THE ROLE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AS A PREDICTOR OF NURSES' ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR IN REGIONAL HOSPITALS

Yuliani, Eka
Abstract: Nurses, as the frontline of healthcare services, are expected to deliver optimal performance that frequently goes beyond their formal duties, thus requiring robust psychological capital to support voluntary work behaviors… s known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to analyze the effect of Psychological Capital (PsyCap), which comprises hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism, on nurses' OCB in regional hospitals and to identify the most dominant dimension influencing OCB. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, this research collected primary data through structured questionnaires distributed to nurses as respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis to test variable relationships and the moderating effects of demographic factors. The results indicate that the levels of PsyCap and OCB among nurses are relatively high, with resilience emerging as the most significant predictor of OCB. These findings strengthen the position of PsyCap as an essential psychological resource that fosters prosocial behaviors among nurses, especially in regional hospitals often challenged by limited human resources. The implications suggest that hospital management should design PsyCap enhancement programs, focusing particularly on strengthening nurses' mental resilience to sustainably improve healthcare service quality. This study also contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on organizational behavior within the Indonesian healthcare sector.

Putra, Suntama, Risnita, Risnita, Rosadi, Kemas Imron, Asrulla, Asrulla
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Work Climate, and Skill Variety on the effectiveness of teacher work teams at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools in the Riau Islands Province.… The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 120 teachers selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a Likert-scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using Spearman correlation tests and non-parametric regression with the aid of SPSS version 29.00. The results show that all independent variables are positively and significantly related to teacher work team effectiveness (Transformational Leadership: ρ = 0.757; Work Climate: ρ = 0.795; Skill Variety: ρ = 0.767; p < 0.05). Non-parametric regression testing indicates a significant simultaneous effect (ρ = 0.000). Partially, Transformational Leadership (p = 0.253; p = 0.000), Work Climate (ρ = 0.355; p = 0.000), and Skill Variety (ρ = 0.282; p = 0.000) significantly influence teacher work team effectiveness. Work climate is proven to be the dominant factor affecting team effectiveness. The implications of this study affirm that improving teacher work team effectiveness must be carried out holistically through strengthening school principals’ transformational leadership, creating a conducive work climate, and developing teachers’ skill variety.

Khanif Nur Fathurohman, Gatot Nizar Ahmad, Agung Dharmawan Buchdadi
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on the company's financial performance, as well as test the role of operational efficiency as a moderation variable in this relationship.… ship. The research object includes non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2014–2023. ESG variables are measured using Bloomberg's ESG score which includes environmental, social, and governance dimensions, while operational efficiency is proxied by the Total Asset Turnover ratio. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets. The research method uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 80 companies with a total of 711 observations. The results of the study show that ESG has a significant negative effect on financial performance. However, operational efficiency has been shown to play a role as a moderation variable that strengthens the relationship between ESG and financial performance. This research makes a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on the relationship between ESG and financial performance, especially in the context of emerging markets. From a practical perspective, the results indicate that the implementation of ESG will only create financial value if integrated with internal efficiency strategies. Thus, companies are advised to not only focus on compliance with ESG aspects, but also ensure efficient management of resources to increase long-term profitability.

Abdul Kudus Zaini, Muhammad Zainal Muttaqin
Abstract: Traffic accidents impose a heavy economic burden, particularly on victims’ medical expenses. PT. Jasa Raharja, a state-owned insurance company, plays a crucial role in providing compensation for hospitalization costs. This… This study analyzes the impact of PT. Jasa Raharja’s insurance on inpatient expenses for traffic accident victims in Pekanbaru City. The research applies a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and simple regression. Data came from 120 respondents, consisting of victims and their families who received insurance benefits. The findings show that PT. Jasa Raharja’s insurance claims cover an average of 67% of total hospitalization costs, significantly reducing the victims’ financial burden. However, the coverage ceiling remains limited and does not fully meet medical expenses. This study concludes that PT. Jasa Raharja makes a substantial contribution to financing accident-related hospitalization, although increasing the claim ceiling would better align with current hospital costs.

IMPACT OF SOCIAL MEDIA USE IN POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS ON VOTER AWARENESS AMONG FIRST-TIME VOTERS AT SMAN 15 GARUT IN ELECTORAL PARTICIPATION

Ilham, Muhammad Ilham Fadilah
Abstract: The use of social media in political campaigns significantly impacts the political awareness of first-time voters at SMAN 15 Garut. Validity and reliability tests of the research instrument indicate that the questionnaire… e used is valid and reliable, allowing for accurate measurement of the desired concepts. Simple linear regression analysis reveals a positive relationship between the social media use variable (X) and the level of voter political awareness (Y), with social media explaining approximately 23.1% of the variation in voter awareness. Although significant, the influence of social media does not explain the entire variation in voter political awareness. Other factors outside the research variables also contribute, indicating the complexity in understanding the factors that influence the political awareness of first-time voters. Therefore, it is suggested to integrate social media use into better political campaign strategies, considering the characteristics of first-time voters. Increased digital access and knowledge also need to be strengthened so that first-time voters can participate more actively and effectively in the democratic process.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to ascertain how well SMP Kota Cirebon's speaking abilities may be enhanced by the ARKA approach. Quantitative research using a survey design is the methodology employed. Surveys and closed tests… ests measuring the six aspects of speaking ability—pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, understanding, and tasks—were used to gather data. SPSS version 25 was used for data analysis. The findings show that SMP Kota Cirebon's speaking ability had been significantly affected by the ARKA approach. This is demonstrated by the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.636, which indicates that the ARKA approach accounts for 63.6% of the diversity in students' speaking ability. In addition, the multiple linear regression model is statistically significant (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), according to the ANOVA test findings. According to the study's findings, junior high school students' speaking abilities can be enhanced by the ARKA technique, which is also a creative and relaxing alternative teaching strategy.
