopping environment.

Muhammad Hari Hasibuan, Annas Prasetio, Riwanul Nasron, Arwin Putra, Ahmad Afif
Abstract: Advances in information technology have driven digital transformation across many sectors, including education. One administrative service that is still largely handled conventionally is the announcement of student graduation… ation results and the distribution of Graduation Certificates (Surat Keterangan Lulus/SKL), which makes the delivery of information relatively inefficient. This study aims to build a web-based Student Graduation Information System for vocational high schools (SMK) that simplifies graduation-data management for school administrators and gives students online access to their graduation information. The system was built using the Waterfall method, covering requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, and was implemented with the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, a MySQL database, and a Bootstrap interface. It serves two types of users: administrators, who manage graduation data, and students, who can check their graduation status without logging in by entering their National Student Identification Number (NISN). Students who pass can download their SKL directly in PDF format. The system was evaluated through Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Testing showed that every system function operated as intended, while the usability evaluation returned an average SUS score of 84.5, placing it in the Excellent (Grade A) category. Overall, the system improves the efficiency of school administration, speeds up the delivery of graduation information, and supports the broader digitalization of educational services.

Nurpadila, Nurpadila, Efendi P, Efendi P
Abstract: Romantic relationships are one form of interpersonal relationship that can influence the emotional and psychological conditions of university students. Romantic relationships can provide emotional support, comfort, attention,… tion, a place to share problems, and motivation. However, problems within romantic relationships, such as lack of communication, dishonesty, betrayal, and lack of family approval, can also become sources of emotional and psychological pressure. This study aims to describe the dynamics of romantic relationships and their impact on the mental health of UIN Palopo students. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of four UIN Palopo students selected using purposive sampling. The informants consisted of one male student and three female students from the Islamic Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Religious Education, and Islamic Education Management study programs, all of whom were eighth-semester students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the dynamics of romantic relationships experienced by students developed through several stages, namely introduction, emotional closeness, commitment, conflict, and the end of the relationship. Communication, attention, trust, openness, and emotional attachment were important elements in the development and maintenance of relationships. Romantic relationships had positive impacts in the form of emotional support, comfort, attention, a place to share stories and problems, and increased motivation. Meanwhile, negative impacts included sadness, disappointment, feelings of loss, stress, anxiety, frustration, mood changes, difficulty regulating emotions, decreased appetite, loss of motivation, and reduced social interaction. Thus, romantic relationships can have both positive and negative impacts on students' mental health depending on the dynamics and experiences that occur within the relationship.

Development Of A Non-Intrusive RFID Elevator Access Control System For Residential Buildings

Parade Parsaulian Purba, Vivin Octowinandi, Prasaja Wikanta, Muhammad Arifin
Abstract: This study developed and evaluated a standalone, non-intrusive radio frequency identification (RFID)-based elevator access control system for a four-story residential building. The system used an Arduino Uno, an MFRC522… RFID reader, and relay interfaces to regulate access to Floors 2, 3, and 4. Authorized card identifiers and floor permissions were stored locally, enabling offline operation without an external database or network connection. The relays interfaced only with the elevator push-button circuits and did not modify the original controller, motor drive, door mechanism, or safety system. Performance was evaluated using 47 registered cards and three unregistered cards, with each card tested 50 times, producing 2,500 authentication trials. Under the tested conditions, all registered cards were correctly authenticated according to their assigned floor permissions, while all unregistered cards were rejected. The system achieved 100% authentication accuracy, 100% correct relay activation, and 100% unauthorized-card rejection. Stable card detection was obtained at distances of up to approximately 1 cm. The first-floor button remained independent of the RFID module to preserve minimum accessibility during module failure. The proposed system provides a practical and low-cost retrofit solution for floor-specific elevator access control in small residential buildings.

Auditors’ Experiences in Transaction Practices at the Warung Kejujuran (Honesty Kiosk): A Transcendental Phenomenological Study

Hariyanto, Sugeng, Fidiana, Fidiana
Abstract: Various phenomena related to the implementation of integrity in the public sector demonstrate the importance of strengthening integrity values within organizations. One approach is through organizational culture, including… ng the implementation of transaction practices through an Warung Kejujuran. This study aimed to explore auditors’ experiences in conducting transactions at an Warung Kejujuran. The study employed a qualitative approach using Moustakas’ transcendental phenomenology. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation involving auditors at the Jombang Regency Inspectorate who had experience interacting with the Warung Kejujuran. Data were analyzed through epoche, phenomenological reduction, imaginative variation, and the synthesis of meaning and essence, supported by NVivo for data organization, coding, and identification of thematic patterns. The findings indicate that transaction practices at the Warung Kejujuran provide auditors with experiences of applying integrity values through independent decision-making in the absence of direct supervision. These experiences are reflected in self-control as a basis for honest action and in the fulfillment of obligations as an element of an auditor’s moral responsibility. Thus, the essence of auditors’ experiences in transaction practices at the Warung Kejujuran lies in their ability to conduct transactions independently through self-control and fulfillment of moral obligations in situations with limited external supervision.
